"The Blood Circle is a religious order of people who don't belong to this world. Because their different, weak, or even considered freaks of nature. Those who join the circle will be promised a home in the Promise Lands. However to reach the promise lands, much work is needed to be done. Many lives must end, hints the name. These heroes of today are an enemy of the Blood Circle and therefore must be purged from this world, as well as the unclean." Gragh explained letting reaper take all that in for a moment before continuing.
"The Champions are the fury of the Blood Circle. There's normally four of them but all four were killed fifteen years ago by a former member of the Blood Circle. I don't know what name the killer goes by now. Only that he wears a black and red robe with a red mask and has the power to curse people." He warned. He seems nervous about this killer.

The Reaper gave a pleased grin. "Well then, it's a good thing you can't kill death." he replied. That wasn't entirely true of course. Being from his universe, there was always one way to kill those with powers. Though ones who gave into the power completely were much harder to accomplish the task. He doubted that anyone would realize, or be willing to do, what would have to be done. "As long as I get to get my hands dirty, and catch up with a few...friends...I'm happy." he said in a poison drenched tone.

"Hmm yes, that can be a good thing. Thought I doubt such immortality can be true." He mused. "Well you can dirty them up to your hearts content, so long as you don't kill members of the Blood Circle. You might never see them outside the...home. Eventually I will show you where we gather and such. For now I got nothing else needed to be done so you can do as you please. You might want to avoid trying to talk to me around people. This person who stalks me is like a starving wolf, so determined to hunting me he might charge straight into hell just to kill me." He chuckled.

"You'd be surprised." he purred. The Reaper's smile grew at the thought of being as messy as he wanted. "As long as I get my fill, you needn't worry about your members. Grant they don't give me a reason to be angry at them." he replied, then gave a malicious grin. "Though I suppose you still wouldn't have to worry. I don't kill when I get mad. It seems you know how to find me, so when you need me again, just come when it's better for you.".

"Hmm yes." He agreed. "I know where to find you. I wouldn't be good at my work if I didn't. I'll come back when I have something new for you. Oh, before I forget, we never talk about the secrets of the Blood Circle. Who our members are, where we are or who I am are secret." He warned. "I will be gone for now. We will talk again, see you later." He said walking away from Reaper. He'd continue to hid around here for awhile.

"Not a problem." the Reaper replied as he watched him leave. After he was gone, the Reaper moved out of the alley slightly to look around. Now what could he do. Hang around her, or explore a bit. He though for a moment and smiled. On second though, why not both. Why should he be limited to one area. With that he let flames flow from the bottom of his cloak and into a storm drain. He glanced out onto the street again and spotted a child not to far away. An alley cat darted out from the corner of a building, and the boy's dog chased after it. Naturally the child chased after his dog...across the street...and right into the path of an oncomming van. He smiled a bit and thought for a moment, then enfulfed himself into the shadows.
By the time the child noticed the van, he was directly in front of him. He screamed and prepared for the worst. Instead of feeling the van crush him, the felt something grab him and flet himself hit the ground. He opened his eyes and found a dark red and tattered cloak in front of him. He looked up and found a grim figure with a scythe looming over him. "Well, well...didn't look both ways before crossing the street, did we?" he purred. The boy suddenly realized what had happened and began to panic. "A-a-am I d-dead?" "Oh, no, I've filled my quota of children for today...though I'm afraid your dog wasn't as fortunate." he replied, glancing back at a tattered mess on the road.

{Enter from Daily Bugle}
Kara could not find Lex. This was always a bad thing, as it usually meant that he was off the grid for a specific, devious reason. Kara broke into his office at Lexcorp, digging through his desk and causing his assistant, Mercy, to fry an enormous hole in the wall with a fancy flamethrower of sorts, but found nothing that would help her get rid of the symbiote. What was she going to do, now? There were probably other options, but--
Kara stopped, blinked, and looked closer. No, that was definitely the Reaper. Briefly, Spider-man's warning about the suit's tendency to increase aggressiveness flashed through her mind, but she kicked it away. She hadn't had the stupid thing attached to her for that long, and wanting to kill this creep was nothing new. Plus, he was standing next to yet another kid; she had to do something. "We have got to stop meeting like this," she called. She planned on keeping careful tabs on the original, this time. He wasn't getting away again.

