 Kyoshou Kinuta...Kyoshou was rather annoyed as Koujin blocked off his senses. He pulled up his sleeve and began reaching for him. He felt around Koujin's chest until he came upon a solid lump. He tapped it once and the darkness vanished as well as sound being brought back. He turned to Koujin and grumbled "A warning would be nice every once in a while." He then turned to address the now apparently sober man as he said "Well its not like I'm scared of death. I live only to help those who are close to me. If that means laying down my life for them, so be it" It seemed the was now out of range for Kyoshou to continue draining his chakra. This didn't matter. He looked intently into his eyes making a string of hand signs as he said "You will Fear Me" He then pulled up his sleeve to reveal his clan's signature melody arm. This, though, wasn't the typical design. Attached to the melody arm seemed to be a retractable spike fist. He lifted it up clenching his fist. Chakra jumped from spike to spike in an almost electrical manner. With his free hand, he brushed his hair out of his face to get a better view. This indeed would prove to be an interesting battle. ...of the Twilight Sonata

"Everyones so self righteous and unflinching....Am i the only realist around?" The drunkard joked as the ground below them in a 100 foot radius burst into flowers. Considering the area they were in, it was unnatural that they appeared as local fauna rather than default flowers. An annatural gift for an unnaturally sounding drunkard. Taking a deep breath, he refocused, the short time of chakra sapping seemed to affect him worse than he thought. He spoke matter of factly this time.
"You say that now, but if you truely didnt care wether you lived or died why would you fight to survive? what if you knew you were dieing as we speak?" Putting his hands back under his traveling cloak, his face looked solemn as he spoke to them. "Life's not fun if there not that feeling of wether you make it till tommorrow. And if what I found earlier is true, it Means well either all live longer than we realized, or soon be hunted down and stuffed like animals to be showed off in a foyer. though for different reasons...."

Kyoshou Kinuta... Kyoshou chuckled a bit before answering the drunk's question. He said "Well I suppose I live for others. I live to keep them around longer." The man's next comment intrigued Kyoshou. 'Dying now? No way' he thought. He smirked as he said "Trust me. That won't happen." It would then become apparent that Kyoshou was wearing a necklace. At the end of the silver chain was a silvery clear pendant. It seemed to glint as he said this. Kyoshou took note of the suddenly blooming flowers. He made a string of hand signs and muttered something inaudible. He seemed to slide to the side a bit. Kyoshou wondered to himself when the talking would stop and the fighting begin. ...of the Twilight Sonata

Hidden Slumber
After arriving in Hidden Federation Akou looks around a bit then smiles. He looks at Kehome who looks at him. “We’re in Hidden Slumber. I remember this place.” states Akou walking towards the village entrance as Kehome shrugs and follows. Yumi begins meowing then stops and falls asleep. Akou runs up to Yumi, who was up ahead of the rest, and picks him up. “Visitors at this hour?” asks a male voice as Akou stands to see an old man looking at him. “You… from before.” “What is this you say boy? From before. I’ve never seen you before.” “Never mind. What do you mean visitors at this hour? It’s noon.”

“At this time most everyone is asleep or about to fall asleep. The mist around the village now is a sort of anesthesia and covers the land to help those who have insomnia and whatnot fall asleep.” replies the man as he head nods a bit. Akou’s eyes grow heavy as he listens to the man. Kehome rushes over at looks at Akou then at Yumi. “Why haven’t you fallen asleep yet?” “Because I am immune to the effects of the mist. I did create it you know. Why are you here?” “Me and Kehome are here to find a woman by the name of Reina.” starts Akou when Kehome falls to the ground.

He looks at her as his vision blurs. “If you’re searching for someone she may be here. I don’t usually greet people who enter into the village unless it’s near to sleep time. I will help you find her but you must first pass my test.” states the man as Akou’s eyes shut and he falls backward. A short time after he falls asleep he seems to awaken. He looks around to see everything made entirely of clouds. He sits up and looks to his left to see Yumi and his right to see Kehome. He then looks straight to see the old man. Akou looks the man over as he gets to his feet.

The man was wearing white bunny slippers and a white robe with little blue dots sprinkled on it. He had a big bald spot and silver hair on either side of his head. His face was bare and wrinkled from old age. His eyes, however, were vibrant like a young child’s. Akou begins to speak when the mans appearance seems to alter. He was no longer an old man but Bonx the bully from Akou’s orphanage. Akou looks around then back at Bonx as he laughs at him. Bonx was a boy of sixteen who enjoyed bullying only Akou. He would wait for Akou to return just so he could beat him and make him feel bad.

