motion appeared behind him as the snake quickly constricted neo in its grasp, careful not to damage him just yet.
"good work Bassu, dont want to kill the mouse just yet now do we?"
the snake stared down at neo, no affected by the chakra at all and revealed itself to be a boa constrictor, with many fledglings of itself scurrying across the floor

The boa would surely bind him but Neoshin would not be surprised. Once the snake a binded him a smile would be on his face as he looked down at its body and did'nt focus on its eyes. His body would'nt seem to be struggling against the boa but instead inviting it "You should have finished me off when you had the chance... but it would'nt have mattered anyway, because this is what i've wanted all along." In that very moment Neo's body would start to expand as he was trying to breath out but it did'nt work at the time "Darn, well I guess that's not going to work this time, but... there is another method." The snakes grip would most likely get tighter stopping Neo's breathing but this was a obvious reaction so without any sweat at all the snakes body would soon start to bubble and shake from the inside. Suddenly the body would soon explode from a mysterious reaction coming from Neoshin all along. The art of Hokuto Shinken would be the answer to this sudden surprise.
By pressing some points on the snakes body seen with his Byakugan he was able to make the flow of fluid and blood within it expand and contract causing it to burst. The snakes would seperate into two peices and instantly blow up the remains from the effects of the accupressured strike. Neoshin would stand up and wipe some extra skin and flesh off of himself looking at Izzy in her hidden location "You can't fool me, no matter where you run or hide. Now get down here and fight me you coward."

Astro-Projections flickered around the room and one appeared behind him, but dares not touch.
"you might want to beware, though my Bassu is gone- his poisonous blood lays scattered across this room"
Izzy was growing bored slightly but still wanted to play, wonder if this mouse can do the chicken dance to get the blood off him....

The blood around him would'nt even have him worry. It was useless to him and what was worse was that he was only getting started. He would walk around pretending not to know where Izzy is but his eyes would stay on her at her times "This poison..... is nothing compared to my body. It won't effect me even if it gets into my skin. This is only one of the very uses of my new taijutsu style Sendou. But I guess its time to skip the warm-up don't you think? A Akatsuki leader like yourself should know better. To tell you the truth you never stood a chance from the beginning, however, you won't be bored any longer. Because now's your time to lay groveling at my feet." His direction would then change and now Neoshin would be headed straight towards Izzy's hidden spot, but he'd keep his calm and yet steady walking pace.

izzy walks out of the shadows and pouts,
"your not a very good toy you know that right? at least with muko he wasnt a wet blanket when I took him from the lightning village"
with a flick of her wrist and a flash of her eyes her nails elongate and she stands still,
"although my motto was its hard to kill wat you can not see i beleive this is a needed change of pace..."

"So what your saying is, you've finally figured out that you can't win." Neoshin would go to his ankles and lift up his shin guards takeing off his iron weight that were tightly strapped to his legs. Lifting them up over his head neo would drop them to the ground and make a large collapse of more ground destroying it all only leaving the walls as their remaining land to battle on.
"My bad..... how clumsy of me, but thats ok. I have a new ring for us." In that second Neoshin fell back into the air and faell down to the pitless ground doing some hand symbols. After about 25 of them done quickly and perfectly he thrusted his hand down under him and in a flash of bright light from a large amount of chakra a incredible layer of ice would stop him from falling and completely cover the broken ground becoming its substitute.
This jutsu was known as the Great Ice Duealing Arena. The ice element he created would cover the ground completely in a thick amount of solid ice and go even further and start to create some walls that were nearly impossible to penetrate. Izzy would be caught into this arena and without anytime to escape it would instantly brought into effect takeing over that room of Akatsuki base making a dome shape in clearing over the ceiling. With a extraordinary display of high level jutsu use, Neoshin would definatley be getting serious. "Now we finish this."

((the poisonous blood is a airborn poison since originally this was orochimaur's technique in his white snake form so now I realized that izzy reads some of the manga and neoshin probably doesnt))
kienpachi jumps out of the area and puts on a poison filter mask to help him deal with the poison as he continues to watch the battle annoyed.

