Senritsu could feel the hold on the hand seals she’d acquired before, slipping from her grasp as she slipped up once again. With brows furrowed, the slightly agitated Uchiha gave up on completing the hand seals and slumped herself roughly against the tree she had done the first exercise on. Senritsu thought a break would be something to enjoy. Going on and on with training would just get boring after a short time. The Uchiha enjoyed being entertained, not being forced to do things that were causing her any type of trouble. And this, had made her feel like a bit of a slip up. Her head tilted downwards, towards the ground she was sitting on. Green orbs landed on a single patch of green grass. Plucking it from it’s position, firmly planted in the ground, she stared at it being pinched between her two fingers. It looked like the same color of her eyes when she got upset in any way. Her face turned blank as she began to strip away at the blade of grass.

Looking over at the others, Serena realized that she had slowed herself down with her inability to gain good control over her staff today. Senritsu seemed to have already made her way to her third or fourth training for the day. The genin tried to keep the thought out of her mind though. She would train at her own pace--and not another's.
So, where was she again? Four opponents, surrounding her. The Raiken also considered Sukotto's advice as well, trying to consider her staff as an extension of her arms. When she heard his advice, it immediately processed in her mind to think of it that way. First, the opponent at the front. A sharp swing down, and then, a quick step to the side and a kick. Afterwards, Serena swung her staff horizontally, a tricky move that might not be something she would want to try in actual battle yet. Moves like that took up a lot of strength, which made it a good thing that the Raiken staff was so light. The girl was truly curious about the potention it had, though, because it was also supposed to work with their lightning affinity, which in turn would make the staff a seriously powerful weapon.

The slender framed Uchiha tossed away the blade of grass with a saddened sigh, knowing that she’d need to return herself to doing the Hand Seals soon. She was used to going through things quickly and moving on the to the next, being with other people would make no difference to her. Besides, she felt useless while she was sitting around doing nothing. Better to be working on something small than to be working on nothing at all. Senritsu smiled as her thoughts rhymed, but quickly drew herself back into reality so she could finish what she started. Senritsu’s fingers found themselves entering their positions for the hand seals quite easily this time. Perhaps the break was exactly what the teenage girl needed? When she was satisfied with the timing, she sat back and relaxed herself. Right now there was nothing for her to do but wait until Sukotto addressed her for a second time and gave her another something to keep her mind occupied. While she waited, she turned her eyes to the people around her. Shisei was still being silently annoying, Sukotto was watching, and Serena was busy continuing her things with her staff. Hopefully it would get more exciting soon.

The Uchiha grinned and nodded as Serena performed one more effective move with her staff. "That will do for now, Serena, well done." Sukotto then peered over at Senritsu and noticed that she had seemed to complete her hand seal training as well. "And very good work as well, Senritsu. Keep it up and you'll be able to quickly summon ninjutsu to your aid." The shinobi was happy that the pair had finished at the same time, as it seemed that they had sort of drifted off course from one another, which was bound to happen with any group of people. However, now that they had realigned, the Uchiha figured that it would be a good opportunity to test out a team-based training exercise to see if the pair could work together well. This would also be a test to see if they could drop the pesky competitiveness that was often present in low level genin and academy students, allowing themselves the opportunity to assist each other with the training. "Alrighty you two, I want the both of you to practice together now. I'm going to have one of you form a bunshin while the other keeps her eyes closed, then when she opens them, she will have one chance to determine which one is real. Afterwards, allow the bunshin to fade away and switch roles for the next round." Sukotto hoped that the training didn't sound too confusing. The pair would be practicing the sequence that was found in battle as well as their sense and genjutsu skills. "Senritsu, I want you to begin by forming a bunshin, and Serena, do your best to sense which is the real version of Senritsu. You two can feel free to take the time to recover your chakra at any point if you need to. Begin whenever you're both ready."
After aiming the pair of female shinobi towards their next exercise, Sukotto began to think about what he wanted to train himself as he turned towards Shisei to respond to the words that they serpent youth had spoken. "Ah Shisei, you don't need to be so tense in my presence, but if it is your comfort zone, then by all means, continue and I will do my best to keep helping you when I can, in spite of whatever you say to me." Sukotto liked the idea of training his own genjutsu while the girls worked on theirs. He felt as though he had come a long way since he had began training in the illusionary art. "Shisei, in addition to covering your hands with your sleeves, try to consider the potential places where your opponent may be. For instance, if they are under you, then you could raise your hands in the air. It would make it seem as though you were lowering your guard, when in fact you were preparing a surprise attack." After speaking to the Orochi, Sukotto quickly made a bunshin of himself, deciding that he would continue to perfect his clones to enhance his genjutsu skill.

