"We know what a mountain is!" Siri shouted in the direction Rowan walked off in. She glared at Francis, shrieking, "We did we do?! Us?!Your faerie friends just flipped out on us! We didn't do a damn thing!" Her voice grew higher as she spoke, nearing hysterics. Taking several deep breaths, Siri forced herself to calm down. Turning her back on Francis, she turned to glare at Doragon instead.
"Excuse me? Did you just say that TK was the only normal one? The girl's a schizo!" Siri paused an took a few seconds to process the rest of what he had said. "Thank you for agreeing with me. I think."
Siri averted her eyes to look at the path Rowan had left for them. "So are we going to look for these 'big piles of rock', or are we going to wait around until Mister and Missus Superiority come back? Because, really, I think I used up most of my anger on that little tantrum. At least it got him to shut up..." She muttered the last part, speaking more to herself than the rest of the group.

When Rowan suddenly ripped the tree's out of the ground, T.K. had still been connected to them, and felt a sudden stab of pain through her entire body. she doubled up, barely registering when the other Fae tried to incinerate her. she straightened up, still in pain, and barely reacted whilst everything else happened, concentrating on mentally bottling down the pain. she looked after Rowan. "Yup. he's insane. " she looked to doragon, "you're right, and he's completely wrong about the dryads. We were originally born out of the tree's and split into the different seasons. i'm a spring dryad, F.Y.I. Then we're split into groups of powers, Kin's. The only way in which we're related is that Dryads cannot be Male so, they have to mate with members of different species. if the child's a male, he is of his father's species, if a girl then a dryad, but with characteristics of her father's race. And i know for a fact my ancestors were all either humans of elves. no Faerie in me. And yes, gnomes and pixies and brownies and leprechauns are descended from the Fae. But nymphs are elemental spirits, centaurs are forest guardians, and the elves, like you said, are cousins. technically, the elves are slightly older than the Fae. So either he's exaggerating, lying, e truly believes he is superior or, most likely, he's a narcissist, clinically insane Freak. And the girl with a short temper, who tried to kill me, isn't that better either." T.K. turned to Sir. "and like i've explained countless, times, i'm not a schizophrenic. neither do i have any mental issues, although, like you've seen, i've got a short temper. Nope, i've got an earthling like you, who whenever She falls asleep in your world, she wakes up in my head and shunts me out of the way. she is actually in here right now, and i've got a splitting headache. i can barely keep control of my own body. " T.k. sat down next to a ripped out tree, feeling the pain as it's sap, it's lifeblood , ebbed out into the dirt. she felt drained, and probably would have broken down and cried if it hadn't been for her anger. "what the hell gives this guy the right to destroy all these tree's anyway! despite his claim, it's not his forest! it's not mine! i'm just the protector of this part! why did he do this! to prove a point? all it proves is that he's not worthy of even being anywhere near this place. i say wait here for him to come crawling back, and then i'll rip his skin off, piece by piece, and see how he likes it!" she was shouting now, her voice nearly hysterical, but she could feel the pain of every tree that had been ripped out, and thhe pain in her head was still there. she stopped, panting, then buried her face in her hands and wept, and the grass underneath her, infact in the entire clearing, shriveled and turned brown and died. the tree's twisted and writhed silently, then slowly stopped as each of them died, then quickly rotted and sank down.
Kat winced as T.K.' mind stretched to breaking point, and quickly stepped in, as T.K.'s mind rested. She wiped her face, and whispered. "it's okay, it's Kat. T.K.'s probably not gong to be coming out anytime soon, i think she nearly went insane back there. still, she could feel that pain of each of the tree's he ripped out, multiplied by ten, and then i was giving her a headache, literally pressuring her mind. She nearly suffered a complete mental breakdown." her face hardened and her voice went to normal levels. "still, if i see that fairy ever again, i will rip out his retinal cords and strangle him with them. he knew that would happen to her. he could have killed her. nearly did, in fact." she cracked her knuckles and stood up. "i say we stay here and forget about whatever they wanted to do on the mountain. if we're so important, why try to intimidate us and then nearly kill us, before storming off because we want more information instead of just blindly following them." She look down at the shriveled forest floor and the rotting husks of the tree's. "maybe we should find another clearing though. this ones well and truly f***ed."
((and yet another obscenely long post. in this one i drive one of my characters insane! joy.))

((Hooray for insanity! My plan is, my person had been supposed to have these dreams, but he died, so when he died he lost memory of Earth and it was replaced with some other strange story in his head that was the life of the person who's body he had gotten, then the person inside him died, but he continued living on, not even realizing they were there. Strange?)) Doragon continued listening, mostly just waiting for something interesting to be said.

