Sojiro slowly peeked open one eye, expecting to see someone standing next to him. He felt a presence... but yet no one was there. When he closed his eye again, a wave of reiatsu near about knocked him over, and he released his meditation stance and fell off the rock he was sitting on.
"Oreh?!", He said on impulse. He stood and brushed himself off, but when he felt the fearsome reiatsu come at him again, he bent his knees low. He might of been flattened onto the ground if he hadn't used his knees instead of his back. Then, far off in the distance, he saw him. The vice? He couldn't tell. He had to get closer. He had to slowly shuffle forward, then ended up goose-stepping the whole way. When he got close enough, it was stronger, but he felt as now he was used to it. He stood straight up, holding his head high, then walked right up to him. He stared at him, face to face, with a blank expression. Then suddenly, (And with much effort), he waved happily. "Domo, Domo, Fuko-Taicho!"

"Ah..." Ezru said as he realized that he was letting go of too much energy. "I'm sorry." Ezru said as he stopped his torrential flow of reiatsu, and let it down to barely a trickle. "Ummm... Who are you?"

 Rios walked into the grounds and looked around as he sat on the sidelines observeing his new squad. "Huh looks as though someone can emit some power, that person must be the Vice. He might prove some fun to fight with." Of course noone else would be able to hear him as he talked so soft and quiet, because he was acctually talking to his zanpakuto spirits making them take note of the person.

Ezru_the_Fang Real... what are the chances of us winning the coming battle?Ezru asked his partner I really do not wish to be serving under this buffoon of a Shinigami, and Father's orders were to help Evil-sama out in anything she asked... ((Uhh I realize this is in character, but still.... Buffoon? Harse. lol =3))

Ezru said, moving his body so fast he didn't seem to move from his sitting position until he was right behind this new person. "Rios, I will give you simple warning. Talk down on someone who is above you in rank and I will make it so that you can't even eat with a straw. It will be an IV tube that will feed you." Ezru said without a hint of emotion in his voice, his cheerful smile gone.

(Um just going to throw this in here..........um dude I'm over 60 feet from you barely even making a sound....that is quieter than a freaking mouse..........there would be no way to hear me unless your an animal with highly trained ears.....and the only other way to knopw what I'm saying is if you saw me say it which you didn't............)

((If you want to communicate with your Zanpakuto spirit, you can just think it rather than speak aloud, you know. And there are plenty of ways to hear something "quieter than a mouse," especially with Reiatsu.))

((Ezru has highly fine-tuned senses... he can smell Tosen in the bankai thing, he can hear you. And he can most defiantly smell you. HE IS ONE WITH NATURE, AND BY THAT I MEAN HE HAS THE SENSES OF A WOLF. sorry... all caps....))

(Well I'm sorry that I like to talk aloud with my spirits......and still it was hardly even a breath of a word said......Ezru it still wasn't in anyway disrespectful or talking down to you...it was saying that he would be a fun challenging battle.....)

Sojiro stood up straight(er), and sighed with relief. He looked up at the Vice Captain, and rubbed the back of his head. "Ahm... Ano.... I'm Seta Sojiro! I was wantin' to see who was emittin' all that reiatsu, and..."
Sojiro rubbed the back of his head. As he looked around and pawed at the dirt with his clog, he acted like he didn't wanna say it. Then at the last second:
"Would... Would you mind helping me train, Fuko-Taicho?!" He practically yelled it out, maybe not meaning to, but still breakin' the sound barrier of obnoxiousness.
