Sarianne had looked at the assigment
So it was observing the state alchemist test! I should trust my instinct more... she thought. She told the orders to Mina, and remembered that she also needed to meet the other alchemists.
They didn't show up before.
The next day, Sarianne examined this week's reports. There was something about an explosion, and 4 figures that could not be identified. The military was more up to date than you would think. She sighed and went to find people named Elysia and Tomiko.

Tomiko was hiding from Mustang in the library. She sat on the floor leaning on a bookshelf, reading a book about fire alchemy.

Elysia woke up at about 7 in the morning. She got dressed, slipping on a no-sleeve blue tank top, her black jacket, and a black miniskirt. She slipped on her boots and let her hair hang down today. She didn't have an assignment, so there was no need for her hair to be up.
She headed out to Mustang's office.
"Elysia!" Mustang exclaimed as his niece walked in. He looked at her. "What were you doing last night? I called your hotel room and there was no answer."
"I was sleeping," Elysia said, as if it were obvious.

K'van walks around town, sipping coffee. not paying attention, k'van walks straight into roy and spills coffee all over k'van.
*ttssssssssss*
"HOLY SH^T" he says, patting his shirt.
"that coffee had to be 98.6 degrees" he said to himself

Roy glared at K'van.
"Lieutenant Hawkeye," he said. The woman stood. "How did this boy get into the office?"
"The security must not have seen him, sir," said Hawkeye.
Elysia stared at K'van. Shes hook her head and lifted her hand. She smacked K'van upside the head.
"Pay attention," she told him. She wasn't the same Elysia from yesterday. It was her usual mood swings, sadly.

Elysia sighed.
"Riza," she said. The woman looked at her. "Will you shoot Roy if he tries to strangle K'van? Or shoot K'van if he tries to challenge Uncle Roy?"
Falman was holding back a laugh.
Hawkeye just stared at her.
"I'm going for a walk before the exams," said Elysia, turning. "I don't want to have to put these two on a leash." She pointed at Roy and K'van before walking off.

roy and kvan stared at eachother, hawkeye, ely, and back to eachother.
"well uncle roy i guess we have to learn to be civil to each other. ill start. im K'van Zaki and i hope one day to wear the uniform of a state alchemist" he smiled brightly, a hint of fang in his teeth

Elysia growled low at K'van. She hadn't woken up happy, for one.
"Don't be a smart-alleck, K'van," Elysia warned. She walked down the hallway and away from the men.
Hawkeye sighed and Roy's expression.
"K'van," she said. "I don't feel like shooting you. Go sit down."

Riza lifted her gun and shot at K'van. The bullet hit two inches away from K'van's head.
"Didn't Mythical tell you not to be a smart-alleck?"
Roy sighed and sat down at his desk.
Elysia walked along the lonely, early-morning streets. People in Central were lazy, she knew. Her parents would be asleep if they were still in town, but they'd had to leave when Elysia came into town.

"How many people are going to slip past the--" Roy cut himself off when he saw it was Tomiko. "Oh...Tomiko..."
Hawkeye sighed. It was times like this she wished Elysia was back to keep things under control. There weren't usually this many people in the office.
Elysia yawned. The late-night adventure hadn't let her get much sleep.
