"Thanks Haiiro!" she called, putting more fish into the pan as she took the finished ones and put them on a plate, cutting the vegetables into smaller peices and then dumping some green beans and bacon meat into a pot and started it on the fire.

Vale Kinomoto He shook his head. "Horse hair and hide is much too valuable to just let you go." he said. He then made a signal with his fingers and the men who had been twirling their nets launched them at the girl. He still couldn't see how she could prefer death over losing her tail.

::Thena watches all of this, mainly the tiger and cat... though.. now that she watched him, she realized the cat was just a kitten... so... she was starting to find it hard to be afraid of him, espically since he kept trying to hide from her. hesitating, she peeks aroudn Toshi at Haiiro:: i'm sorry

He blinked in surprise and smiled brightly "Your not scared of me anymore?? Thats good! I'm Haiiro.. Maralah and Kirs are letting me stay here cause I lost my parents in the forest! Your pretty!"
He raised and eyebrow and stifled a chuckle at the boy. Looking at Thena "We are about to have some salad.. would you liek some as well?"

He beamed at her, much more relaxed now. He started bouncing around trying to help some more.. much to Toshi's distress and amusement.

"You have something important in there? I'm pretty sure it'll be safe in that room."

no... i don't... but he seemed to have so much energy... i'm hoping trying to find something that does not exsist will burn some of it off

He laughed heartily "He does have alot of energy! Makes me wonder how his parents kept him occupied! However that boy seems to be on a permanant sugar high.. even the non-existant bag might not get him to calm down."
They could hear Haiiro scuffling around in the room, with something falling every no and then. Luckily he didn't break anything "I don't see... but it might be buried I'll kep looking!" he shouted back.

He grinned "True.. I just don't want the kid to get upset again when he finds out it doesn't exist. From what I've seen he's pretty sensitive about things."

::she smiles a bit:: i've already thought of that.... ::reaches behind her back and pulls her hand back with a small brown pouch in it. the bag had been hidden by her wings and contained nothing more, really, than a few various colored feathers. unlike the bag at her hip which held her own shed featheres to be sold later if anyone was interested, the feathers in the small bag were not for sale:: when we're ready for him, and he's not looking, i'll slip this in there
