Garret pulled a metal ball from his sleeve, he pushed a button on it and threw it, and a giant cloud of knockout gas came from it and knocked all the guards out. He then ran down into his den, waited for Katsuko and then shut the door.

Katsuko stumbled in the absolute darkness on his den. "What was that?" she asked nervously.

Garret fell to his knees in exhaustion. *Damn guards....* he thought.

Katsuko felt around in the dark and her hand found his shoulder. "what happened?" she asked again.

Garret got up and walked to his room without saying a word.

Katsuko glared into the darkness. *i don't like being ignored....* she followed him. "hey! i know i don't really count as a princess here but idon't like being ignored. why is it so difficult answering a simple question? not like i'm going to tell anyone."

Garret just lay there in his bed pretending that Katsuko wasn't there.

Katsuko whacked him in the face with a pillow. a small smile cracked on her lips.

Garret twitched his eye in irritation. He sat up and pulled out his dagger. He stood up and jabbed the dagger in Katsuko's leg without even changing facial expression. He then crawled back into bed.

Katsuko fell to the floor. she bit her lip so that she wouldn't scream. tears squeezed out of her eyes and she held her leg. "jerk." she said between her teeth.

Garret heard what she said and he stood up. He walked over to Katsuko and kicked her in the stomach and without hesitating punched her in the face. He then crawled back into bed.

Katsuko rolled over on the floor bent over double and coughed up some blood. the room spun, from the loss of blood or the puch she wasn't sure, she just knew that she was in pain.

Garret thought to himself. *Quiet at last.* he then closed his eyes and went to sleep.

Katsuko groaned in pain. she couldn't scream at this point. she felt lightheaded and dizzy and she finally fainted from bloodloss.

[I ALMOST killed her]
Garret woke up the next morning and saw Katsuko's blood deprived body. "Oh yeah....." he said as he remembered what he did. He went into his storage room and took out a cage with a fairy in it. He went over to Katsuko and let the fairy loose on her. The fairy spun around Katsuko for a while and all of Katsuko's wounds sealed up. Garret then took a red vial from his nightstand and emptied the contents into Katsuko's mouth. *She should feel like she just woke up from a good nap in about five minutes.
