Why would I? Being a Loser/geek/Unique rules.
Being popular would mean having to be like all th other popular people, and having to act and look...oh god way to much work. I'd rather stay with my true friends. and myself.

jesus ******** christ since when the hell is it cool to DRESS like a geek ACT like a geek but not BE a geek?! when the hell did it become cool to say your a gamer when Madden is game of the ******** year for you every year WHEN did it become cool to start wearing band t-shirts even though you DONT listen to the band but you like the ******** COLORS?! WHY is it cool to sport Marvel & DC characters that you know NOTHING about! aaaggg!

Basically It's just being a geek in name only. It's kind of like the wiggers. For the same purpose too. They just want someone of the same clique/culture/fad to find them attractive and have sex with them. It happens to everything. There is NOBODY out there that is pretending to be something else without it being about a crush.

It's what is in, our culture is no becoming mainstream, geeks were ahead of the curve in technology, and now technology is what is big, newest phones, newest games, hell, comic books are becoming movies left and right, so of course they'd emulate us, because they are blindly following.