Senritsu looked at Sukotto as her name was called, her mind temporarily offline the moment he began to speak. “Huh? Yeah. Sure.” Standing up as he continued to speak, she listened as yet another exercise was to be done at the side of Serena. She looked over, wondering how good the girl would be at seeing through a Genjutsu done by the weaker female. It would be quite entertaining that was for sure. It would also be a good way for the girl to learn how good she was at Genjutsu as well. “Well then, let’s begin.” Senritsu quickly formed the hand seals for Bunshin no Jutsu as soon as the other girl closed her eyes and got ready. A puff of smoke appeared between the two and the battle began. It would be fun to see who finished figuring the other out first. Senritsu could feel her fingers tingling as the smoke cleared and the Raiken came into view. “So-” one of the Uchiha‘s said with a smile, “-let’s begin.” the other finished. Both of the Uchiha waved playfully towards the girl to begin their game. This was definitely something Senritsu could get herself into! Sukotto always knew how to keep her happy and entertained. Games, games, games, and candy. Mostly games though. Well, no, candy beats games hands down, but she would deal with that at a later time.

{Melody, I think you got my Sense and Genjutsu backwards ^^; }
"Aiyy..Alright then." Serena put her staff back into its holder on her left hip and listened carefully to Sukotto's next set of instructions. Genjutsu training? This would be fun. Much more fun than playing around with her staff, in the Raiken's own opinion. She liked genjutsu, but was a little worried about the fact that she was working with Senritsu. Senritsu was technically not on the same ranking as her, but the genin knew that this girl was more than it looked. Senritsu was a very hard worker, and was quickly catching up to where Serena was.
"Ok, uh..let's see here." Serena had closed her eyes and within the next minute, opened them to find two Senritsus standing before her, one a perfect replica of the other. They were almost perfect! The Raiken wondered whether or not she had only learned this technique recently. Stunned by the amazing job that Senrtisu had done with her bushin, the genin picked just one without thinking. "Hmm..it's so close! Ahh..I'll say this one.." All she could do now is see if she had chosen right. Oh..Serena remembered only now that there were specific flaws to a bushin that would help you immediately identify the real one from the fake. She had practiced this many times with Sorri--how could she have forgotten? The Raiken could only conclude that this girl was just doing such a great job.

After the youth adjusted his sleeves his fingers quickly took hold of the ram seal once again and placing them beneath his sleeves. For the most part his ears had zoned out the others. They had no meaning to his training at the moment so he saw no reason to keep any attention on them. The only voice that had any importance at the moment was the chuunin. Even that was slightly annoying, but the boy said nothing of it. His voice once again rung out towards Shisei, but the serpent youth did not give a hint of acknowledgment. His frame merely did what was asked of him. His arms made the ram seal and began to picture different places in which an opponent may try to strike from. As the tactician like mind began to contemplate adversaries in different surroundings his upper body began to move slightly to block the presence of imaginary peering eyes. As he did this though, the Orochi born found it hard to keep his sleeves over his knuckles to covertly perform jutsu. A twist too great led to his sleeves pushing back towards his wrists. After a few tries the violet hair stopped to examine what he was doing wrong and perhaps how to fix it.

Sukotto took quite a bit of delight in seeing the girls understand what he meant with his training. He sometimes worded things in a way that made them sound much more confusing than they actually were, so he was relieved to see that they had caught on almost immediately. This exercise would show Sukotto the extent of Serena's sense and genjutsu ability, which he was unaware of. In addition, the Uchiha didn't know if the Raiken were particularly adept at these sorts of skills, a little rusty with them, or were fairly average with them. He knew that his own clan was quite adept with each of the skills once they unlocked the full potential of their kekkai genkai, which Senritsu had not, so he figured that the match up would be even enough; he only hoped that it wouldn't stir up too much competition between the two, as that would go against what he was aiming for with the squad. However, he realized that no competition at all wouldn't be any fun, and was excited to see who would finish with their respective training sessions first. As Sukotto watched the pair train, he allowed his bunshin to fade away, as he had been sated with its similarities to him, but had still managed to learn a thing or two from it. Without a moment of hesitation, the Uchiha summoned another clone of himself, hoping that it would improve on the one that he had created before.