(( Oh but thats where your wrong, I do read the manga every week but the thing is the posion has no effect on me because of my new fighting style called Sendo. With it I can use minature ripples that are created from my bloodstream when i'm using my special breathing technuiqe to repel the poison out of me when entering my body while the ripple cleans out my bloodstream at a constant pace. Not only that but another method is that I can use light air ripples around me to create the chakra outline I was talking about before, with it I can surround my body in a continueous air ripple protecting me from even breathing in the posion, or having come in contact with my body but to only be blown away or brought around it. ))

((or you can say your body is sadated with a drug that develops immunity from poison that would work because wouldnt nerotoxins nattural cause paralization in your organs preventing you to ripple through your chakra points which is genious))

(( Yeah but I don't use drugs in my method of combat, its a taijutsu style that uses breathing patterns to perform certain attacks. The breathing also controls my blood flow so the poison will be directed out of my chakra holes. But that way is also another good idea, except doing that with my character would'nt be good. I use the breathing pattern to control my ripples, but using a drug like that would most likely effect my lungs and cause problems in my breathing while also shutting down the uses of my diaphram... leaving my Sendo style useless to me ))

izzy takes to the air, hovering above the icey floors as her eyes dart around

she takes a hand and swipes her nail at a ice wall only to see it barely scratched

Izzy shivers slightly in her skirt, wishing for her cloak

"Oh do you now.... well I would'nt blame you. In this arena their is nearly no jutsu on earth that can break through its walls." The ice that was once scratched soon fills up again covering itself with even more ice than before. "In this arena that weather will only get colder and colder below freezing level. Meaning if you don't defeat me now then you'll surely die from frost bite, not only this but sense i'm part Ookami I am use to such temperatures." He'd look around and take his finger putting it in his mouth and takeing it out holding it out to the air as it instantly froze his spit "And from this analysis, we only have about 11 minutes of breathing left in this arena. But I now have a unlimited supply of ice to use my jutsu's..... do you wish to call it quits?" Neoshin took a Jyuken stance and waited for an answer.

she hisses as she breaks a nail and throws the senbon needle/nail ( sweatdrop ) into the ice below her and her wings slowly bring her down and she balances on the needle easily as she crosses her arms over her chest.
"i guess playing nice has its disadvantages.... i could simply godmod you to give me all your chakra- but that would be no fun and against the rules..."
she shivered only out of impulse of the mind but reality of her situation was that the few things she did out of habit kept her human for so many years. She watched him exhale and stared as the smoke rose and curled away, then she shrugs.
"your not the only one with a unlimited supply. You have your frozen water and i have a millennium of darkness at my finger tips,"
she lifts her hand slowly as dark energy collects at her finger tips and she swips the nothingness in the air which rips a hole. She ignores him for a second as she goes elbow deep into the hole, searching for something and seconds later she pulls out her short katana.
"fight me you twit! Show this ninja wat you got!"
she takes her offensive stance while holding her katana and stares right at him- no exhaled smoke exited from her nose at all.
she smirks

Neoshin would look at her blade and have a idea of what it might do, so he would take out his left and right hands holding brass knuckle blades in each hand tightly gripping them "I'll show you what it means to truely be called a shinobi." By using his true speed without the leg weights on Neoshin would run straight at Izzy and then make a quick swift to the left of her going into circles and createing afterimages known as Quasi clones. The many Neoshins would begin to come closer to her as they moved at a blurring speed kicking up small sheds of ice pieces into his face. "I'll show you the hatred I've felt for so long!" Out of the circle he formed around her, one Neoshin out the faded others would appear to her right side and already be attacking with the flying swallow technuiqe surrounded by his ingenious ripple energy created from his breathing combine with chakra.

she uses her katana to slice the shards of ice easily as she throws her katana up and blocks his attack by expelling black chakra from her palm when she swipped it across her, to form a sheild.
"why do you hate your masters so much?!"
she sees him through her opaque-like sheild as she holds up her hand and grabs her katana-
"do you really hate the thing I created you to be? Do you not wish for the head start I given you? Why must you turn your back upon the family?"
her sheild cracked and started to fade as she one handedly pushed the sheild and neo away before the sheild vanished.
"your going to die here anyway so i see no point in this! Haven't you noticed the biggest clue you jackass?!"
