Tsukiyamoru looked to the water at the splash, on her guard considering she wasn't sure if he would attack her or not. Wasn't like she knew. She nodded once in return, noting how he looked away so quickly from her. So it's a part that takes over then. She couldn't help it, it made her think of how she got at those certain times. Even though she guessed he wasn't going to attack her, she was still on guard, the hand by her other leg holding a few needles of ice. Following his gaze to where Sorain must be, she was glad that she was far enough away, scooting just a little bit closer to the edge of the outcropping just to be safe. She sighed heavily, almost saying something, but who knows how that would work out?
Rather than watch the water and sky, she turned around where she was sitting so she was facing the beach, watching the sparring match and then Sai and Sorain's fight. Be safe, both of you. She knew Vykin wouldn't go too far, these two..... well, she just hoped that they didn't, Sai mainly.

Quote: Eh, Seto just doesn't like "meaningless" fighting. I'm sure he appreciates the effort, a little. Maybe. XP Sorry I took so long to post @@ Seto, at this point, was just relieved he had a little water still in his hood. Her already cushioned blow was padded further, but still sent Seto's face into the mud, scooting forward a few feet. He groaned loudly, coughing and sputtering as he cleared his mouth of the rubbish. Lucky for him, the captured blade stayed in the goop, splatting on the ground at his side, rather than in it. Now with both of them currently disarmed, he hopped to his feet, rubbing his bruised chin. "Geez.... didn't see that coming...ow."Her words didn't phase him much, as she didn't seem to understand his goal. "I must say, I wasn't prepared for that little acrobatic moment of yours. Still though... I got what I wanted." He grinned a little, still having a few sharp things at his disposal, should he need them. His hands were still coated in his water, but were not formed into anything specific, looking more like gloves than anything else. He felt himself at the ready now, on equal footing with all the sharp objects out of the way. It would be simple hand-to-hand now, and that was something Seto could deal with. He might not cause her any extensive damage, but hitting him would prove to be difficult for her, since the fear of being cut was gone for now. He made no move to advance, eyes locked tightly onto Vykin, watching even the slightest twitch of muscle. There wasn't anything supernatural about his gaze; he simply watched very attentively. Being a fairly slim boy, he had developed a very flexible frame, giving him a keen edge when it came to avoiding trouble. Should Vykin approach him, he would do his very best to move only enough, and snare her once again. This time, though, she didn't have a release to pull out with.

Sorain leaned his body to the right, avoiding the spear. He noticed Sai trying to use Tsuki as a cover. That was very dishonerable. But it would not work. That gas would not harm her so It would be no need for him to actually stop the attack from hitting her. Sorain frowned."Sai, you have gone to far!" He yelled. Looking through his byakugan and quickly located him running right on the outside of the gas. He took a quick step forward on the sand and held his guns up and aimed them at Sai."Double Shot-Lightning" He said charging lighting into the barrels of his gun and fireing two bullets that let out a loud screeching amount of eletricity in sais direction. He knew that he would never hit sai with these. Sorain then turned quick and in a cloud of mist reformed high above the ground. "Aquatic Shockwave!" He yelled and opened his mouth wide blasting out huge amounts of water in sais area. He then turned his attack to sprey more of the area in sais direction making the sand on the beach now very dark and clay like. Sai merely watched boredly as the two bullets zoomed at him, sighing he made a few hand seals and vanished from the area. Again he appeared before Tsuki as the waves lashed out at the stone she was currently resting on. "Ah..." He began but shook his head and hand at her before walking a shoert distance away to sit on a simiular stone. Slowly he let himself look at her before setting his gaze at the horizon, the frustration in him showing purposely. All his want to fight had not left him but at his current standings it would only frustrate him more to continue the fight with Sorain. He had yet to use more then two powerful jutsus but he had no care anymore, Sorain would just unleash attack after attack and hope to flush him out or hit him. Both would never happen but eventually his little ploys would fail him and the two would be able to fight purposely. "Hmph, damn idiot cheated and used his kekkai genkai.."

