Kai smiled and waved to his new pegasus friend as he flew off, "Ok, bye! I hope to see you soon!" The healer smiled and picked up his staff, walking over to Tomoro and the new guy. He blinked slightly and raised an eyebrow, "Umm...Hello?..." He held onto his staff with both hands, holding it close against his chest. He was hoping that his new pegasus friend would return some day. Kai's big brown eyes shifted from Tomoro, to the mysterious boy, then back to Tomoro. He didn't know who to look at, the one that he knew or the one he had never seen before. Those were more questions that ran through his mind, making it even more crammed than before.

"i am actually a reincarnation, if you will, of a forest spirit. i grew up with forest sprites. and yes...the tree you are sitting on is trying to contain its laughter, since you are tickling it..." kaen smirked, happy to find someone like him. he sat down on a bench and looked up at the girl. he glanced at the fellow nearby. he nodded slightly, bu turned his attention back to the girl

Tomoro looked at Kai, one eyebrow raised, and shifted her attention off into the distance, away from both of the guys. "Oh. Okay. Well, the plants tell me that they think you're in a idiot. Poor you." Tomoro's cruel streak had seemed to come in, and anyone that smirked like that wasn't nice, in her opinion. She moved her legs back and forth, looking up at the apples every so often, arranging her eyepatch. I really want to leave now.. go hang out with Sachi... I can't trust these guys.. well, maybe Kai, but not the other guy. Tomoro jumped down, her dress raising up to her upper thigh, her hair blowing upward. She leaned up against the tree trunk, and sighed lightly. "Whatever, you two..." She moved her hair away from her face, and flipped it backward, raising her eyepatch, just in case it fell down. She didn't want to reveal her scar to anyone else just yet.

kaen felt the tree rustle incomfortably that its friend wasnt happy. he looked down at the ground. feeling bad for invading her territory. he got up and started walking toward the green house door. he pulled out his flute and started playing a soft song that the plants understood. it was soothing to them, and helped each one grow ever so slightly as he passed them.

Kai raised a curious eyebrow at Tomoro, "Uhh...Ok?..." He sat down and crossed his legs, resting his staff in his lap. The healer closed his eyes and focused his healing arts onto the emerald gem on the tip of his oak staff. The jewel started glowing a bright white, forming a sphere on the end of the staff. Kai opened up his eyes quickly and pointed his staff at his head, the white sphere shooting into his own head. It poured over his brain, calming down all of the questions that he was asking himself. The healer had to do that to himself every now and then to remain sane. Kai closed his eyes again and took in a deep breath, calming himself the natural way. He lowered his staff and set it in front of him, his knapsack sliding off of his back and hitting the ground with a thud. It opened unknowingly to the healer and a various assortment of vials and pouches fell out. The healer didn't notice it yet and the poison he removed from Tomoro was splashing in its vial tauntingly. The poison seemed to think by itself and try to escape, but it couldn't. There was also a vial of antioxidants used for emergencies that didn't have time for his healing arts. There were various leather pouches that contained herbs for anesthetics and natural cures for common illnesses. Kai kept his eyes closed, the book in his knapsack also falling out and landed in the middle of all of the other contents.

Tomoro sighed, and got off the tree, putting her eyepatch in her pouch.
"What a loser..." Tomoro stooped down, and began to pick up each and every one of his belongings, carefully placing them in his knapsack. When Tomoro reached the vial full of the dark liquid, she looked at it in the light, but absolutely no reflection shone through. Knowing that Kai wouldn't see her, as he was lost in his own thoughts, she stuffed it into her small pocket, putting the knapsack next to him.

Standing back up, Tomoro yawned, and walked right past Kai without a second thought; it wasn't in her nature to say hello or goodbye. Besides, she only wanted to fend for herself. She didn't need friends. She didn't need enemies. She definitely didn't need a lover. Tomoro strutted in her large black boots, over to wear her herbs lay, and brought her finger to her lips, closing both eyes, pointing it out the ground without any green growing in it. She mumbled a few words, and suddenly, a green sprout shot out of the Earth; she had speeded up the growing process, and a full blossom, along with its leaves, would form within six hours. Tomoro suddenly remembered the blue lotus flower she left outside, and opened the door quickly, looking to her right. The flower was wilting, and its color had faded to a dull yellow. "Great..."

Tomoro grabbed the pot with both hands, and ran back into the greenhouse, kicking the door open, dashing towards the nearby bench surrounded by flowers. She quickly hummed a tune, sounding almost like a haunting lullaby, and the flower instantly revived itself. Color flooded through the petals, and it slowly began to rise up, until it was at the point where it was standing strong on its own. "There..!" I can't let this die... Bukotsu gave this to me...

kaen saw the girl rush back into the ware house after she apparently picked a flower.... "how unlike a forest sprite..." shrugging it out of his mind he tried to go else-where, but kept finding himself standing in front of the green house. he loved being near plants.

Jasper glided among the plants. She liked plants. They liked storms.

Being a storm sprite was un-usually boring as of late for Jasper. The weather was fair and warm. Maybe she'd concure a light rain. These beautiful plants indoors got enough water, but the outdoors, they did not.

Suddenly, Jasper heard the forest girl leave, and spotted the other.

""How delightful,'' she muttered to herself with a mischievious grin.

All it took was her silent feet working quickly, and her delicate hands as well. It was ready. She turned the tap, unleashing the hose.

Sachi watched Tomoro rush back into the Greenhouse with the pot in her hands. As she set the pot on the table and began to work, Sachi made her way over to her side and watched. She saw how Tomoro revived the lotus and was, of course, fascinated. "You can do anything when it comes to plants, huh Tomoro?" she said with a smile. "Why do you care for this one more than the others? Is it special? Do you need it for something?" Once again, Sachi was asking about a million questions.