Bonx wore tan shorts with pockets on his waist, left thigh, and bottom. He wore a tank top shirt that says ‘Who Needs Ya?’ across the chest. “Hey kid.” calls Bonx cracking his knuckles as Akou looks at him. “Old man-” “Old man?!? What you say?!?” exclaims Bonx running towards Akou as he runs. Akou watches as Bonx grows nearer and nearer before tripping over a bit of cloud. Bonx grabs him by the shirt and lifts him up with a grin. He then throws Akou into a cloud tree. Once he hits the tree it turns into a real tree. He gets to his feet as pieces of cloud begin to stink onto the tree and turn it back into a cloud tree.

Bonx runs over and kicks at Akou when he pushes himself into the air with his hands and feet. He lands back onto the ground and punches Bonx square in the face and makes him fly backwards. Akou stares at Bonx as he laughs on the ground. He turns his face to face Akou and stands as his body seems to alter. This time it altered differently than before. It seemed to turn white then take the form of a dog shape. A laugh echoes around as the light bursts from the figure. Akou backs up into the tree behind him as he stares at the figure. “Akou.” thinks the dog to Akou as he presses himself into the tree more.

The figure before him was Ella all along. She had tricked him and seemingly trapped him in a genjutsu of some kind. Kehome stands and seems to vanish in a puff of smoke and then reappear as Reina. Akou freezes as he stares at Reina. He doesn’t inhale, he doesn’t exhale. He just stands and stares. “Come for me. I’ll kill you where you stand.” states Reina as Akou exhales his held breath. His world seems to shatter as the words of Reina fill his ears. She was going to kill him? He was going to have to fight the woman he had long been searching for? He was going to kill his sensei, his friend, the only mother he ever knew?

Yumi stands and transforms into a cheetah and sets his eyes on the distracted Akou. He bolts over to Akou as he snaps out of thought. He watches as Yumi takes a swing at him and misses. Akou ducks as Yumi attempts another strike and hits the tree. The tree turns into a regular cloud before beginning to rot away slowly. Akou runs from Yumi and is confronted by Ella who seems to stare into his eyes. Reina laughs which distracts Akou as Ella leaps into Akou’s chest. Akou loses his breath a moment before pushing Ella off of him. He inhales and then shuts his eyes. He opens his eyes to see Reina standing before him with a crazed smile upon her face. She slaps him across the face and then leaps back from him.

He keeps his head in the direction Reina slapped it to for a moment before turning back to see Reina smiling at him. His eyes seem to become glossy but he does not tear up. He can’t believe Reina actually hit him. Reina never hit him. Not even when he was being bad. An image of Reina pops into his head a moment then disappears once her pearly white mask sparkles. He looks at the Reina before him and grows angry. That wasn’t Reina. She didn’t act like Reina. She didn’t make jokes like Reina would. Her mask didn’t even shine. It wasn’t Reina magician mask, just a regular white mask.

Yumi growls as Akou leaps into the air. Yumi continues to run then stops as Akou lands atop his back. Ella disappears then reappears behind Akou as he jabs back at her. She flies back as Yumi bucks Akou into the air. He takes a kunai from his left pocket and throws it at Yumi. Yumi poofs like a clone would as Akou looks from Yumi to Reina. He lands upon the ground as Akou runs towards Reina. She claps her hands twice then vanishes as Akou runs through the smoke. He quickly runs out before Reina can snap her fingers on the other end of the field. Ella comes up behind Akou again and is greeting with a punch to the face.

Hidden Slumber
Once Ella flies back Yumi appears from the smoke it had vanished within. He hadn’t disappeared but used poof to make Akou believe he had. He rams into Akou and sends him flying into a tree. Instead of slamming into the tree he lands upon it and stares at his three attackers. He quickly focus chakra into his feet as his head begins to burn. Smoke comes from his head as he repels himself from the tree. His skin begins burning away as he speed through his opponents. He touches Reina on the thigh, Ella on the head, and Yumi on his left foreleg. He makes it to the tree he was at when they began changing form. His skin returns to his face as he turns around and looks his opponents again.

They begin to run towards him when they suddenly stop. Akou shuts his eyes and begins to remember all the memories that were significant to him. He remembers when he and Reina talked in the hotel room in Leaf. He remembers when he and Ella, when she was Haylo, were trapped in the chamber and awaited death. He remembers the night when he had watched Yumi and Kehome talk under the stars in Hidden Moon. With each memory Reina, Ella, and Yumi seem to have a harder time fighting Akou. Before they can reach Akou they are subdued by the memories.

Akou bursts open his eyes and takes a kunai from his right pocket. He slashes Reina and Yumi before pressing the kunai to Ella’s throat. “You succeed.” states the voice of the old man as the landscape begins to melt. Ella returns to the image of the old man as Akou finds himself back in Hidden Slumber. By now the sky was darker and they seemed to be in the forest. Akou looks around to see that Kehome and Yumi were no longer beside him and the old man before him with Akou’s kunai to his throat. Akou removes the kunai as the man gasps then stands.