Sorain cancled his jutsu and then teleported right behind Sai with a gun pointed at his head."I cant do this." He said lowering the gun,"I do not want to fight like this. I feel as though my own rivalry with you is causing me to attack with too much force. Recklacly. I would rather not." He said putting his guns away and then rubbing his head,"Ahh! I already dont feel like doing this mission anymore. ********. Can we just go?" He said to know one. Sorain needed some mindless fighting, he did not feel like thinking about anything right now. Sai looked up at Sorain with a tired look, his eye becoming parallel with the barrel of the gun. "It was your idea to wait it out til morning. Plus after all of that you need your rest and those two are still training." He said with a jerk of his thumb towards Seto and Vykin as he watched Sorain put the gun away. "Rivarly?" He muttered outloud but shrugged it off as he went back to staring out at the horizon.

Tsukiyamoru raised an eyebrow at what Sorain had shouted, guessing that it was in relation to her being used, in part, as a shield. She had finished her food and drink, part of the spray from a wave curving away from her as she straightened a bit. She looked up to Sai as he appeared, tilting her head a little, but he walked away to sit on his own stone, her eyes still following him until he sat down. Pushing herself up, she took her dishes inside to wash them, not answering Sorain even though she had heard him.
Coming back outside a few moments later, she retrieved her coat and put it on again having grown just a bit cold as it grew later into the night. She paused at the start of the rock outcropping, observing the two of them since it was obvious the fight was over and Sai did seem better, though it seemed better to leave them be to talk. So, she made her way along the beach, allowing her mind to wander for once since she was alone at that moment. Funny.... I'm trying to be more social, yet I still remain severely reclusive. Ah well... It was a rather ironic thought. Her hands clasped behind her in a loose fashion, her steps slow as she began to hum something, looking up at the sky.
Pausing in her step, she noticed a shell, crouching down to pick it up, sitting down in the sand to look at it better. She smiled a little, her fingers brushing some gathered grains off of it's smooth surface. Someone had been wearing one much akin to it, she remembered in some distant memory that she had buried. Water swirled around it, moving across the surface to clean it off, seeming to just slide right off of her fingers so that they wouldn't be wet. Her eyes followed the moon pass and reflect off of it's different ridges, closing her eyes with a heavy sigh, the shell vanishing behind her hand. Brushing some stray hairs back, she looked up to the stars that winked at her, the shell cold against her skin.

Sai's violet eyes continued watching the horizon quietly before moving tired zig-zag motion along the ocean's surface as if he was searching for something. After a few moments of repeatedly observing the water in that fashion he pushed himself up and off of the stone landing gently onto wet sand around the stone with a disgusting squish as his boot sank down slowly leaving a deep inprint that would only be washed away in a few moments as a wave of water lapped over it. Shuffling away from Sorain and the stone, a small grunt of laughter passing his lips as he thoughts replayed what had just happened Sai continued to make his way away from the camp and into the opposite direction that Tsuki had taken.
Sai was only a few yards away from the camp when he slowly drew out the two swords that held fastened to his belt from their black scabbards and twirled them bemusedly in his fingers. Once again his eyes turned to watch the ocean before shaking them away to stare at the dual swords that he was currently holding before his body. With a sharp, swift motion he lunged forward and hacked at an invisible foe before rolling quickly to the side and parried against the unseen force. Quickly he rose back to his feet and slowly edged backwards, the blades flashing quickly in front of him as he continued to parry one blow after the next. Suddenly he dashed to the side and swung upwards in what would seemed to deflect a heavy blow of balance before once again slashing at his opponent in combination of difficult and elegant attacks and foot work that would show very efficient at defeating a real foe in a sword fight. A malicious grin spread across Sai's lips as he felt confident with his current skill with the sword. With a slight nod to himself he turned to make his way back to the camp.

