Amelia smiled a little. Things were swinging back up now. She kept a hand on Zelos' collar, but nodded to both Alihi and Abel. "Thanks, Abel, for being the bigger man," she told him gratefully. She nodded to Bramimond with his entrance, then looked at Zelos expectantly. "Well? We're waiting. Apologize."

"... Hate you?" Alihi looked at Abel. "Abel, I couldn't hate you if I tried..." She wiped her eyes again, then smiled weakly. "You're... not hurt, right?"

Zelos landed, kneeling, on the ground after his last attack was blocked. As Abel walked away, along with Amelia to comfort Alihi, followed by the heartfelt exchange, he stood up.

"Well, well, Princess. Looks to me like you've got quite the chivalrous knight." He walked his way over to the girl, dismissing Amelia, and putting a hand on her shoulder. "Alihi, I started it. I couldn't let you go off with someone I didn't approve of, now could I?" He reached over to the two, and pushed them together in an awkward embrace.

"And there we go, all better!" A kindhearted smile appeared on his face, a stark contrast to his dark demeanor earlier. "Oh, wait, I almost forgot!" He put his hand to his chest, and became enveloped in blue light.

"Healing Circle!" A blue runic symbol appeared around the three, healing the two fighters, and drying the tears of the girl. "Really, Alihi, I'm sorry about all that. I'm sure you're mad now, but I hope we'll still be buddies later on."

He strolled over to Bramimond, and waved his hand to get his attention. "Work your magic, old man. I'm done for today."

Amelia scowled as Zelos completely ignored her, pulling right away from her hand and going over to Abel and Alihi. She wasn't sure of what he was going to do, but when he pushed the two together into a hug, she relaxed a little. She went over to Rhys quietly by the time he'd performed his Healing Circle, and she sat down against the wall, tucking her legs under her so as to not expose anything indecent. She looked tired all of a sudden, overwhelmed by the sudden dramatic shift in mood.

"As long as no one's fighting," she murmured. She paused, then looked up at Father Renault from under her bangs. "Oh... other than this," she said, gesturing to Zelos going to Bramimond, and Abel and Alihi, "it's been fairly quiet."

"I thought I told you Renny." She still had some drunkeness in her.

Bramimond stared as Zelos walked back to where the Archdruid stood.

Bramimond drew close to Zelos, and talked in a hushed tone, so only he could hear. "I do not know if you are some sort of possessing spirit, demon, or a splinter of the child's mind and soul, sheared away by his delving into secrets far beyond his years, but I warn you now. The mind of mankind is a sacred place. I will not abide as you violate that sanctity. Leave, and return the child to his normal faculties, or I shall return you to the depths from whence you came."

Bramimond does not mess around when it comes to personal boundaries.

Alihi blinked, suddenly pushed into Abel. Not that I really mind... She thought to herself with a slight blush as she wrapped her arms around Abel in return. She felt... rather comfortable and safe.

She stared at Zelos for a moment before turning the other way, refusing to look at him. Even as her tears were dried and Abel's wounds were healed, she still couldn't bring herself to look at the red-haired man. She was angry at him, yes, but he also deserved her "thanks". The whole battle was simply just a test to make sure that Abel was right for her.
That fact made Alihi more confused than before.