Tomoro smiled and nodded over towards Sachi, picking her up and putting her in her lap. "Yes, I guess I can do just about anything with plants...." She sighed lightly, and looked up at the Greenhouse. The sun was setting, and the rays of red-orange light seemed to bounce off the walls, illuminating the entire room. "This plant... is very rare. It aids in medicine making, and the meanings of flowers... do you know what that means, Sachi?" Tomoro brought her head to lay on Sachi's shoulder, stroking her hair. "Flowers can mean many different things... if a special boy gives you a red rose, it means undying love. But if he gives you a yellow rose, it means he just wants to stay as friends. Forget me nots are the same, but well, they mean that the person who gives them to you doesn't want to forget you, or you to forget them.

Tomoro sighed knowingly; she had explained this to her mother many times before, and a few other people she knew back home, but they all thought she was crazy. "White roses mean purity or innocence, and blue roses... well, there isn't such a thing as a PURE blue rose, but it's more of a blue-violet." Hopefully talking about the meanings of flowers would get Sachi's mind off of why she cared for it in a different way from other plants.

Kai slowly opened his eyes and noticed that his knapsack was sitting in front of him with seemingly everything in it. He raised an eyebrow and put it on his back, "That was weird...Anyway..." He slowly stood up and put his staff across his shoulders, hanging his hands over the rod. He was bored now since everyone seemed to leave the area around the greenhouse for the greenhouse itself. The young healer sighed and started walking towards the greenhouse also. He didn't really want to be alone...outside...in the dark...He shifted and hit the door open with his hips, slipping into the greenhouse silently. He moved his staff so it was on his back, underneath his knapsack. His brown eyes scanned the plants again and something caught his eye. The healer's eyes squinted slightly as he seemed to float above the ground towards the mysterious plant. He reached out and gently stroked the leaves of the strange crimson-flowered plant. He had never come upon this flower before in his studies but it didn't really look that dangerous...But looks were deceiving...The leaves themselves were pointed and a deep hunter green. The stem was thin and covered in small barbs that threatened to poke anyone that came near them. Something caught his eye when he pulled his hand away...There was now a glimmering red spot on the leaf that he touched. Kai's eyes instantly went wide as he looked down at his, now bleeding, finger, "How did that happen?..." The cut was small and painless, giving the healer a strike of curiosity on how he had got it. When he leaned in closer to the flower he noticed that on the end of each leaf there were small spikes that were razor-sharp. Kai quickly looked down at his finger and gulped, hoping that that flower wasn't poisonous...But if it was, he would be able to heal it...if he caught it in time, that is...And Tomoro would probably kill him for touching the flower without her permission, but that was the least of his worries right now.

Tomoro jerked up suddenly, and it might have startled Sachi, and if that was the case, she was sorry, but somebody was invading a plant's personal space. It seemed to speak out to her, through the other plants, claiming that somebody had gotten to close to it. Monomike Feras... harmless, in most cases... doesn't contain poison, and looks like a fragile beauty... but actually contains hundreds of thousands of mini needlepoint-thin spikes... kind of like me, in a way. I always did like that plant. Tomoro sighed and put Sachi down, without waiting for an answer or another question of hers, and began pacing back and forth, her large black buckled boots kicking up specks of dirt. She crossed her arms, and walked in a small circle, then a zigzag... the only thing she could do is wait for more "words" from the plant. And if anyone tried to pluck or dig it out of the earth, they would have to go through HER, since it was a dying species.

Kai covered his finger with his other hand and it started glowing, soon closing and scabbing over. The healer smiled and started wandering again through the greenhouse. Yet another flower caught his eye and he walked over to it. The blossoms themselves were yellow with black tips and that already spiked his curiosity. The leaves, also, were different than all of the others. They were a sort of blackish dark blue. He raised an eyebrow and caressed the leaves, feeling their smoothness underneath his fingertips. The blossoms swayed back and forth, seemingly on their own, and stopped moving when the healer pulled his hand away. Kai blinked quickly, "Did...it just move?..." He leaned in closer to the flower, almost directly on top of it. His brown eyes grew intense again as he examined every small detail of the mysterious yellow flower.

"Sachi..." Tomoro stated after a long pause. "Would you like to go do something else? It's quite boring here." Tomoro figured that if Kai really was her friend, he'd know that she had totally ditched him, and that he could find her on his own. She shrugged, and lay down in the grass, yawning slightly, looking up at the sky. Why isn't the world all rainbows and butterflies? I wish that it could be like that.. it would be a hell of a lot easier. She turned on her side, looking at the soft green grass she was laying on, the way it moved in the breeze...

((lol...it's ok ^_^))

When Kai finished examining the new specimen, he wandered around in the greenhouse some more. Noticing the different colors of the flowers. Some were pink, some were white, some were yellow, some were blue, some were purple, and so on, so forth. The healer sighed slightly, curious to where everyone had went, as he wandered out of the greenhouse, on the opposite side that Tomoro was. He sat down on the grass and soon layed back, staring up into the sky. He shifted uncomfortably and removed his knapsack and staff from his back and to his side. The healer closed his big brown eyes halfway and kept staring up into the sky. It was so peaceful there and he could probably fall asleep in a matter of minutes if he had the chance, and if he was tired. He noticed a few clouds in the big blue sky and watched them curiously. The healer examined how they moved slowly across the azure, endless canvas of the sky.

((sorry...I wasn't sure if it was night or day sweatdrop ))