“How did you know that I was real and the others were clones?” “I touched them and took in their memories in exchange for some of mines. When I did that only memories came from you and not the other two.” “Good job boy. Allow me to teach you my skills before we search for Reina.” “Okay…” starts Akou as he yawns. “After I take a nap.” he concludes as the old man lets out a laugh. A good while later Akou awakens on the floor of a bedroom. He sits up and looks around to see Kehome on the bed next to him with Yumi upon her stomach. He stands and looks around to see an open window.

He wanders over to it and looks around to see people walking around. He smiles as Kehome yawns and begins to stir. He turns around as she sits up and stares at him. “What happened? Where are we?” asks Kehome as Akou begins t speak. “You’re in my house. I should properly introduce myself. My name is The Sand Man.” states the old man entering into the room from the door to the left of the bed. Kehome sits up and looks at Akou to her right then the old man to her left. “THE Sand Man?” “Yes. Your name is Kehome right?” “How do you know that?”

“It’s a long story.” interrupts Akou wandering over to the bed and sitting on it. “Are you ready to train young Akou?” “Yup.” “Fill me in please.” “Sand Man and I are going to train then look for Reina.” replies Akou as Kehome looks at them both then looks out the window. “Will you all have time to train before the anesthesia spread across the village?” “We have a different method of training Mrs. Kehome. Come Akou.” concludes Sand Man as he exits with Akou close behind him. After walking for a while the two reach the forest and sit down.

The Sand Man explains what he did to Akou and how to perform the trick again as Akou eyes catch a figure floating in the air. The Sand Man stops and follows Akou eyes to see a familiar image. “That right there my boy is a Dream Collector. It’s similar to a Dream Catcher. They are most times seen together in the forest. There’s one now.” concludes The Sand Man as Akou sees another image. He looks the Dream Collector over to see a floating little person. It had long flowing hair that stretched far pass its feet. It had fairy wings that were blue. Its hair was white and fluffy to match the theme of the area.

Akou then looks at the Dream Catcher. It was an object made of wood that had intricate designs upon it. It too was floating just a few inches from the Dream Collector. Before Akou’s eyes the Dream Catcher alters and turns into a fairy as well. This fairy was different from the other. This fairy wore Indian type clothing that held the colors of beige and violet while the other wore a short dress that held the colors of light blue, blue, and white. Its hair was black and stopped at its ankles while the others stretched nearly an inch pass its feet. Fro the hair of it hangs feathers and little beads.

The wings of this fairy are many different colors while the others are just white and sky blue. “What do they do?” “They teach. The Dream Collector teaches you to fight with dreams. It can make Dream Techniques useable outside of the dream realm.” “Dream realm?” “Yes. Dream realm is where you and I were fighting before. It alters with the teachings of this fairy here.” continues The Sand Man as he points to the Dream Catcher. “I want to learn skills from them to.” “Fine. You can see memories by touch, correct? Quickly tap into their memories to learn the skills. Night is slowly approaching.”

Once he finishes talking Akou looks up into the sky to see the sun still rising. He shrugs then stretches out a finger. The Dream Collector watches him a while before floating over and landing atop his finger. The memory that comes to Akou is different from what he believed it to be. He thought it would be sweet and peaceful. The memory was when the fairy had to fight to protect Hidden Slumber from the heartless. Akou remembered the heartless from when Reina saved Haylo in Hidden Leaf. They were disgusting creatures from all he could remember.

Hidden Slumber
As an army of heartless made its way towards the village the small fairies lined the entrance and commenced their attack. A lullaby seems to fill the ears of all on the field as the fairies generate a barrier from themselves. The heartless seem to continue marching, unaffected by the lullaby and the barrier. A figure from above fires a single shot and destroys the barrier knocking the fairies back. The Sand Man emerges from the crowd of fairies and looks at the monsters running towards him. He rushes into the crowd of monster as everything grows silent.

Before long monster go flying and the old man is seen kicking and punches heartless left and right. Whenever a monster would shoot at him from above some form of barrier or attack would prevent harm to him. First a huge blast would shoot from one fairy and strike the oncoming attack. The next time a ton of cherry blossoms seems to block three attacks before disappearing and more coming to take its place. The fight goes on a good length of time before The Sand Man grows tired and can’t seem to fight. A small girl then appears behind him and then disappears again. Once the flashback is done Akou recognizes who the girl was. It was Rin, the one who’d saved him and was traveling with him for so long.

The fairy flies off as the Dream Catcher flies over to Akou. It does not land on his finger but instead lands atop his head. For a moment he does nothing but then looks at the yawning Sand Man and reaches up to his head. The fairy begins to fly off when Akou grabs it gently. He puts it in front of him and shuts his eyes as the other fairy watches them from a good distance away. Since the fairies made little sound it was clear that they couldn’t speak or make sounds. Akou opens his eyes as images glide across his eyes. He shuts them again and continues to seep through the fairies memories.

