Charlene nodded, blushing slightly in embarresment. She looked at the room and looked at the warm bed, thankful for it, while at the same time flashes of a cold sterile table with belt straps went through her head.

Reily giggled and jumped into the room, landing on the bed near the door, "Dibs!" she called, her voice muffled by the bed.
Rene smiled, "Well, you two have fun, if you need help just ask anyone." She nodded then headed for the bridge.

Kali stopped walking around and decided to try again. She closed her eyes and focused on finding Charlene. Then, the wind picked up around her and she teleported. She reappeared in the room Reily and Charlene were in. "Hi, sorry for the intrusion," she said.

Charlene looked up at Kali. She didn't recognize the girl. She needed to tighten the stitching in her arm, but she couldn't yet. Not with everyone there. Charlene bowed her head covering her face agin. "H-Hello." Deo yipped and jumped on the bed with Reily, stealing the pillow and shaking it madly.

Reily bounced up from the bed and stood next to Charlene, smiling at Kali, "Hi, whatcha need?"

Kali smiled back at Reily. "Hey, Reily. I just need to talk to Charlene," she said, then looked over at Charlene. "My name is Kali. Let me get straight to the point. I'd like to take you to see Kranza," she said.

Charlene was never 'helped', she was only used. This girl didn't seem that dangerous but, Charlene couldn't risk it. She looked at Riely helplessly.

Reily stepped between Kali and Charlene, "No, she won't see him, and you shouldn't be helping him." Reily wasn't sure why but she had a feeling, instincts maybe, that told her that Kranza was bad news.

Kali was surprised at what Reily just did. Then she said, "I have no idea why you are saying that. But I need to take Charlene to see him."

Reily shook her head, "No," she said again, her voice firm and unyielding, "I won't let you. She's my friend and you won't take her, I'll fight you if I have to."

"Reily, I don't want to fight you... I promise she won't be harmed," Kali said, hoping that Reily will give in. But if not, she will fight Reily.

Reily shook her head, "Kranza's the bad guy, and since you're helping him you're bad too." Her voice was calm and strong, she would never let Kranza lay a hand on Charlene.
