"What'd I do this time?" Naomi asked indignantly. "It's not like I'm actually going to shoot this time!" She studied the woman's face. "Oh, you're Alex's mom, right?"

Alex smiled at the firebug he still thought she was cute he noticed the girl with the broadsword too he wondered about her he still wanted to duel her one day but now was not the right time for that.
Maverick smirked as he went to a couple nearby towns repeating the same process as before he smiled as things just fell into place for him if only the rest of this would be as easy...

Perhaps Kirra had been expecting surprise or horror, but Alexa showed neither. Grinning mildly, she said, "Not that I don't admire women who stand up for themselves, but didn't you try it yourself to check?" A little more seriously, she added, "I like garlic. Ever tried sage with it?" She leaned over to examine it.

Naomi scowled. Again with the burning. Blinking, she sighed. "Where are you going?"
Sora turned back, feeling eyes on her for a brief moment. She saw Alex Silverwolf and her mother outside with Naomi. She smirked. "Don't worry, I don't think she's gonna be setting any houses on fire for no reason any time soon." She glanced to Alex as if saying it was because of him. She smirked again and turned, digging through the dumpsters again.

Alex smiled at Sora as she glanced at him and he sorta got her message and smiled he looked back at Naomi then at his mom and wasn't sure of whether or not to tell her

Einon nodded. "It's blown AWAY!" He laughed and hugged his mom and sis and dad and went to bed. Mathias smiled and sat down next to his wife, holding her hand. "So did you two like your 'girl time'?" Mathias asked as he looked at Aura with concern in his eyes. He wished he had the telepathic connection that his wife did.

Aura gave her father a tentative smile, although the tenseness didn't quite leave her. "Yeah, I think so," she said. "I'm sort of tired, too. I'm going to go to bed, I think. Goodnight."
She got up, hugged her father and kissed her mother's cheek, and then followed her brother upstairs.
Engela watched her daughter leave and shook her head. "Something's wrong," she told Mathias. "She wouldn't say what, but she's worried about something."

Vix noted Naomi's scowl and smiled slightly. "If you don't like people mentioning it, you shouldn't do it," she said simply. Then she shrugged. "I don't know, exactly. But we need to get started." Gesturing to her son, she started walking away.

"And I'm betting you can't sense what is worrying her." Sighing, Mathais kissed her lips gently. "Hopefully she'll tell us if she needs to. She knows we are here for her. I'm gonna go meditate, my love. Would you care to join me?" He liked meditating and focusing his thoughts and powers. And whenever Engela was with him, he always felt so calm and peaceful. He always hoped he had the same effect on her, though he never actually asked.

Engela sighed slightly. "You know me too well," she agreed. "I can't figure it out." She debated whether or not to tell Mathias of the flash she'd seen, and eventually decided against it. After all, it could have just been her imagination.
She smiled a little when Mathias asked her about meditation. "Sure. I could use it."

The little girl ran into the dead end alley then hid from him. There was no shadows since the sun was dead on the alley,and it seemed she needed those to go somewhere else. Really ,she was used to people wanting to kill/hurt her but her mistress, and wanted pretty much all humans to just die for being scared or pathetic. Her reason kept changing.

Naomi thought a short moment. "Wait," she called out. She tilted her head. "Would it be too troublesome if I tagged along?" Naomi paused before adding reproachfully, "I won't burn anything unless needed..."

Balon and the group smashed into the bandits and easily fought there way throught. "you use to much extra movement. it wastes energy." he said as he cut through a group of bandits.
that should do it. Kray thought to himself. he would drive the bandits off then follow them to there base. he could start his empire with this group of bandits. he would defeat there leader and force the rest into submission. then his men would train the new recruts. he would do this with every bandit group that attacks this village. eventually he would get an army and the second part would begin. he would ask to allow other village to come under his protection and the the first few blocks of his empire would be in place. this was the best he could come up with due that the man power he had. he was now already among the bandits using no extra movements and not using his powers to cut through the bandit group easily. he would have to have is fun with them now because once the came under his control, he would need them.

"Please, think of our differences in fighting styles. I use a smaller wepon, and I'm getting a bit more used to magic, pluse they never even touch me, see?" He showed them his body, there was not a single scratch on him. "You may be stronger, but I have energy to waste, its just in my nature. Also, you haven't even seen a fraction of my true power." He ran to a dune about a mile away in a matter of seconds. "See? Come over here, there another wave of bandits coming" Gurrin stuck his hand into the sand and pulled out a bo staff, which was about seven feet long with strange symbols all over it. He then took his stance, one sword sparking, the other glowing red, and the sand moving a little bit around him.