He sees the same memory as the other fairy and from this one can decipher which fairy did what. He opens his eyes as the fairy flies from his open hand. Akou smiles as a thick mist comes from the hands of The Sand Man. Akou watches as he begins walking around, spreading out his mist. Akou’s eyes begin to droop as the fairies begin to dance a bit before landing upon the ground and falling asleep. “It’s time to test your skills young one. Let sleep come easy.” states The Sand Man as Akou eyes shut then open again before he falls onto the ground, snoring softly.

Akou blinks a few times before sitting up from the ground. He wipes some jelly from his face and flings it elsewhere as he looks around. Everything around him seemed to be made of some type of jelly. As Akou looks at the substance his stomach begins to growl. He begins to pick up a piece of jelly and eat it but stops himself. He gets to his feet and continues looking around when he spots a blue blob that differed from the purple jelly around him. He starts over to it when he remembers the story Reina had told him. He remembered the story of Reina’s rival vividly in his mind.

The way she told the story scared Akou every time he remembered it or heard it. “She looks like mere jelly but… she’s not. You’ll be hungry one day and she’ll be there. You’ll eat her and she’ll cut you open after toying with your insides. She’s ruthlessly strong and is good at changing form. Be careful should you have to do battle with her.” echoes Reina’s words as the goop begins to stir. Akou jolts upwards a bit as the jelly begins to mold into the form of a woman. On its special places was a purple leaf shaped jelly. A giant purple jelly leaf covered her back side and her hair as well.

Her hair seemed to be a darker shade of blue and appeared to be connected to her body. Akou watches the blob as it seems to slither towards him. He begins to panic, fanning his hands wildly and looking for something to hit her with. She suddenly stops as does Akou. The two look into one another’s eyes a moment before she crouches down then leaps into the air. She flies towards Akou as he screams and run off. She lands where he once was and looks around a bit before noticing Akou cowering near a jelly tree. An odd smile seems to form where the blobs mouth is as it starts for Akou again.

Akou screams noticing she’s coming after him again. He looks around at his surroundings and tries to remember how The Sand Man said he changed the surroundings. It was something the Dream Catcher did. Before he can remember anything a blue kunai flies pass him. “There’s no time to think with me after you.” mumbles the blob. Its voice sounded as if it were submerged under water. Akou notices the approaching blob and begins running again. Suddenly pillars of jelly seem to shoot from the ground and block his path. Akou turns around to see the block flying towards him.

He darts under it as it slaps to the ground. He gets a good distance from her before performing a number of hand signs. Before he can complete his hand signs another bunch of pillars shoot up from the ground. He stops and turns around to see she had gone. He looks downwards to see something being scribbled in the jelly from under the jelly. ‘Hedoro is gonna eat you.’ it read. Akou jolts backwards as a spike shoots up from the ground. Hedoro emerges from the ground behind him and cuts Akou on the shoulder. He leans forward then leaps into the air and lands a few feet behind Hedoro.

She turns to face him with the same sick smile on her face and seems to laugh at him. “Don’t let her make you bleed or she’ll drive you nuts.” echoes Reina’s words as Akou looks at his injured shoulder. She had scratched him hard enough to cause blood to begin dripping from it. Akou begins to shake as his surroundings begin to melt. Hedoro transforms into The Sand Man as Akou lets out a sigh of relief. “Perhaps you aren’t quite ready yet. Let’s go and search for Reina and then we can get back to the battle.” “I’m ready now. I just didn’t remember much about her.”

Hidden Slumber
“That excuse can’t be use in the real word little Akou. Had that been a real battle she would have easily killed you. I intentionally missed my mark so as not to hurt you too much.” concludes The Sand man getting to his feet and starting towards town. Akou quickly gets up and follows close behind him. Walking through the village Akou can see tired people walking around. As they talked to one another they seemed to yawn and stretch. He continues looking around when Kehome and Yumi enters his sights. “So you two are back-” starts Kehome when she suddenly yawns.

“Did you guys train like you wanted to?” “No. I couldn’t handle it and Sand Man quit on me.” “I didn’t quit on you. It’s just that you’re not ready yet. Next time we go to sleep I’ll give you another chance.” replies The Sand Man as Akou frowns then yawns. “What are you guys doing now?” “Looking for Reina.” “Obviously huh Akou.” replies Kehome yawning before beginning to walk. “What’s she look like anyhow?” “Well she has yellow hair and she wears a magicians mask over the top of her nose and her eyes. Oh, her eyes have stars in them. Uh…” “I think that’s enough. She’s rather odd.”

“She sure is Kehome, just like me. We might not be able to tell her odd stuff since she’s been wearing a ANBU cloak and mask lately.” “A what?” asks Kehome stopping. Akou, The Sand Man, and Yumi sop as Kehome turns to face Akou. “This Reina is an ANBU?” “Yeah. She’s really good.” “She might be on official business and we could blow her cover.” “She doesn’t have a cover. Reina likes to have things out in the open unless she sneaking around. And when she does it doesn’t bother her if someone reveals her location. She just hides to make things go faster.” “Akou.”

