XD I would have watched it for longer, I was just shocked when I got out and realized it was three am. I'll tell you though, I have never seen so much naked blue man in my life. It reminded me of the time we had a male model in my figure drawing class... but mostly because the model was bald, and I was using blue chalk to sketch him.

If horror freaks you out, you might want to consider not going with it....though to tell you honestly, even though I'm a total fan of horror movies, I am the biggest wimp out there and traditionally have nightmares, sleep with a light on, and check my closet for weeks after seeing one of those movies. That aside, I haven't had any issues with Left4Dead, which has surprised me, though that doesn't necessarily mean that you won't of course. Still, once you've played it a while, you shouldn't have any problems.

Also, it's a hell of a lot easier than TFT. You saw me on TFT as well. I think you'd find that shooter games are a whole lot easier if people aren't shooting back at you (trigger happy team mates aside....yeah you, Jez! and YOu, BD! All of you!!!!...lol, I love you guys). That's where I get most of my TFT trouble. I have to move around like a mouse on a hot plate so I don't get shot while trying to aim? Yeah...not good at that yet. Zombies run right into your bullets...It's nice and fancy. Also, you don't have to be thrown into an online game with various enemies of different skill levels on the first day you play. You can play in your own little corner BY yourself (damn you Jez), in a nice little campaign on easy, until you get the hang of controls and things.

Other note, as a team game in campaign mode, you're just working together against the zombies, and it's pretty helpful and easy so long as your team mates watch your back. You wouldn't have to play versus until you wanted to or were ready to (I was a versus virgin until last night....and then found out I was at least competent enough to kill BD twice....>.> and then didn't get very far, but still.) If you get it, I'm sure any one of us would love to walk you through and help you out with the controls and such.

Darn East-coasters. XD I don't find it too bad myself, but there are moments when someone mumbles that I just don't catch it. It's like "Who said that!?"

It has a lot of variation in the game. There are some dark moments which require you and your nifty little flashlight, but some of the outside parts of the stages are decently lit. They do a lot of fun atmosphere work, admittedly, when I first started playing the demo I was a little bit jumpy, but now I tend to run in at high speed without much thought to it. It is possible it could be a bit too scary for you, but to be honest, I really think that would pass after you adjust to the game.