Reaper heard the girl's voice again and smiled as he slowly turned to face her. "Back already?" he asked as he swung his scythe at his side. "My and you even had a wardrobe change.".

Kara was surprised to find herself able to smile genuinely. As much as she wanted the goo off, there was no denying that it was going to be useful for this. "In more ways than one," she replied pleasantly. "And as for my being back, I actually kind of, ya know... Live here." With that, she turned on her heat vision, aiming once again for his skeletal visage. The power behind it had increased a lot; she could feel it. I wonder how much stronger I've gotten... Not that it matters. Won't have it on long.

Reaper grinned and didn't move, planning on just taking the hit. Unfortunately the blast was much stronger than before, and he wasn't expecting that. It went straight through him, and he immediatly burst into flames that shot out everywhere. They wrapped around the boy, who was now more than paniced. A boney arm wrapped around him and picked him up as he re-emerged from the flames, gripping the boy in front of him. "Now, now...wouldn't want someone else to get hurt, now would we?" he said, patting the boy on the head.

Kara's eyes narrowed, and then she shot forward into her new-and-improved super-speed. Making no effort to be gentle, she ripped his arms away from the frightened boy, scooped the child up, and deposited him several blocks away. Finally, she sped back to stand right next to the Reaper. As before, she had arrived before she'd left; the boy was still in his arms, but as she watched, he vanished. Reaching forward to grab the front of the villain's cloak, she smiled sweetly. "What did you think? I really value your opinion, what with you being the one I'm trouncing and all. And do you think the colors of the new outfit wash me out?"

It took a moment for Reaper to process what had happened. For a brief moment, he just stood there staring at her, stunned. Then he smiled, started to chuckle quietly, and slowly broke out into an eerie, aweful laugh. "Well, I admit I'm quite surprised!" he admitted. "I wasn't expecting that. That new suit of yours isn't your's...is it?" he asked with a slight purr in his voice.

Kara raised an eyebrow. "You caught me; I just had it tailored to fit and sewn with my symbol because I want to annoy the person who lent it to me. " The smile widened. "Anyway, I'm afraid you don't have time to puzzle over it. Goodbye, Mr. Reaper; it's been swell." With that, she turned on her heat vision once again, aiming directly for his eye sockets; that had worked last time.
((Um... I actually have no idea how he's going to get away. Ideas?))

//ooc: hehe, already planned that. when you blew him up a minute ago and flames went everywhere.... ninja // The girl's attack was enough to completely eradicate the Reaper's head this time. Within a few moments, the rest of the body decentigrated and fell into nothing more than a pile of ash. A boney hand tugged at the back of her cape, and there stood another Reaper. "I'm sure it did. That advanced form of 'blood' is quite something, isn't it?" "Much stronger than than the other 'blood' that those ignorant scientists fooled around with." another Reaper said as he emerged from an alley way. "And so quick to anger. Much easier than the rest." another Reaper continued as he rose from a storm drain. One more reaper rose out of the mess that was once a pet. "I wonder how well you can keep it calm. I don't mind if it's not long. It would be fun to see you completely level this city trying to kill me." he replied with a poison dipped tone.

Kara's twitching hands formed into fists, her expression completely mutinous. She was angry. So very angry. Could she even beat this guy? It was like killing cockroaches. Every time you squashed one, twelve more popped up. And, to top it all off, he apparently knew far more about the symbiote than she did. With some difficulty, she calmed herself down. She just wouldn't use her heat vision; that seemed to make it easier for him to duplicate. "Well, it's not going to happen," she said sharply, then shot into super-speed, flying over to each of them in turn and freezing them individually. Dropping back into normal time once again, she glanced up at herself right before she disappeared; the black costume did wash her out, damn it. As though messing with her brain wasn't enough.