“No. I can’t just sit and wait. If she’s in trouble I’m going to go and save her. She could be captured by the Chess Pieces.” “Has she been caught by them before?” “No. They want her to come to them willingly. They always use others to convince Reina to join.” “That’s why they were after you then?” asks Kehome as Akou grows quiet. He fumbles his fingers and stares down at her swinging left foot. He places his first onto the ground then looks up at Kehome. “Akou-” “I know what you’re gonna say and I don’t care. Reina would never let anything happen to me. Besides, I’m going to be a ninja like her when I grow up anyway. I have to learn to defend myself.”

“She’s dangerous for you. Why don’t you stay I Hidden Moon with Yumi and me?” “Because I want Reina. I don’t want anyone else but her. She’s not like all the other people I’ve seen and met. She’s special. She treats me like I matter. Like I’m important and not special. She makes me feel comfortable.” concludes Akou as Kehome looks at him sadly. Akou sees her face and starts to speak when anesthesia begins spewing from The Sand Man’s hands. “Times up. Let’s go Akou.” states The Sand man as Akou's eyes begin to droop. He feels himself become heavy as Kehome collapses. He then collapses atop her and begins to snores softly.

Akou slowly begins to awakens and sits up to see an ordinary forest. This dream, unlike the others, seemed to be peaceful and calm. Akou falls back into the warm grass and looks up at the different clouds in the sky. There was a squirrel choking on a nut shaped cloud. A man struggling with insomnia shaped cloud. There even was a cloud where Akou was watching a man choke on an olive while taking notes. Akou shuts his eyes and smiles as a familiar voice fills his ears. “Akou… Akou! Where are you?!? You’d better not be messin with that dead dog again!” calls a woman as Akou bolts upward.

He stares across the lush grass to see a woman coming through the brush. She was facing away from him and looking around, her hair twisting and turning with her. She was wearing orange sweat pants and a yellow sports bra. Her crinkled yellow hair stretched a bit pass her neck but a chain could be seen around her neck from the back. She turns around and smiles at Akou as he does her. Their eyes were locked. Akou’s ruby red eyes and the woman’s starry eyes. She begins walking over to Akou slowly as he watched her move. Her hips swayed side to side in what most people would think to be an uncomfortable position.

Finally reaching Akou she bends over and looks him over a bit. She takes her right hand and rubs his face as Akou blushes. “Why do you have so many scratches?” asks the woman as Akou continues to stare at her face. A glow seemed to emit from her that radiated off of everything that was nice in the dream. Perhaps The Sand Man has decided not to make him fight this time around. Perhaps he just wants Akou to have sweet dreams this time. Suddenly a figure emerges from the brush and stands facing the two. “Reina, someone’s behind you.” states Akou as the woman stands and turns to face the man behind her.

Akou also gets to his feet and stands beside her. “We have come to take you by force Reina Huiden. We’re going to give you the same treatment as your sensei.” states the man snapping his fingers. Nothing seems to happen but it seems to worry Reina a bit. “Why are you here Crape?” “If I can’t have you then no one will Reina.” states the man as he runs towards Reina. She pushes Akou out of the way as Crape strikes her in the chest. Lucky for Reina her Orochi Power provided her with a thin armor or she may have been really hurt by his attack. Once stricken she vanishes in a puff of smoke.

She appears above Crape with her katana aimed for his head. Crape flies backwards as Reina strikes the ground. She pulls her katana from the ground and slowly stands as her eyes settle on Crape. Akou watches from some nearby brush as a battle commences. Reina had changed clothes before his very eyes. She was now wearing her Mugen Kougai that stretched up to the brim of her neck and covered her hands and feet. Her ANBU mask was cocked to the right atop her head and her pearly white magicians mask was covering her eyes and the brim of her nose. Upon her hands were her precious magic gloves that she often used.

Hidden Slumber
In her hands was the katana she had just used to attempt a strike at Crape. She faces crape as he does her when Akou notices a woman aiming a special gun at Reina. Akou begins to speak when Reina runs from her position towards Crape as a single shot is fired. A bullet flies towards Akou as he covers his head. After a moment he removes his arms from his head and looks up to see the bullet mere inches from his face. It seemed as if someone was now controlling the little bullet. The bullet floats off a ways before imploding and striking fire to the surrounding trees.

Akou watches as the fire grows larger and larger. “Akou… put that fire out.” calls out Reina as she struggles to get the upper hand of Crape. “I kept it from striking you now do me a favor and put the fire out.” concludes Reina as Crape kicks her into a distant tree. Behind the tree an electrical spark fills the air as Gongo emerges from behind the tree. Akou inhales deeply then lets out a defensive tone. Gongo strike Reina but she seems unaffected and kicks him across the jaw. Akou had created a barrier around both Reina and himself in order to protect them from the growing fire and the electrical strike.

