"Well... You defend against my attacks, and figure out how to counter them... You should really get used to blocking, and trying to attack before you lose your opponent's opening..." Zack said drawing his zanpaku-to with his right hand. He then charged ahead, and when he got a foot from his target he struck at him. His blade came low on Zack's left side slashing upwards at a slight angle. The blade went for his chest, and if he didn't defend he'd have a pretty deep gash.

Junichiro quickly turned his back against Zacks swing using his sheath as a quick solution to this sudden attack. Junichiro then leaped forward away from Zack, shaking Junichiro said with an under-tone of fear in his voice''wh-what the hell Zack?, was you just seriously trying to kill me.....?'' Junichiro recovered a defensive stance though still a little shaken from Zacks attack.

"No... You would've lived if you stayed still... You would be hurting pretty bad, but you'd be alive..." Zack said jokingly as he saw the fear in him. "You did well, but try striking back this time..." He said as he charged him once more, but swung at his leg in the same upward angle.

Junichiro's face suddenly lost all fear for one brief moment, and he quickly jumped up above Zacks powerful swing, ''As you wish......Zack-Kun'' Junichiro calmly said. Junishiro then while in mid air spun and kicked down on the blunt end of zacks blade, elevating himself higher above Zack and shouts ''Here I come Zack!'' Junichiro then quickly holds his Zanpaku-to above his head as he quickly decents attempting to downward-slash Zacks left shoulder.

((wow. i've been gone longer than i thought....))
Rage building, Shikkaku focuses on the blade, charging the dummy. he seems to dissapear, appearing behind the dummy. the dummy splits in half as he falls to his knees, retching. "what *pant* the hell*pant, pant* was that?" he tries to stand, using his sword for support, the heel of his hand against his lips.

Zack grinned wide at the sudden enthusiasm. He began laughing as he poured reiatsu into his left hand, and right leg. Then he angled his blade above his head supporting it with his reiatsu re-enforced hand. As the blades collided Junichiro's was sent off course do to the blade's angle. Although it gave Zack's hand a cut as it slid by he used this opportunity to attack. Stabbing his blade into the ground he used it for support, and sent his right leg into the air ready to release the reiatsu. "Here it comes!" Zack yelled doing a hand-stand on his zanpaku-to as he kicked.

''What!?''Junichiro takes the hit directly in the gut and is sent flying about 5 meters away from Zack before hitting the floor, upon which he then rolls 2 more meters and coughs up a little blood and slowly takes to his feet balancing on his zanpaku-to.
''geeze....ease up a little your have at least twice the reiatsu i have remember...''Junichiro panting and coughing resumes a defensive stand, even though he is shaking and a little off balance he prepares for the next wave of attacks and shouts to Zack,''Ok!...Bring it''.

Met lowered his sword as Junichiro saw his training partner and walked away. Well, then, I guess I'm on my own again. he thought. He scanned the area, searching for an available practice dummy. He'd already warmed up through his focusing exercises, so he was ready for his actual battle-speed practice. He saw the available dummy and rushed it, holding the sword two-handed to the side.

Zack laughing yelled to him catching his breath. "Sorry... I'm not used to fighting someone under captain-class!" He laughed a bit more then pulled his sword from the ground. "I'll just kick you normally from now on..." He called to him charging ahead. As he neared him at dangerous speeds he slowed, and swung his zanpaku-to horizontally at his right arm.

As Met approached the dummy, he mumbled "Heron Takes Flight" and swung the sword straight up the front of the dummy in a graceful arc. "Lighting Strikes Tree, Bear Swats Bee" Met brought the sword swiftly down, then in quick back and forth slashes across the front. He could feel a fire welling up in him as he carried through the attacks.

Knowing it was to late to block Junichiro attempted to side step, getting out of serious harms way with a 4 inch cut across his arm.''dam you!''Junichiro attepmted to slash at the left side of Zacks ribs in a desperate counter attack.

Zack cringed as he took a hit to his side. He quickly gathered reiatsu into his left had as he stepped back a bit to ensure the cut didn't get deeper. Making sure the blade slipped past him then sent a reiatsu powered punch at his chest. This time he held back as the punch went near the defense-less student. "Sorry..." Zack said as his punch neared him.

As soon as the punch landed, to Junichiro time appeared to have slown down as the shock of the reiatsu powered punch almost completely shattered his rib cage, and he thought to himself while falling,''what just happened?''.
As Junichiro hit the floor the world became a blur, and he became dizzy coughing up blood while only managing to climb up to 1 knee holding his zanpaku-to.''It still is not over yet Zack, I can still fight''.Junichiro though completely off balance raised his reiatsu and sent it rushing through his torso to try and numb the pain a little, and then lashed out towards Zack.
Junichiro shouted fiercly''Dont underestimate me!''.

"Ok..." Zack mumbled increasing his reiatsu to slow Junichiro's reaction time under the pressure. "How's this..." He asked jokingly pouring reiatsu into his pointer finger on his right hand. He moved his zanpaku-to to his left, and moved his right hand infront of Junichiro's face. Zack grinned wide and flicked hard at his forehead with a large amount of reiatsu. "I overestimated you..." Zack laughed once more.

Junichiro's head tilted back and then, slowly bringing it back forward with a dazed look, he sighed calmly and grabbed your had and pulled Zack close pushing his right hand on Zack's stomach and calmly said,''i told you not to underestimate me a large amount of the reiatsu Junichiro had been culminating in his body suddenly surged into his hand, and he shouted loudly''thrust!!!!''.
