Ooryu was already packed. She was in the kitchen, making sure she had all the rations she need. "This is gonna be a tough one." she mumbled.

Ikari was out-cold still...one of the many issues with the blind, the inability to see/sense light. He probally should've asked for an alarm...

Ooryu stood in the doorway. Mabey I should attack him to wake him up. She thought. She channeled her chakra into her hand, hoping he would sense it and wake up.

Ikari stirred at the tingling sense of another chakra in his area. His mind picked up the signature and he slowly awoke, stretching his arms. "....Huh--Oh crap, the missions today!"

He sprung out of bed and pushed her out of the room, "Sorry!" he apologized and quickly dressed himself. How he always managed to coordinate his clothes was a wonder, even to himself. He equipped his wrist bands, the one with the extendable blade included, and his leg pouch. Ikari opened the door once more and smiled weakly at the girl's chakra signature.

((sorry for not being on for...what was it...a week about? well anyways my computer started freaking out and wouldnt let me online.))
Riku finished eating and put his bowl in the sink. He put away everything else, checked one last time to make sure he had all his equipment, then walked out the door towards the park. He dashed down the street into the park and stood beneath the tree that had been set as the meeting point, waiting for Ikari and Ooryu.

"Kyaa." Ooryu said, scratching the back of her head. "What was that for?" she gave him a small smile. "Doesn't matter. Hurry up." she left, walking out to the front room.

Ikari followed her downstairs, braiding his hair into its ponytail. His headband fit snugly over his eyes and he smiled, "Lets get goin', huh?"

Ikari nodded and immediately dashed off towards the rendevous point. Posing a Jounin...this could be fun.

"Because I'm older and that makes far more sense than some...14 year-old kid as a Jounin? I'm actually pretty interested in how he got that rank." Ikari replied, pulling out a smoke and taking a drag as he ran along.

((Sorry I didnt post. This week and last week I have marching band camp so im not from 8-12:30, and 4-9. ill be done and back to normal on logging in and rping by monday.))
"If I just run towards Ooryu's house, I'll run into them eventually," Riku thought standing up. He was tired of sitting and having nothing to do. He darted off in the general direction of her house and sure enough after a minute or two, he saw them talking and caught the last part of Ikari's sentence. "It took hard work, and something to keep me moving forward," Riku said jumping out onto a branch next to Ikari and Ooryu.

Ooryu smiled. "I know what you mean. It takes forever just to be considered for the Bingo Book, let alone become Jounin." she nodded. She brushed off her kimono gently.