Akou then looks at the fire and remembers he’s dreaming. He focuses his mind and slowly begins to change the landscape. The forest trees begin to change into blazing brush. The ground turns a ruby red and all unprotected garbs seem to quickly burn away. Before anyone can act Crape is set on fire as well as Gongo. Screams can be heard all around as the landscape turns to that of an island that’s volcano ha just erupted not too far away. Reina smiles at Akou as he sings as the landscape begins to melt away. Crape transforms into The Sand Man with a smile on his face as Akou finds himself in the forest again.

“While you slept I searched the village. I have seen no sign of your Reina. I suggest heading to Hidden Blood. There was a sighting of an ANBU there not too long ago.” states The Sand Man as Akou looks at him and smiles. The two stands as Akou rushes over and hugs him. He then turns to the village and starts for The Sand Man's house. A short time later Akou reaches the house to see Kehome sitting out front. Akou stops and looks at her a while before walking over to her. Kehome notices him and sighs then turns to face him. Akou sits beside her and takes her right hand in his.

“I know it’s hard for you to let go but… there’s another woman in my life, a woman that can’t be replaced. You’ll just have to let me go.” states Akou as Kehome bursts out in laughter. Akou frowns at her laughing and turns from her. “I was being serious and you laughed at me.” “It’s what you said. You made it seem like you-” starts Kehome when she bursts out in laughter again. Akou frowns again and gets up. “You seemed like you were sad so I thought I’d cheer you up.” “You did.” “Not like that.” “Don’t be mad… let it go.” concludes Kehome laughing so hard she falls off the front step of The Sand Man’s house onto the ground.

People walking by watch as Kehome goes into a laughing fit. Akou pouts and tries to get her to stop but just can’t seem to. “What’s going on here?” asks The Sand Man as Kehome looks at him teary eyed and Akou looks at him with a small frown upon his face. “How about you all stay one more night before heading out?” asks The Sand Man as Akou and Kehome look at one another. The two nods as The Sand Man laughs and claps his hands together once. “Come on inside and have some dinner and then it’s off to bed in a couple of hours.” concludes The Sand man entering into the house as Akou and Kehome follow close behind him. Yumi lays on the floor lapping up milk as Kehome watches him from her seat at the table.

Akou sits in his seat across from her anxiously waiting The Sand Man’s dish. The Sand Man enters the room from a door nearest the table carrying two plates. He places a dish before Kehome then one before Akou before exiting through the door he’d entered through. Akou looks down at his plate to see an odd image. His food looked like a brain. Squiggly lines covered in a red sauce. “Eat your spaghetti Akou before it gets cold.” “What’s spaghetti?” “You never had spaghetti?” “No. It looks like a brain. I can eat it?” “Yes, it is food you know.” replies Kehome as Akou looks from her to his plate.

The Sand Man enters through the door with his plate and freezes when he sees Akou. Akou stares at him, his face covered in spaghetti. “Isn’t that how you eat it?” asks Akou as Kehome begins laughing at him again. After a while they finish eating and Akou sits outside and awaits the anesthesia. Kehome wanders outside as well and takes a seat beside him. She looks at him a while before smiling at him. He quickly notices her presence once she smiles and stares at her. “What will you do when me and Reina meet up? Will you stay?” “No. I have to head back to Hidden Moon. I am supposed to be protecting the village instead of relaxing here.”

“Aw.” “I promised I’d take you to her and that is all that I can do. The village needs me.” “I need you too.” replies Akou as Kehome freezes. Akou hugs her as she relaxes herself. She wraps her arms around him and laughs a little. The Sand Man then emerges from inside, his hands firing out anesthesia. Kehome begins to fall asleep as Akou begins snoring. The two fall asleep as The Sand Man smiles at them both. “There’ll be sweet dreams tonight little Akou.” states The Sand Man as he walks pass the two towards town. This time Akou dreamed there were no tricks. He didn't have to worry about a thing happening. The following day Akou and Kehome say their goodbyes then head back to the docks not too far away from them.

"Ehhh... who knows... I am dieing... well faster then you...but ehhhh... I almost forgot there was someone... someone I live for." The laconic ninja couldn't help, but allow himself a small smile. "But eh... Kuso..." Koujin let out a yawn, "Talking to you drains me of energy... I dunno about you two, but I'm going to get some food..." Koujin leaped up a few feet in the air and as he descended he could be seen crouched percariously on the blade of one of his clones. Koujin shot off into the air as the blade lengthened shooting away carrying it away. It seemed that Koujin didn't even have the energy to walk out over the flowers... maybe he just didn't like flowers, maybe he was allergic, or maybe he didn't trust what might be under or in the flowers themselves.

