Nishizaka Also i'm so lost in the RP, what exactly is happening so i can jump back in again? Basicly, we're in the port of anacronism. A bunch of new people (including myself) got on the ship. They are about to meet the captian. Everyone else is milling about tending to their own pursuits as far as I can tell. And cannons are/were being tested. That's all I know about as of yet. My advice would be to jump back in and then worry about what's happening or has happened.

is there anybody here whose a spark at pixel shading? i'm good at pixel drawing, but horrible at shading. its for the Khaos ID cards

Pixils have never been my strong suit. I like markers and real life mediums...
Although, I did just draw Ava in marker, I lack a scanner... >_<

well here's the key, i can do the gears because they're one colour, but i gotta shade the key some how.....and right now photobucket is being less then intelligent.

I..hardly know how to work photoshop >< I only just figured out how to work layers yeasterday..and I've had the thing for ages~
On a note highly unrelated to the topic however, my goggles are almost totally done! Also..my dad thinks Steampunk machines look awesome, so he proposed a pretty interesting project~

why dont we just make a new thread?
everyone just post their avi in a post along with a short bio, say 4 or 5 lines?
or if you have one already made just post that?
and uhm, just add them to the first post of the profile page as they come :3

I can shade, but all I have is MSpaint. so yeah... my computer isn't exactly the most well equiped artistic tool. My old one used to be, but it died.

You could always turn the "apply for the crew..." thread into a profile thread. then you wouldn't have to bother with making a new one.

If we work that way, here is my character's bio:  Martha Narcisser (played by Brassy Hamuhamu) Being recently fired from her former job, this vain dark elf climbed aboard the Khaos to work elsewhere. She will tell you she had worked at a prestigious opera-ship, but actually worked as an entertainer in an asylum for mad scientists. Because she is a dark elf, she has trouble standing in sunlight, hence the no-so-efficent sun goggles she wears at all times. Martha is a very good musician (she plays gyroclaviophone, which is a steampunk version of the keytar) and sings very well, although she will claim to anybody who wants you hear that she is the best at anything, and then fail horribly at it. When she is not playing music, looking at herself in the 15 mirrors she carries in her belt or telling tall tales about her "talents", she meditates to find inspiration for songs. She claims she can tell the future, but she still could not prove it yet.

I'll add my profile as well I guess.  Ava Gearwright A fifteen year old 5'2" fighter piolet. Her house burned down in a mysterious fire that took her parents when she was ten. She worked as a mail carrier, and a racing piolet in the years after. She is an energetic girl with a quick wit, and a goofy sense of humor. She likes to try her hardest at everything she does, even if she doesn't do it well. And her favorite thing is making people laugh. Sometimes when she is alone or feeling scared she falls into fits of sadness, because she is really very alone in the world, and still mourns her lost family. A lurking anger resides deep within her at her parent's lives being cut short so unfairly, and being forced to work in a cruel environment for a young girl for the past five or so years. She has always suspected that her parent's deaths weren't an accident, as they were both well educated and politicaly active, although her motherw as more so than her father, and half the time they didn't even know what her motherw as involved in. Leading up the the fire her mother had been missing alot and talking in low voices with her father when they thought she wasn't paying attention. Her goal is to find out who killed her parents and to finish whatever it is that her mother was trying to do.
