Jarik, once he knew the ring was safely in his pocket, looked around. hearing and feeling rather than seeing an explosion, he headed towards the source of the sound.

Marten was still trapped in the kitchen. Hearing a conspicious lack of gunfire and screaming, he sighed. "If you ditched me," he shouted, "I'm going to r-" Whatever he was going to say was covered by the sound of a revving chainsaw from the gearbox.

Michael would've protested, but there wasn't any point. It had been kinda stupid.
To make up for it, he dropped down to hands and knees and crawled towards the building, trying to get into a position to fire on the gearbox again.

Jarik just stared at the gearbox, not understanding what he saw. Jacobo yelling about someone kicking a bomb snapped him out of his stupor though, and he headed towards him.
