After doing the third push-up Akabane stopped for a moment. He focused on the fourth push-up that he had to do and tried to do it.

Duke comes running into the grounds as he sees Akabane doing push ups. He runs to him. "Akabane, hey!" Duke said as he greeted Akabane

Akabane did the fifth push up with ease. Standing up he took a deep breath and looked at Duke. Smiling slightly he looked at him "Hi Duke..." Akabane told him. He had changed his attitude slightly.

Duke looked at Akabane smile as he became confused. He liked the new Akabane but missed his mad face. "Training hard huh? I should be getting a little training myself" Said Duke to Akabane as he wonders what he should do next. "I wish Makashima-sensei was here to couch us..." Duke thought as he continued thinknig.

Akabane looked at Duke and thought for a moment "We could..." he began to say but got lost in trail thought. "Maybe...we could Spar but if you can we could do something else..." he said. Akabane was confident that he could control himself this time.

Duke and Akabane finished there duel. Duke knew he only won becaus of luck. He didint think he would have been so lucky, he was also lucky that Akabane didint use a jutsu, if he had Duke would have been in real trouble. He walks over to Akabane and attepts to heal him. Medical Technique: Minor Chakra Heal By using one's chakra, a ninja can repair damaged muscles and skin. Through hard studies and continual practice a ninja can master the proteins in a body to help repair these injuries. [No bones can be repaired by this technique.] Cp Cost: -6 Cp per round Heals: 4 - 18 Requirements: Treat Injury (10), Knowledge: Life Sciences (10), Chakra Control (15) Training: 12 days. Akabane opened his eyes slowly and looked at Duke "You...are strong..." he said to Duke and managed to smiled slightly. Sitting up slowly he looked around "No sign of Shou yet..." he said softly and breathed deeply.

Akabane looked at him trying to heal him again and he shook his head quickly and stood up "I'm ok..." Akabane said and looked around. "How do you do the Chakra Burn?" Akabane asked. He wasn't completely healed but he wanted to train no matter how tired or injured he was.