The serpent youth gazed down to calculate what had been going wrong with it. “The Uchiha probably already knows why... that type of haughtiness like Kanami probably.” the jutsu explorer thought. Speaking of, where did magnolia eyes disappear to? She left saying that she may go back to sleep, but with the diva it was always a fifty/ fifty chance. Shisei wanted to believe that the diva had went back to her room to sleep, but he could never be fully sure with her. For all he knew she probably pulled some not expecting boy into the back of an alley. Shaking his head from the thought of the kunoichi, Shisei tried to focus back on his mission for now. His head gazed down at the brown fabric, the mind turning slowly. “Perhaps it be better to put a buck or strap around the wrists so that the sleeves never went any higher…”. No still wouldn’t work. He would be left with the same situation with added uncomfortable wrists. That and the fanged child did not want to alter the fabric. It was good as it is. Then it would have to be the movement of the jacket that he needed to analyze more and just see how it flowed against his body. Pale hands pushed back the sleeves up to his wrists for a few seconds to examine his palms.

Unfortunately, to Sukotto's trained eye, his bunshin looked nearly nothing like himself and he was forced to quickly unsummon and then replaced it with another. The Uchiha had no way of knowing which directions the Orochi or the Raiken intended on training themselves in, and wasn't completely sure if the two of them had much concern for it. Of course, the Orochi would have that sort of concern for his training, as the boy seemed to take it quite seriously. However, the Raiken was actually the more mysterious out of the two, as she seemed rather lighthearted and polite. It was this easygoing nature that had first drawn the Uchiha into selecting her for the team, as the Orochi and the female Uchiha both had atmospheres about themselves that were quite volatile at times. With Serena in the squad, Sukotto figured that there would be a bit more of a balance between the members, and the aspect of teamwork would flow more easily and effectively. After considering this for a few moments, the Uchiha again turned to the Orochi youth and decided to continue with a few more words of advice. "Well done Shisei, now try dropping your elbows a little more so that from the back, it looks like you could just be standing and holding something instead of forming a hand seal, which naturally raises your elbows up quite a bit, a mistake that even the most adept shinobi make."

After forming another clone, Sukotto was much happier with the result than he had been with the previous attempt, if it could even be called that. He had again become the victim of his own thoughts, and had locked himself inside of his own world while helping Shisei train and watching Senritsu and Serena train as well. Thankfully, he was able to make a clone so convincing, that he would have needed his Sharingan to be able to successfully tell it apart from himself. Even though his kekkai genkai would have made that task quite easy, it was the first time that Sukotto had created a clone that would have required it for determination. After releasing a satisfied sigh, the Uchiha allowed the perfected bunshin to fade away, and began considering what sort of things he could change to make it even more convincing to other shinobi. If he managed to become too adept at creating these clones, Sukotto figured that he would have to begin using his Sharingan while training, so that he would be able to more easily sense what they were lacking, or had in excess. The Uchiha wondered what sort of advantage his increased genjutsu skill would have given him in the chuunin exams, but more importantly, he wondered what sort of advantages it would give him in the future.

The frame swayed to the left and right first. Then it did forward and backwards. Then it pivoted at different angles. All the while Shisei’s body was doing this the amber suns focused on his sleeves. Specifically how they waved and moved with his body. Each time, his brain calculating in centimeters and millimeters the length, the space the diameter of the sleeve and his arm. The numbers cranked through his head like an abacus gone wild. Finally his body stopped moving as if finally reaching a decision. “One seal won’t be able to test this accurately… I’ll need to practice a few more and positions.” his brain considered while Sukotto gave him another command. The boy listened and did what was asked. Putting his elbows up and making the seal. From there though Shisei had his own regime. “For this I’ll use ram, cow, boar and dog.” the boy once again construed his plan. He couldn’t use rat because that was too close to ram and he could mix it up. Dragon, horse and bird, were also out as he could not do those seals in rapid succession. With the goal and sight the path made. Shisei began to move. His eyes looked down at his hidden palms and he began to make the jutsu in rapid succession. At the same time he moved his body around with some flare so that his sleeves would be forced to move. The object of this was for him to keep his palms underneath while moving. After all he could hide his palms while doing a jutsu. That would fare well at the beginning of a battle, but when everything became intense he needed to keep secrecy. “Hitsuji, Ushi, I, Inu. Inu, Ushi, I, Hitsuji. I, Hitsuji, Inu, Ushi. Ushi, Inu, Hitsuji, I.” his mind rapidly went through unique combinations as his hands quickly followed behind. At the same time his feet moved him around that small area as if an enemy was attacking. Well in Shisei’s mind there was an opponent trying to strike him. The that one eyed, blood thirst eel was the attacker and the serpent youth would need to perform his jutsu in time before one of its bloody fangs plunged into him. At the final combination Shisei, made a small hop forward coming down to one knee. He stared down at his fingers. On the last hop his sleeves went up. It would be something that he’d have to practice on, but for now Shisei knew what other path he would have to take in this journey to excellence. A small smirk crossed his face. Only for a second though as he still had more of the jutsu to learn. He turned back to face the Uchiha. “I want to proceed to the next step.”

