...argh. I am 27, I have a full time job, my own home, my own car, and have proven myself a capable, responsible man. I am by all accounts, a grown adult.
But I'm sitting here trying to call up a friend to ask her out to dinner, and I feel like I'm 13 again. gonk

Yup... gotta live like you mean it. 3nodding I suppose I don't fear much because most of the bad things that could happen to me have already come and gone, and I'm still me on the same adventure. It provides a sense of purpose I suppose.
It's probably good to feel the excitement of the call though. One more thing that lets you know you're alive, right?

Lol. Yeah, I'm taking her out to her favourite restaurant tonight. I feel cheap because it's Mexican fast-food, but she's constantly raving over it...so...bleagh. Totally wanted to do a whole thing with picking her up from class with a dozen roses, dressed to the nines with polished shoes...but it's looking like a t-shirt, jeans and sneakers, tonight.
