A man called to Cirithil. He seemed to be one of the city guards. "Youngling, want a practice match? You use...unusual forms."

Cirithil replied with a simple nod. "I am Cirithil, and I accept." He started to put down one of his swords.

The guard shook his head. "Mikuna, of Sheinar. I want to try against those forms of yours. Don't worry, I was a youngling myself once," he replied, picking up a practice sword.

Cirithi began circling, one sword raised in front, to help with defence, the other over his head. The man had a simple, two handed grip. He fought with well-tested methods, it seemed. He began with a thrust. Cirithil parried with the front sword, while coming around with a side slash. Somehow, the man parried this. They continued sliding from form to form like this for quite some time. At first glance, it would be clear that Cirithil had an advantage. He was disrupted, however, though he did not show it at all. He was being led from technique to technique. The man was purposly letting Cirithil move to the more advantageaous stance, but still countered it. He shifted, using something he learned from the Aiel. He ducked low, rather than countering, under the sword. He then dropped one sword, grabbing onto Mikuna's arm. He tripped the man, then used his sword to pin him down.

"You fought with Aiel?!" Mikuna gasped.

"I fought alongside Sheinarans," Cirithil replied. He offered him an arm. "If you are Sheinaran, why are you suprised by Aiel tactics?"

"I fought on the west of Sheinar," Mikuna replied. "I need to head back to post."

With that, the man left, and Cirithil took a break. He wrapped his elbow and knee. The had been strained, and were slightly sore. Neither affected his skill, but he wanted to make sure they wouldn't be aggrivated further.

Kuro spotted Cirithil and meandered over to him noticing the wraps on his elbow and knee. "Are you well to practice Cirithil?" She asked.

"Nice to see you again Cirithil." Aradoa said smiling. "As for that match, she was just telling me how much she would love to test you out to be her warder."

Aradoa pushed Kuro forward into Cirithil, trying to hide her smile behind her hand.

Kuro fell into him and straightened up embrassed. She shot a dark look at Aradoa before facing Cirithil again. "I am ready any time borderlander." She smiled brightly.

Aradoa smiles and finds a comfortable place to sit down. "I put my money on you Kuro! You better not lose!" She teased.

Kuro fell into a comfortable stance, the grin gone from her face. Though it was only practice it was never wise to under estimate an opponent. She studied his body language carefully.
