Mizu got majorly injured, but got back up. The arm was being as irritating as ever. "Water style: Water Dragon Projectile jutsu!" The water from the Water Collision Destruction jutsu formed into a dragon and sped towards Raijin.

"That's true he did use Gentle Fist on you guys like a lot, so from now on...taijutsu only!!!!! And Raijin, you can't just decide to raise your attack points. To do that you have to become a jounin or I certify you as a medic nin, which won't happen until after your done with my course."

Yea it was my fault.. I thought that was a special ability of a sharingan but they changed it, that was my fault, sorry

((yeah, sorry about that. computer was lagging for a minute.))
Mizu: 8
Raijin: 13
Mizu focused her chakra into her fist and performed a hefty Strong Arm onto the ground. As the earth shattered and flew in the air, she sprinted to Raijin and "Konoha Whirwind" 'ed to his stomach and side.

He caught the hit with his arm and it bruised his bone causing minor damage he then swung and knocked her foot out from underneath of and flipped around kicking downwards
