Luthor blinked, then replied, saying, "Thanks for the heads-up, Mockingbird. Let us know when you're available." What the Hell happened to her?

Luthor turned to face Gossamer. "Well, you heard him. He'll be on in five."

Gossamer turned her attention back towards Lex and knodded. "I heard." she replied. So there was at least five minutes of down time. Honestly she was a little bored now. But, five more minutes she had to simply rest and relax, so she wasn't complaining too much.

After a few moments of waiting and thinking, Gossamer turned back to Lex. "Actually...there's something I'd like to check up on, if you don't mind me stepping out for a few minutes. It shouldn't take me long."

Lex nodded. "Take your time," Lex said, "There's a chance that Mockingbird will wait for all Six to be recruited before speaking to everyone."

"Alright." Gossamer replied, then took a quick glance back at Robin. She shouldn't be going anywhere. This wouldn't take long anyway. Just had a little bone to pick with someone... With that, Gossamer faded into her mist form, and soon vanished. EXIT to Fisk Towers

Lex approached Robin slowly. "You know, I've always wondered what it was about Gotham that attracted the more psychotic members of society to it. The Joker, Poison Ivy, Mr. Freeze, Killer Croc... Even its more normal citizens aren't immune from its effects. Dr. Quinzel, for example, now Harley Quinn. Dr. Langstrom, who is prone to changing into the Man-Bat. In a way, Batman's fanaticism makes him much the same as the rest, but on the other side of the law. The same would go for some of the other vigilantes in Gotham. The Huntress, that Creeper fellow... Do you know what it is about Gotham that drives people over the edge, Robin?" He started pacing around her, making sure she didn't try to make any strange moves.

Robin Robin watched him as he moved. She almost asked about Huntress and Creeper fellow but figured she shouldn't. "Its passion...its passion that drive everyone, or doesn't...Joker's is hatred for perdictabilitiy, Poison Ivy for plants, Mr. Freeze his wife...Dr Quinzel is for love, or what she thinks is love..." She choked back a second thinking of Tim. "And...for us its not much different, we just give up parts of ourselves to follow ours. Our hopes and dreams for the life similar to the ones we fight for." She said watching him pace. "But you wouldn't understand that would you?" She said a bit stronger the the rest of the comments. She was feeling her cut in her leg more then ever now. She ignored it she wouldn't be weak. Not this time, she had to hold on. For Tim, Mom, little bat, who she had decided was like the little brother she never had, batgirl, wherever she was, and even old bats out there somewhere. She had to be strong enough to protect all of them. She had to stay strong for all of them to stay safe. She couldn't faulter now.

"Oh, you misunderstand," Lex replied, continuing his pacing. "I DO understand. Entirely. Your statement rings true, and could probably be applied to anyone. MY passion is to rid the Earth of the aliens that have harbored on it. That's why I've never been too much of a bother for the Bat. He's a human. Superman, Supergirl, they're aliens. We cannot allow tolerance of their prescence. Who knows what TRULY goes through their minds? Especially Supergirl; she arrived already a teenager. I feel I could relate to you better than either of them. It just so happens that you crossed my path, and got in the way of my plan. That, I also cannot allow."

{Enter Supergirl from New York}
"Is that," asked a two toned, coldly furious voice, "So. Hm... " Supergirl was floating right above the helpless Robin... except that she really no longer looked ANYTHING like Supergirl.

Lex looked up, and only recognised who it was by the color of the suit; he had been attacked by it before, after all. "If we're going to have this arguement, it will happen in private." He then followed his own advice, and walked to the next room.

The creature obligingly floated after him, not sparing so much as a glance for the prone girl. KILL HIM. We really do want to... Of course we do. He's made our lives a living hell, and NOW we find out that--But... we don't do that... Why? Because we're SUPERGIRL? Derisive emphasis was placed on the last word. ... Yes...?

Robin Robin now left alone moved over to the computer. She didn't want to show her hand of the lock pick if she didn't need to. She was sure someone would catch her doing what she was doing. But as long as she got some kind of tracker worked into the system then Tim, or batman or even little bats could track it to know their hide out. She did her best to be quiet and break behind the pannel to the interworking of the wall of computers. They must have a computer signal going out or coming in. She just had to figure out where and if she could jam it. She looked at the wireing and the pannel above. She could at least work it so it would respond the opposite way on some functions or something. She tried to think back to her training she had tried to give herself on computers. She pulled her technology over to behind her so she could easily pull peices out to use to jam the signal. She closed her eyes and felt the keyboard trying to get a message out. But to who? She was dead. Well she would sign it herself and put it on the bat frequency. Hopefully they wouldn't have changed it or maybe that they had but they still monitored the old one. She finished typing the message saying to trace the location of the message and that lex, joker, and others were here. She moved back to the wiring and that is when she made her mistake of hitting the ripped open panel to make a noice. Maybe Lex would be to involved with the floating figure to notice. She said as she started to pull on the wires to get them lose. This would also cover her tracks as far as them tracing where it went. All she needed was a indication that the message was sent. She thought as she looked back to where lex went.

Lex closed the door behind Supergirl, at which point his face became the very picture of righteous anger. His voice, however, was level. "You should NOT have come here. You have jeapordised everything. I thought you wanted to kill Superman, not help him out by killing his enemies. Especially when the enemy of Superman in question is saying and doing everything in his power to make it look like you aren't involved. That's right, I completely lied about my opinion of you, and Superman, in there, before you ask, or blow up and try to kill me. I know how he thinks perfectly well. He's a naive idealist Boy Scout whose world is so black and white that he cannot accept the fact that grays even exist." After a second, he managed to relax enough for his face to match his voice. "You, on the other hand, are not blinded by such idiotic notions. You, like me, not only realize that grays exist, but that pretty much everything we see and do IS a shade of gray, and that we should not feel regret for that. I have MUCH more respect for you than I do him because of that fact. If the roles were reversed, I wouldn't have lifted a finger to help him kill you. You've seen us fight enough to know that to be the case."