Yamai flipped backwards off of the barrier. " Hmm I wasen't expecting that Yamai. But seriously you can put your sword away you need to continue your training ." Yamai put his sword back into his holder. " Cool... Lets get started. What are we doing. " "Shuriken and kunai training." Hui threw a bag of shuriken and flicked a kunai towards his way. "Catch. " Yamai caught everything. " Ok Yamai your going to use the shuriken first. Just throw it at the tree. " Hui said as he carved a aiming point on the tree. " When you hit this opion you will move on to the Kunai. So get started. "
Yamai got in his stance and began throwing the shuriken. "Miss, miss, miss, miss, and miss. " Hui said as the shurikens hit away from the target and missed the tree. Yamai looked at him angrily. " The shuriken are not going to return themself. " Yamai started to walk towards the tree and he picked up the Shuriken that hit the ground and he pulled the ones that hit the tree out. Hui pointed . " That one almost made it to where it would almost hit the point. " Yamai practiced for hours before he finally got the hang of it and began hitting moving object on his own.
"Ok Yamai thats good enough. We can move on once you've got the shuriken down you have the kunai down to so now we will start your weight lifting now. " When are we actually going to do a technique. " "This is your conditioning You need to do all of this then learning the rest of your techniques will come to you quickly. You'll see once we get started." Put that rock on your on you back once you do that squat a few times and start running around I'll tell you when your done. " "Yamai picked up a rock and flipped it onto his back. " This is kinda heavy. "
Yamai began squatting. This made him tired very quickly. " You can move on to the running Yamai. " " I don't get a break . " " You won't get a break in a fight Yamai but you can get a break once you've ran around a little bit. " Yamai ran around trees in circles. As he was runnning he dropped the rock and fell down to his knees. " You did good for today take a break we can get some more training in tommorow. Hui walked away and Yamai laid down where he fell down in the grass. "This is a good place to sleep for tonight. " Yamai thought to himself as he closed his eyes and went to sleep.
Hui came back the next day with some food for Yamai. Hui kicked Yamai. " Wake up kid I brought some food for you. You can't train on an empty stomache so eat up." "Noooo leave me alone. " Yamai said as Hui tried to wake him up... Until he smelt the food. Then he got up quickly. "Whats that. " "Open the bag up then you can see whats in it. " Hui tossed the bag towards Yamai and he quickly caught the bag, opened it up and started eating the food. He finished eating the food then he looked up at. " Thanks man, I was kinda hungry. " " Your welcome man. "

" I should be thanking you Yamai. " "For What?" " You allowing me to pass what I learned on before I die." "Die? " "I am closer to death than you think but lets not talk about that now. We are going to work on the dummy training now... Follow me. " Yamai and Hui began walking towards training grounds where Yamai could do his dummy training. "Ok right here. This is where you will be doing your dummy training. Just do what every you want to do to the dummy I know you have no ninjutsu yet so just show me what you can do with your taijutsu.
Yamai ran to the dummies and they were surrounding him. Then he began punching and kicking the dummies. Afterwards he started to jump in the air and doing arial attackson the dummies/ Once he landed he pulled out his katana and began slicing the dummies down and into many pieces. "I'm done. " "Ok that was pretty good for someone who has not been trained in taijutsu. When I am done with you I think you should either head to Hidden Leaf or Hidden Arts these are good places where you can learn good taijutsu."
" And for some good sword training I think you should head to Hidden Wind and Hidden Tree. They are both good but I honestly prefer Hidden Tree teachings. " "Why are you telling me all of this... " "You will need a lot more training after I am done with you. " "Ok then whats up now what else do you need me to do Hui. " "Hmmm let me think real quick... " Hui took a seat and thought about it for a few minutes. " I want you to spar with me I won't use any clan techniques I'd kill you and not even mean it. This will be a taijutsu fight."
Hui then began looking around. "I'll just use this here kunai. "Hui said as he picked it up off the ground and put it in his pocket. "Ok Yamai get ready. " Yamai got in his fighting stance. " I'm ready lets go. " Yamai and Hui ran towards each other. Yamai aimed for Hui's stomach but Hui got to Yamai quicker and hit Yamai in his face. Yamai rolled backwards while pushing forward off of the ground Yamai made it to Hui very quickly and kneed Hui in his chest.Hui was knocked back into a tree. " That was a hard hit Yamai. " Hui said as he pulled the kunai out of his pocket
After pulling the Kunai out he ran towards Yamai with the kunai. Once he got close Yamai ducked and elbowed Hui's arm up. Then Yamai pulled his Katana out. " That seems a bit unfair I just have this little kunai." Yamai and Hui began fighting all that was heard was steel clashing. Then they both stopped but only Yamai was tired. "Ok Yamai thats enough." Yamai was breathing heavily as he put his Katana in his holder. " You did good. Once you continue your training you could become a great ninja. Even better than everyone in the village."