Tsuki pushed herself up, her hand remaining gently closed around the shell as she made her way back to camp. Her mind was seemingly elsewhere, glancing over to Sai with his two swords before she vanished into the girls room, putting the shell in the pouch that she had attached to her other clothes since she would prefer it undamaged. I can give it to onee-san. She smiled softly at the thought, walking outside once she was done. Already the moon was high in the sky, the light of the fire distorting some of the light so some stars weren't as clear as before.
She was still humming to herself, her coat left open as she allowed her shirt to open as far as it wished, the thread sliding across her fingers. She had the desire to play, but it was a waste of energy to do so for she would have to forge the instrument herself. I have to stop wasting my chakra on frivolous things. So she hummed instead, moving a bit apart from everyone before sitting down again, loosing herself in the song that was playing through her mind. She didn't notice Sai's return, one hand hanging over her knee since she had bent them both, moving into different positions for the different notes.

Quote: Sorry for the late reply and feel free to destroy some of the clones. Vykin smirked slightly as Seto took a defensive stance. It seemed that he wanted to go hand to hand all along. Well then, why didn't he just say so? The shinobi smirked slightly as she said, "Now... things will get more equal so you think. However, don't underestimate a shinobi. They can pull anything out at any moment, and you have to be ready for it." Vykin used the seal-less combat that Hatari had taught her, allowing the chakra to take the water out of the water that was right next to them, considering that they were on the beach. The water swirled around her, seeming to rip apart her body. As the water fell to the ground, there stood five Vykins when there was just one before. Her advanced Water Clone skill was taking effect, using the limited Ninjutsu skills that she had in order to help out her physical combat. Of course Seto would be overwhelmed. But that's what Vykin wanted. He would learn better when he was faced against all odds. If you have nothing to loose, then you are going to give it your all and that was her thought on training. Seto would most likely be angry... but whatever. She moved out her clones and herself alike, quickly running towards Seto. She was leading the pack, not wanting to be outdone by her clones. She quickly moved and each one of them was aiming to do different kicks and punches to Seto, in order to see if he could destroy a few of the clones before their training stopped.

Seto's initial shock faded quickly, only surprised at how she made the clones, rather than the fact she made them at all. Seems she had a little ninjutsu in her after all. He stood at the ready, and basically prepared to take a little pain with this next maneuver. He couldn't take all five out at once, this he knew, but he could at least do a little damage before taking the hit.
He extended his arms, letting the water on his hands form into lances, extending only a little under a foot from his hands. There was a bit left in his hood at well, so he molded that into a spike as well, jutting up just past his head. Tensing himself up, and grinding his feet into the sand, he brought his arms in quickly as the clones and Vykin approached, crossing his arms and crouching down, thrusting his three available weapons at the three appropriate targets. The two at his sides were impaled and dispatched, but the remaining targets landed their hits, slamming poor Seto back into the ground, bouncing a couple of times before grinding to a halt. He coughed a little, shuddering some as his arms pushed his head up from the gritty sand. He looked up at Vykin and whatever else remained, the sand having scratched his face up a little. "I do hope you're satisfied... I'm quite out of options..." He coughed again, spitting out some sand that invaded him. Simply not made for combat, it didn't take him long to exhaust his tools. Still, should Vykin spitefully throw anything else at him, he had one last fail-safe to protect his currently fragile self. His eyes were slightly dull, the sparring match having taken moer out of him than even he expected. Why was he so tired all the time?

Vykin smirked slightly. She couldn't have expected him to do that much against the attack anyway. Her smirk then turned into a genuine smile. She felt good about Seto. Even though she had just beaten the crap out of him he was taking it better than she had expected. Even though her training methods were... vulgar in most respects, he had taken it like a man. Good work Seto. She dispelled the clones and offered a hand to the other shinobi that was on the beach. She then said, "You did good Seto. You were starting to get faster and I want you to understand that when fighting, anything can happen. So just be prepared, especially against pirates. Anyway, I'm done for now. We'll be working hard getting to the town tomorrow. We're going to be taking that boat so that I can teach you all the basics of sailing so you can at least act like seasoned sailors. Now come on, the others are done, so let's go and rest now."

