Sai mewled and smiled at him again. 'I was in the tree, there.' She looked up at the large tree and then began to purr.

Martel looked out and smiled as well. "Yes, they do seem to get along well." She watched Seraphiel practicing magic. Martel sighed and looked at the gem on her staff.
(( I went and played ToS again lately and checked the gems... It's supposed to be garnet from Efreet, so I went back and edited my posts, but it's a garnet gem, not ruby now. Ruby is from Gnome. ))

(lmao I'm playing ToS now too xd Then after I'm finished with it I will play ToP since that's the right order to play it.)
"I guess it would come as no surprise if there's nothing regarding your world here. I mean, I don't think we have developed any way to travel dimensions yet, so the rest of this world might not even know about it," KoTari said.

(( I only have ToS and ToA... and I dont have a PS2 so I can only play ToS when I want. lol but yeh, i went on and looked and realized I made a mistake. ))
Martel nodded. "Yes, I suppose so, but maybe there will be something, or even someone who knows how I got here. After all, someone had to have saved me from death when I was unconscious."

"True. That's what I want to know too; who saved you from the brink of death? I can only imagine that it's someone from your world. If that is the case, then you might not have a way back. I could try and learn the magic of dimensions, but it would take quite some time. If only we could find someone already versed in dimensional magic..." KoTari pondered.
Seraphiel turned around and waved a book, "This one has dark arts in it! Maybe it's in there!" She called.
KoTari held his hands out. Seraphiel tossed the book at him and he easily caught it

Shady walked in and grabbed one side of the book his hair covering his now dark face *Don't...Deal...With the Dark arts...* Shady had never been sirious around them before but this time was different...The whole time he still scratched Sai's ears...

"...?" KoTari looked at Shady for a moment, then returned his gaze to the book still unopened in his hand, "I suppose your right. Dealing with something like that would only lead to suffering. I'm certain Martel wouldn't want that," KoTari then tossed the book back to Serapfiel, "Make sure that goes back where you found it," he instructed.

Seraphiel looked at Shady confused. Her gaze then went to KoTari. KoTari nodded for her to give it to Shady.
She turned back and gave the book to Shady without question.

Shady took it and rolled up his left sleve to reveal pure black designs running across his arm...*This is why you don't deal in dark arts.* He said simply and pressed the book against his arm...It glowed and the book wrapped around his arm and sank into it slowly...

"I see there is still much for us to learn about this planet," KoTari said.
Seraphiel just stared. She had never seen such magic crests before; and she had been allowed to rummage through the ancient texts in Snow Peaks. It interested her, but because KoTari and Shady are being quiet about it, she didn't say anything more.
"I don't remember asking, but do you know any dimensional spells that might get Martel back home?" KoTari suddenly asked.

Shady fully absorbed the book and winced when it vanished...*I read about it in a book.* He said rolling his sleve back down...Now that the book was gone everything would remain peaceful...

Sai jumped down from Shady's shoulder and morphed into a silver white fox with three tails. Her now red eyes stared up at the group. Her ears perked up and she looked out the door across the swamp. She went to the door and made a few noises and came back to Shady, clawing lightly at his leg.

Martel had stayed quiet this whole time, but she looked at Sai. She seemed to be nervous about something. Martel walked to the door and looked out over the swamp as well. There was something out there, but she couldn't really make out what is was. Some kind of spirit perhaps. "What is that?"

KoTari looked over to where Martel and Sai were looking but saw nothing, "I wonder if maybe Martel was sent here to accomplish something? Should we even be trying to get her back to her original world? Her world is filled with discrimination and most likely bloodshed. Maybe whoever it was that brought her here wanted her to be free of that," He wondered. He was unsure of whether or not he should ask Shady to use dimensional magic.