As Koujin tried to walk away from the confrontation, two small patches around both Koujin and Kyoshou shivered in excitement as the bald drunken bhuddas face seem to melt like wax features. Shaggy hair poured out and the face was replaced with a slick and metallic mask that looked like it was designed for speed. It was the Storm Veil.
Throwing up the neccesary handsigns as fast as he could, Kiraki let loose some chakra that seemed to make the petals and leaves stiffen slightly.
Suddenly they disspersed in the air like a hive of angry wasps, shooting up with little time to float in the wind as the zigged and zagged around the pair of alliance members and the clones in increased leathality and velocity, attemtping to to cut them into ribbons.
"Hana Shuriken..." Kiraki muttered in a slightly fatigued voice.

Kyoshou Kinuta... As the thousands of flow petals sliced through the air towards Kyoshou, he began charging chakra into his melody arm. It began to give off a very harsh sound. Those of the Hidden Time Village would recognize it as the Ward Melody. The razor leaves (lawl bulbasaur) stopped right in their tracks, inches from Kyoshou as if he was surrounded by some sort of force field. This of course was the Ward Melody at work. As the flower petals were halted int their tracks, Kyoshou made a string of hand signs muttering "Bringer of Darkness" The masked ninja's world would go black into a shadowy abyss. One could try to break out of this genjutsu but Kyoshou's Fear Me technique that he had performed earlier canceled out any genjutsu cancelers. Kyoshou then waited to see how the man would deal with having his lights shut out. ...of the Twilight Sonata

"Ok Yamai were done with the little warm up now to the big things." "Like what. " "I'm about to teach you the henge no jutsu. " "Whats that it dosen't sound like a clan technique." "It's not... It is a basic ninja technique that you don't know and there are a few more like it then one you learn all of them you can actuall learn some strong techniques. " "Lets get to it then what is it. " " The henge no jutsu is a technique that allows you to transform yourself into any person or object. This technique will allow you to move with stealth or this can allow you to trick your opponents."
"But hopefully you get to the point where you don't need to trick your opponents." Hui bagan doing hand seals. "Henge no jutsu." Hui said as he transformed into an exact replica of Yamai. " That is what you can do with this technique when It is completed properly." Yamai and Hui began working on it and Yamai learned the technique fairly quickly. Then He showed Hui he could do the technique properly. " Ok Hui I ready to move on to the next technique." "Ok Yamai the next technique is just as easy as that one it is called the bushin no jutsu."
"Bushin no Jutsu." " Yeah this jutsu allows you to create a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the clone gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, It will disperse. " Hui began doing hand seals so that he could show Yamai what the technique should look like when it was done correctly. "Ok you can try it now Yamai. " "Alright I ready. " Yamai began doing hand seals then a clone appeared from him doing the bushin no jutsu.
Yamai began practicing the technique over and over again until he had perfected the technique. " This should be good enough... I'm ready for the next technique now Hui." "Ok Yamai the next technique is called the art of substitution. This technique will get you out of many tough situations if you can use it in the right times. This is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger you will quickly substitute yourself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide."
"While the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack." "Ok let me see art of substitution jutsu." Yamai said as he pulled his katana out. "Your going to throw it at me." Yamai stepped back the thrusted the sword towards Hui." Hui quickly began doing hand seals ans the sword entered Hui then a poof of smoke appeared and there was a jacket left that had been pierced by the sword. Hui then walked out from behind a tree. "Thats all there is to it Yamai." They began practicing for a while until Yamai could complete the jutsu correctly.

Hidden Mythology
Dante' Ella Dante
After having had relaxed in her home town of Hidden Alchemy, Ella thought it best to go back to the location of the exams. She walks along the water as onlookers stare and point. She sighs when she finally reaches the shores of Hidden Mythology. She sniffs the air as the scents of Reina and Akou fill her nose. She turns to the docks to see an approaching boat and seems to smile. Even though she thought the two were a bit annoying she was terribly bored without them. She begins walking towards the village slowly; she was going to give the two time to catch up to her.

As the boat Akou and Reina were riding nears the dock a dog is seen walking upon the water. Reina knew full well that that was Ella which made her quite unhappy. Once at the docks Reina bolts from the boat with Akou, Tinou, Bromine, Kehome, and Yumi not too far behind her. Once she reaches Ella she stands in her path and places both hands on her hips. “Weeeeeell, if it isn’t Ella? Did you forget what I’d told you? You were asked by me to watch after Akou as he would you. I know you heard me when I told you.” Reina glares at Ella as the others catch up before speaking again. “I see Akou and the first thing I see is bruises. Where were you?”

Akou wasn’t paying too much attention to anything. He was too busy giving Reina the memories of his time in and out of the exams as he lay on her lap. Once the boat hits the dock Reina moves from under him and causes him to sit up. He quickly gets to his feet and leaps from the boat as Kehome watches everyone else go. “So that’s Reina.” Mumbles Kehome as she watches Reina storm off towards a dog. Kehome finally stands and runs over as Yumi meows in her arms. Akou watches as Reina confronts Ella uncomfortably. He didn’t mean for his memories to get Ella into trouble. He just thought the Leader would want to know.
