He smiles and heads out alongside her. "This should be fun." He looks ahead thinking to himself a little before speaking. "A beginning to our story mmm?

"Yeah." she looked over at him "A new beginning." she smiled and looked back down, blushing.

He looks over at her and nudges her side gently, smiling at her as she blushes. After a moment he licks her cheek then looks ahead as the mountains get closer.

She rubbed against his side and giggled, looking back up "You think we'll find anything?" she asked, looking up at the sky.

He smiles warmly when she rubs against his side, looking at her. "I'm sure we will. We just need to believe we will." He closes his eyes. "You are so beautiful Rose..."

"You're right, we will." she closed her eyes and smiled at him "Thank you." she said and curled her tail around her side.

He smiles nuzzling her cheek against hers, then starts a slow run as the mountains grow closer. After a moment he spots an indent in the area. "I think i can see a cave..."

"Really?" she asked and moved her head around to find it "I think... I can see it too." she said and smiled "We're finally going to start our lives together."

He starts to run for the cave, his smile growing as he realises happily that it is a nice size and seems abandoned. "I think it's ours for the taking Rose!"

She runs after him "Really? That's great!" she said and stopped next to him to look around "It's wonderful!" her eyes shimmered.

He enters the cave and looks around. The ceiling was a good height, several feet taller than him. There seemed to be a secluded area in the back corner where a rock formation had cut it off slightly from view. A second space! "It is perfect here. There is ample space for you and I. And one day, our younglings." He looks back at his mate and smiles lovingly.

She smiled and walked next to him "Yes. It's perfect." she said and rubbed against his side "This will make a lovely home for us." she curled her tail around her side.

He nuzzles his cheek against hers and continues inside. "I can go fetch bedding for us to lay on." He turns and looks at her with a smile. *Let's get this place more cozy." He runs past her to look for something soft to make sleeping areas soft.

"Alright." she said, watching him go by her and sat down. She looked around and smiled to herself, wrapping her tail around her and waited for him to get back.

After a while he returns, dragging an elk by it's neck, bedding draped across his back. Something resembling straw or hay.
