((no problem, in fcat you helped, i had an idea that there should be some sort of prophecy thing, but was unsure of how to introduce it.))
As the group walked they passed more and more people, standing still, being very silent. Sometimes they came upon a trading square, where there was lots of movement, but haggling was taking place silently. Val stubbed her toe once, and gave a loud "ouch!" Bringing many glares from the people around them. Suddenly a low murmer could be heard, the murmer grew, until a clear voice was filling the city.
In the darkness of day
In the bright of night
Travelers and citizens alike
Gather your ears, choose the best
Look within, the fight is there
Look without, the fright be neer
The sounding drums
((here's an idea, let's all add a verse to the prophecy, and then interpret it as we go =D))

"Everyone heard it. Come on let's get going before they freak out." Riot answered quietly. Wrapping her hand around Chisei's wrist lightly she started forward, pushing her bike one handedly.

"Finally." Riot breathed, seeing the towering cathdral now much, much closer. "Come on, almost there." She said urging the others on.

Val stepped into the cathedral and look up at the ceiling in amazment. She walked around loking at the carvings. "This is amazing! This was all built by hand. No magic, holy, or unholy was involved. And on top of that, it's beutiful, in a dark sort of way." She had her hands in her coat pockets, as she leaned back and stared at the architecture.

Riot sighed, she really, REALLY didn't want to be here but there wasn't really a way around it. "Come on you guys." Riot said over her shoulder moving forward and into the cathedreal. Inside it was huge, cool, and almost reeked of old. It was lit by dozens of candles, but you could see hundreds more that weren't lit. Somewhere in its deep halls someone was half sining half reciting an old hymm, it echoing to them.

Val followed Riot. She could hear faint singing, and within the catherdral, a pin could be heard dropping. The prophecy didn't penetrate the walls, so the only sound was the chanting, and their foot steps.

"You two wait here I'll be right back." Riot said, and not waiting for an answer she moved quickly into the deeper parts of the cathedrale. Now where was he? "Well, well, well. Hello there. Something I can help you ladies with?" A silky voice said from behind the two still in the main room, moments after Riot left.
