I could have Hogosha/Asuma shape a huge portion by making metal out of his reiatsu, manipulating earth, and creating structured by condensing the reshi in the air. :3

Hum... Sounds good... I was thinking of leveling the ground myself, and creating some water from the my ice powers! xp Though I believe a water user would be better...
A good idea would be to ask someone who can shape and/or grow tress and stuff (probably an alchemist user) to create a vast garden!
We could ask for help from someone in another squad!
The fun thing about this idea, is that I wouldn't simply post a new thread with a description of a place and state that it have always been here. We would be making IC the garden/training-grounds/whatever with our powers and later on, credit would always be given to us, even if we left the place - or died!
It would be like our gift to future generations of this squad's members!!! xd

But remember, it would be in Earth first, since we aren't in Seireitei at the moment. You could have someone move it(I might be able to just move the whole thread, but if not, I can just have Tansen 'move' the whole area into a portal I make XD) and then we could continue in here biggrin

I was intending to do it only after we got Seretei back. But I liked your idea of setting it on Earth first.
The only downside is the general confusion due to all this threads being made on Earth... Anyway, I'm still not up to date concerning the Gotei status on Earth, but I intend to do it as soon as possible (a lot of stuff to read and not a lot of time to do it...) and after that, I would like to be the one to set the initial thread.
If we do set it on earth, any Shinigami who wants to help would be able to, rather than just us... But then we'll teleport it here to this squad.
