Ah Wonderful members, as promised The Vernal Fair is here at last!
Please take your time and enjoy the Fair!
For your convenience we will always have some teachers about to chaperone you all, so you can go back and forth from Hogsmeade to the Castle as much as you like.
That said, the weather really is glorious out here at the moment, isn't it?

 General Rules
Follow Guild Rules (which includes Gaia TOS)
Read through this entire page, and the first pages of each separate stand involved in the event before posting in them.
Please take part in the festivities, there are many activities involved in this event so you should be able to find something you'll enjoy! If not, you can always suggest something in the S.F.Q. Or you can choose to socialize with your fellow members and have a nice picnic here in the general Hogsmeade topic.
Vernal Fair is only here for a few weeks, so be sure to take advantage and explore all of the possibilities available to you! We do our best to give you the best here at HPGoG, so do enjoy it as much as you possibly can.
More Rules will be added if needed.

Town Map and Picnic Details
Below we have compiled a nice little map of Hogsmeade including the Fair Booths that we have set up. As you can see there are quite a few stands, each one is sponsored by a shop and is related to that shop in some way. I'll go into more detail about each individual Booth in the posts below.
Now I'll bet you're thinking to yourself, "With all these Stands around, what am I supposed to do here?" Ah, well when you find yourself weary from all the excitement and fancy a break, this is the place to go! The Three Broomsticks was enlisted to cater the event and since it's spring, they decided on a nice picnic! Madam Rosmerta has teamed up with the Hogwarts House Elves to prepare a large buffet of delicious food for you to pile into your baskets and take with you across the road and into the meadow. There are many blankets strewn about, grab one enjoy the fresh air, and the carefree atmosphere. Make new friends, share your experiences of the different booths, or just relax and look at cloud shapes, this is the place for idle chitchat.

It would seem that the Weasley Twins may have done it again. Our Games Master, Toby has agreed to help them give out free samples of their new experimental line of joke items in front of their shop!
Not only do you get free joke items, but you'll get house points as well!
And I believe that the head elf has a little extra something prepared for her House Elf charges as well.

Hope wanders up to the table of food, Dillius the goat close at her heels. She grabs a basket and piles in some delicious pasta salad, fried chicken, and watermelon, adding in extra watermelon at a tug from Dilly. Looking around as she grabs one of the canary yellow blankets, Hope notices...
It doesn't seem anyone is here yet, so lets just go have a nice quiet picnic, Dilly. I think you'll like the fresh foliage in the meadow. It looks like it would be quite tasty.
