"N-not really!" she said and knelt down and felt around in her bag. She grabbed somthing, a burn cream and rubbed it all over her hand. It took the edge off, but she'd have to figure somthing out when they got back in the light.

val guided them through the twists and turns of the tunnel, occasionally telling them to shush. finally they saw a light at the end of the tunnel. just as they started walking for it they heard the flutter of wings and a loud screech, "RUN FOR IT!" he shouted.

Elliotte stopped and was about to make her way back to Lea when she herd vanlier shout, but before she could say anythin she herd the loud screech, "Ahh" she said putting her hands over her ears, not caring about the smell. "Come on Lea, Higeshi lets get out of here." She said then turned and ran for the light.

Hearing the others shouts and the more than welcoming light up ahead, Higeshi picked up the pace and ran for the opening. Missing his footing now and again he came close to falling on more than one occassion. And just as he thought he was in the clear he slipped on something under his foot and ran strait into the left edge of the opening. Bouncing round and off of it he fell back out of the cave into the light. As he eyes adjusted to the swirling colours around his, the rapid realisation of spinning made his place his arms out and stop himself from rolling any further. Scrabelng to his feet before he made anymore of a fool of himself he stood and waited for the other, while scanning the surroundings with his hands held to his forehead to shield the sun.

Lea ran as fast as she could, and when she was out-she happened to be the last one- she fell to the ground and studied her hand. She breathed a sigh of reliefe, it was only a little red. She stood up again, panting slightly "What were we running from?" she asked.

Elliotte watched as Higeshi came flying out of the cave, a little worried at first then a he stood she had to laugh to herself, but relieved he was OK. Then the turned to Valnier "Yeh what were they?" Then looking at Lea "And Lea is your hand OK" she asked.
Elliotte then placed her bag on the floor and search around for a bottle of water. Taking a swig of her water she stood up and looked around. "Were now?"

val panted "those...were what i call "dracula"...dont ask me why." he stood up straight and pointed down into the valley, "the base is down there. once we get there we need to go into the main warehouse, there is a shelter in there."

Higeshi Turned back to them all after looking where Val was pointing. "Does anyone want to take a rest now or do you want to carry on right away?" He asked looking from one person to another as he pondered the question himself.

"I vote break." Lea said, setting her things down. She sighed and pulled out a few water bottles "Anyone want one?" she asked.

"Fair enough. Break it is then." He said letting his bag strap drop off his left shoulder and catching the bag by the right strap in the crook of his arm. Setting it down his sat and leant against it.
"I'm ok thanks." He answered to Lea's question. He relaxed and lent his head back against his bag and looked up at the dark grey clouds filling the sky. Looking at them he tryed to remember the last time he had seen blue sky, or a break in the clouds for that matter.

Sitting back down next to her bag, Elliotte drank some more fo her water. "How long will it take to get to the bunker thing?" she asked.

val sat ontop of a rock, "it will take about half a day to work our way down the valley wall. after that its a short hike over to the complex." he looked back into the tunnel and sighed, "im gunna miss that cave....."

Lea sighed "So, di we set up camp here and start in the morning? Or do we keep moving?" she asked. She put her water away and looked around.

"I say we set up camp for the night. There probably isn't enough light left today to make it all the way down if it's going to take half a day."
He said looking around the others as he spoke.