It seemed to Sukotto as though Shisei had finally stepped into the exercise that he had been assigned, and the Uchiha believed that that was what allowed him to finish it. He decided against saying anything to the boy about the intensity of the training that the Orochi had entered, for Sukotto felt as though it would somehow discourage the serpent youth from continuing that sort of thing, so he merely remained quiet on that matter. Instead, the Uchiha merely gave Shisei what he had asked for, the next stage of the Body Replacement Technique training. "Alright, Shisei. I predict that this training will be a little easier, as it involves principles that are more fundamental to shinobi." Sukotto tried to think of the best way to explain the next part to the Orochi boy, as it was potentially the most confusing part of the jutsu. "In this stage, I want you to quickly form the seal for the jutsu again, and as soon as your hands completely clasp together, try to get your chakra to flow through your entire network at the same time. This will allow your body to adapt to the quick movements that will take place in the jutsu, and will also create that plume of smoke often associated with it, lending you a bit of cover at the same time."

Clone Technique [Bunshin no Jutsu] This technique creates intangible clones of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can usually be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.). You use this technique to confuse your opponent in order to attack them more easily. Cp Cost: 2 per bunshin Damage: None Requirements: Must be taught. Seals: Ram, Snake, Tiger Special: If Clone technique is successful you may use sneak attack onto your following attack if it coincides with the technique.

”Fine.” the serpent youth stated and then clasped his hands together. As soon as he did the blue whip of smoke came from his body. It had been a long time since the snake student had used his chakra. The Hyuuga being mainly taijutsu never demonstrated many techniques that needed large amounts of chakra. There were a few in the clan that knew much into both genjutsu and ninjutsu with the special taijutsu, but they would not demonstrate any to Shisei. Why make a display to an outsider? Some of the children knew the academy jutsu also, but that was not up for the serpent youth to learn at the mansion. So his energy usually remained dormant while he honed his taijutsu at the mansion. Now like a wind current in a tunnel, it just shot out. The light blue wisps of aura that came out in light blue strips like pieces to a puzzle. They quickly disappeared into the air once they left a foot radius, but it was enough for now. The snake stopped after a few seconds. He was a little slow on releasing the energy from the lower half of his body. It would be something he had to make a correction to.
Manipulate Chaka Now that you have gotten a feel for using the seal while under cover, send your chakra through your body when your hands clasp together for the brief moment. What you're doing is accelerating your movements for quick movement, which creates a cloud of smoke from the friction of chakra, movement, the object you're replacing yourself with and air. As he continued to think about the training that he had assigned to both Serena and Senritsu, Sukotto had a sudden change of heart. He did want the two to work together, but he felt as though he really hadn't shown Senritsu the importance of really focusing on certain tasks. She had been quite successful at the focusing exercises that had involved balancing on the tree, but Sukotto felt as though she needed to experience it in a few different areas. "Senritsu and Serena, I'll have the two of you postpone your current training for a little while, as I have a few things that I need Senritsu to complete first." The Uchiha then looked at Serena. He figured that she had been doing quite well with her training and could do with a little rest. "Serena, go ahead and take a break for a little while. You can let me know when you're ready to continue though, take as long as you need." With that said, Sukotto turned his attention to Senritsu, and figured out what he wanted her to do to enhance her concentration. "I want you to combine the last two training sessions that I set up for you. I'd like you to do this by trying to balance on one foot on top of one of the branches while performing your various hand seals. This may seem silly, but it really will help you in the long run if you're successful."
Training for Senritsu Melding the Skills Sukotto has asked Senritsu to combine her previous training sessions by trying to preform hand seals while balancing on a tree branch. DC: 10+Ninjutsu+Focus= 1d20+Ninjutsu+Focus= Special: If you roll under 8, you lose 7 health.
