"That's the idea of the Obstacle Course. Get real nice and friendly with it, your Highness." Myrr called out as she hopped up onto the wires that connected everything to everything else.

"If we really want to meet Kaiser's challange, we're going to have to spend hours on this thing every day. Y'wanna show him whose boss, right?" Myrr said with a smile.

"Wrong attitude, Your Highness. You hafta want to do this as much as I do. 'Sides, I meant 'Girls are better then boys, so nyah.'" Myrr said.

Hopping down on a platform next to her, she pointed out the bell. "Okay, if you were going to get to the bell the quickest way you can from here, how would you do it?" Myrr asked her.

The platform was a resting spot of sorts between a seemingly massive jungle of mud pits, small bridges without railings, rope ladders, and walls with only a rope to their name to get up.

Myrr chuckled and leaned against the pole she was standing next to. "Perhaps, perhaps, if you were to use magic. How would you do it if you could not use your magic?" Myrr asked.

She lazily got off the pole and walked next to Hali. "Here, think of another way. While it IS fastest to use magic to use the course as a way of getting around, why don't we think of a way you would do without magic?"

"Say, you had to be really sneaky." Myrr said.

Myrr snorted derision. "Right, right." she grumbled as she took a few steps back, and then launched herself off the platform, grabbing a bar, swinging around it like an acrobat before launching herself off of that, and landing on a platform across the mudpit, rolling to her feet and springing to it, launching herself again.

Catching a rope, she swung back and forth a few times, gaining speed. Throwing herself off of it, not at the platform but a few pillars that were unconnected in anyway, she used them as stepping stones, springing off the sides to the other, before throwing herself into the void over another mud pit.

Catching the last platform's ledge, she hung from it before pulling herself up, rolling up and over to a stand.

"See?" She called out. "You shouldn't think of the air or walls as something to hold you back. Use them sparingly and willingly, and they'll take you places."

"Your highness. What we're doing every day in the morning is preperation for what I just did. You NEED to be strong to do what I do. If you don't have the body strength... Well, you'll wind up in what you're standing in."

She sighed and leaned against a log pillar. "To be perfectly honest, Your Highness, my ability to shapeshift and hide myself is the most magic I will ever be capable of so... Count yourself lucky. I'd rather command Water then turn into an admittedly cute fox or hide myself."

"But yes, we'll teach you." she said.

"Eh, he's fine." Myrr said as she led Hali out. "The thing is, Kaiser's stronger then I am, though not as quick. Just as agile tho. The other thing is that we're completely different. I prefer stealth and deception while he's more direct. He knows how to be silent and stealthy but he's a got a lot more power then I do."

"Really, its just two different styles of the same thing. Neither is the 'right' path as both paths have their applications." she said while taking Oriana out.

Kaiser was sitting in the shade by the shacks near the obstacle course, drinking water from a canteen while in heavy armor.

Raising his canteen to them, he took another sip before getting up and bringing two more canteens with cold water in them.

"So, how was your first time on the Course?" Kaiser asked.

Kaiser shrugged. "We jog back to the main compound and get lunch. Then we start doing weapon drills until dinner. Then you're free to do whatever."

Taking off the armor, he returned it to the shed while stretching. "Ready to go?" he asked the pair. Myrr nodded and began stretching as well.
