Kamishirasawa Keine Care to tell us what some of these subforums will be~? Of course.
This is what's curently on my to-do-list:
Announcements (?)
Art/Fanfiction/Doujinshi
Roleplaying
Help
Fan Games
Closed Topics
Cosplay
Videos/Music
Game Discussion (?)
Most of the ideas came from the subforum thread, which I very much appreciate.
The ones with questions marks I'm not completely sure if I will make or not.
If any of you have any more suggestions, do tell.

The Announcements one isn't really needed. If you need to make an announcement, it can just be in the main part of the forum. Announcements about new games and stuff can just be in the main part of the forum as well. (Or the fan games section, if that happens to be the case.)
Art/Fanfiction/Doujinshi is good.
Roleplaying is YES. It's about time. x3 But I was thinking maybe having two roleplay sections. One for regular roleplays, and one for the RP that is currently taking place through profile comments. Although I don't know if everyone will be so willing to move the whole thing here.
Help is fine too. Don't know if it'll be used all that often though, except by newer members.
I'm not sure what you intend the cosplay forum to be for. Just for people to post their new accounts, or for their rl cosplays I guess? Anyway, that's fine I guess.
The rest are good too. Although the Games Discussion one could probably just be for the main forum as well.
The main forum should mostly be for general discussion about the series, which would include the games, as well as pretty much everything else that doesn't fit into one of the other sub forums.
Also, maybe include an "Other" forum, for just about anything, even if it isn't Touhou related.

Agreed. I most likely will not make the Announcements one now that I think about it. Same goes for Games Discussion. I really want to try avoiding anything that might result in the main forum to become inactive just because of the creation of subforums.
As for the cosplay subforum, it was something that was also suggested from the topic I mentioned. I'm sure you already know this, but Touhou cosplaying using avatars has quickly become a very popular part of the guild. I think a subforum will especially serve the purpose of being helpful for people who want suggestions, ratings and help in making their outfits.
As for an Other subforum... hmm... I'm a bit unsure about that. I want to try keeping everything as much about Touhou as possible. Everything else, well, that's what our beloved Spam Bucket is for. But we'll see.

Well, an Other section would basically just be an expanded version of this thread. Because trying to keep track of so many different topics in one thread is just confusing as all hell.
Ultimately though, it's up to you~

Well, I'll take it into consideration.
After all, I can always add new or remove old subforums whenever I need to. (Although moving all the topics again would be a real pain...)

Ay-yi-yi.......
I just recently got done playing a good round of Samurai Warriors 1, there was a really intense moment for a while in my last deployed map.
I was playing as Yukimura in free mode's version of the Battle of Inabayama Castle(Mitsuhide's Storyline version), when all of a sudden, a bunch of Musket units and Archers showed up to the fight.
It really felt like Touhou for a moment, complete with focused and unfocused mode.
(Guard Shifting being focused mode, and normal movement being unfocused mode.)
Needless to say, it was pretty weird.
Anyone else have any touhou moments in other games that they want to share info on?