Sorains eyebrows turned inward with a look of frustration. He looked up to the moon and saw its distorted reflection in on the waters surface. He frowned harder, as if having some sort of inner conflict. He looked on in the distance further and more intensely,"FINE!" he yelled out towards the sea. Sorain looked around him to make sure that he was not being looked at with wtf eyes. He began walking on the damp sand but for some reason there were no foot prints to be left behind. He reached the shoreline where the ripping waves trickled onto land. Sorain raised his leg and stepped onto the water, using little effort to keep the chakra balanced in his feet in order to keep himself above the water. He had only taken a few steps before he had enough momentom to allow the water to move him. He stood motionless and floated rather quickly out far in the water and turned around. In order to make sure he was not seen Sorain conducted a thick mist, one that had much more chakra than he would normally put in it. "im here! You happy now!" He yelled under his breath. He felt no answer or response, not even the presents of the voice that called to him. Sorain clitched his teeth and breathed through them as a sign of stress. He sat down, defeated and crossed his legs. "Is this what you are wanting?" Even though he was not speaking outloud he felt as though he could hear his voice aloud clearly. Sorain felt a tingle on his neck and through his body. "Yes" DOKU Sorains heart let out a rib crunching pound, forcing more blood to his brain giving him a slight headache but allowing him to meditate more clearly. Sorain opened his eyes, the beach was gone. He sat on the floor in a large dojo with a strange looking box in front of him with several symboles." Im here, what do you want! I thought that I was done with you!" Sorain yelled worldessly. "you will never be done with me, so long as you continue trying to do those jutsu" the voice from inside the box whispered. "This is my body and my power, I will do as I wish" Sorain said out loud standing to his feet to face the rather huge box. "hmm........." The box began to shake, rumple, the break open. There was nothing. There was no resonable source of the voices. Sorain however knew better, he looked forward, as if feeling what could not be seen. DOKU Sorains heart thumped again, this time actually causing pain. Sorain gripped his chest but never averted his eyes. DOKU DOKU DOKU . Sorain clitched. "What are you doing to me!" He demanded. But got no answer. DOKU DOKU DOKU DOKU DOKU DOKU Sorains eyes began to glow a dark purple, a thick liquid began to expell from his mouth. DOKU DOKU DOKU DOKU DOKU DOKU DOKU DOKU DOKU Sorain gasped for air, his lungs being filled by the dark liquid. He fell to his knees in what he thought was blood. He closed his eyes. DOKU DOKU ................... DOKU ....................... His heart stopped. Sorain opened his eyes with a jolt and looked around. He was laying face down in the water, no longer breathing and about to drown. He lifted his head, the water rain down his fac that hid the one and single tear. He looked up to the sky, it was gone. Tsuki startled a little at something, though she wasn't sure what, the song gone from her head. Her hand was on her sword, glancing around though there was nothing. Grimacing a bit, she noticed Sorain's absence, briefly glancing to Seto and Vykin to see they were done. Leaving her jacket unbuttoned, even the cuffs were undone, allowing the most air in, cooling her off a bit. Her bandages were slightly visible, but it didn't really matter at the moment. Why did something feel a little off? Shaking her head, she sighed, rubbing her temples, knowing it wasn't hallucinations from lack of food or drink. Maybe from drifting too far back and staying there too long? Oh well, it was fine now. Nothing was wrong. Feeding some more logs to the fire, she remained where she was sitting, looking at the pendant around her neck. Twisting the metal a little, it became a locket, her eyes glancing over the picture there, sighing heavily while shaking her head. I'll be in control. Nothing will happen, go along with it. The thought made her grimace, her hand tightening around some sand at her side, feeling it cut into her skin.
Coming out of her thoughts, she glanced around again, wondering where Sai and Sorain had gone. She hoped that they were both fine, shifting the pendant back so that it was simply that, a pendant. The butterfly felt cool against her collar bone, shimmering in the moons light.