((This is just a point of reference: There's no actual race called "faye," it's really an all encompassing term of everything from elves to gnomes. I got a book on this stuff for Christmas. Elf and faye are completely interchangeable names.
By the way, my faye are not coming back for you guys. Rowan means it when he says you're on your own.))
"You ever think they were just acting like this because they're scared out of their f---ing minds?" Francis asked. He wasn't sure exactly why he was standing on the faeries side of this matter, but he could see their logical fear. "The longer you guys were bickering with each other, the more chance there is that they will die." He gazed at the group with spite and blame in his eyes, "Who among you can say that you wouldn't panic if the people who could save you were fighting and acting like a bunch of five year olds?"
He turned and headed toward the open path Rowan had left to the mountains. "He's right." Francis called, stopping by one of the trees, "I know in my world, people always say more should be done about something and something has to be done. Yet, when the chance is handed to them, they don't do a goddamn thing." He set four fingers on the trunk of the tree and dragged them along the bark. Stepping aside, he showed an arrow pointing into the forest, "If anyone wants to get off his a-- and do something, just follow the arrow." Francis stalked off with a dead set stride into the undergrowth.
Rowan walked slowly with a hand in front of him. The plants bended easily out of his way and returned to normal once he had passed. They wouldn't follow him; they'd stand there arguing about how he was wrong to say that every other race had descended from the faye. The shadows would come. They'd be unprepared, and most likely die. What a great turnout to an ancient prophecy.
He felt a gust behind him and Willow's voice barked, "What is wrong with you?" She walked very close behind him, but Rowan didn't turn around. "I asked you a question."
"Will you leave me alone?" He shouted. A barbed vine whipped out from within the brush. Willow grabbed it before it could hit her in the side of her face; the plant incinerated and fell to the ground as pale gray ash.
"What is wrong with you?" She stated again bluntly. The real Rowan would cave and tell her.
"What's wrong?" He repeated. His hand fell to his side and the plants quickly closed in as they returned to their normal positions. "What's wrong?" He stated again. "I'm gonna go find a nice place to wait for the inevitable. That hovel of bluebells is somewhere around here." His voice returned to the mild mannered, calm, trusting tone Willow knew as Rowan's voice. "Because," The strain and anger were coming back, "There is no way in the seven layers of the Underworld," He whipped around and was directly in Willow's face, "That anything is ever going to get done about it!" Lashing around again, Rowan cut the underbrush before him down to a quarter of its previous size. He stalked away, leaving Willow pinned to a heavy thorn bush very near to tears.

Anderson's eyes narrowed slightly when he heard Kat's suggestion to just stay here in the clearing. Which frankly to him seemed stupid. Rowan wouldn't have got mad for nothing and Anderson reckoned that that mountain was probably pretty important all things considered. "I think we should go..." He muttered. And then, probably speaking the loudest he had since he had actually appeared in this crazy place he spoke to Kat. "I think we should go. There's no point in staying here just watching the grass grow. There would be knoew point in us even dreaming this if all we're going to do is sit around and talk. I think they expect us to actually do something about what's going on. I agree with that guy.." He turned to look at Francis and realised that he had stalked off without Anderson knowing. Turning on his foot, Anderson headed off in the same direction. "Hey! Wait up!" He called aloud.

Siri shook her head and followed after Francis and Anderson, stopping before she walked onto the path. She looked back at Kat and Doragon, eyes narrow. "I'm going. Not really to help those two," she jerked her head angrily in the direction the faeries had departed, "But because there are other people in this world, and it wouldn't be fair to kill them because Rowan and Willow forgot to take their Midol. Besides, the sooner we get this over with, the sooner we can stop having these dreams and go back to reality." With that, she turned and walked down the path, following after Anderson and Francis.

"When my father was still alive he said, look out for yourself, and live with the world, let what happens happen. I've done that for my entire life, and for some reason my mind is telling me to help and my brain is telling me to listen to my father's advice, and for un-known reason, I'm gonna listen to my mind. You can stay or follow, I don't care, but you're the only non annoying one, so I hope you do come so I don't have a horde of idiots around me." Doragon started following the others after he finished talking. "If you don't come, which would result in this being the last time I talk to you, have a nice life and a nice death." Doragon looked over his shoulder and smiled, showing very sharp teeth. He turned around again and kept walking.

((Hmm, not a bad idea. I'll take him out of the dream now, so he doesn't have to be dragged along.))
Francis slowed down. He glanced over his shoulder. A couple people were coming. Turning back, he brushed a couple low branches up and ducked under them. Then something jabbed him hard in the arm. Clasping a hand over his arm and hissing, Francis saw nothing was there to stab him.
*~*
A nurse had injected a needle into his left arm. "Hey," He snarled, "What are you doing?"
"You've been asleep for ten hours." She stated disapprovingly, "That no good intern couldn't do her job properly."

{[ sorry i've been gone so long. did anyone reply back to me? btw my interent's been out for the past 1-2 days ]}
Keira
She blinked and once again saw the faint light of the rising sun through the slits in her blinds. She sighed. The real world again.
Rolling out of her bed, Kiera opened her blinds fully and made her bed. She continued her regular morning routine and proceeded to the bathroom to shower and brush her teeth. Within in an hour, she was ready for the school bus to arrive.
The monotony of her life struck her as boring time and time again. She hated it. If only things could always be as exciting as her dreamworld. Arriving at school, she shoved her bags into her locker before heading off to class with her correct books.
Seeing that they were watching a lame education video in her first class, Keira allowed her mind to drift away...
--- "Where am I?" was the first words that came out of her dream-me's mouth.
Solid ground beneath her, fresh outdoor air swirled around her, but it was dark... Was she in the same place as last time but hours had passed since? Keira truly did not know.

Kat bristled with anger at Anderson, and watched silently as everybody left. she threw her hands up in the air. "am i the onlt person here that isn't clinically insane!" she sighed, and stalked out of the clearing, keeping next to the path but not actually alighting upon it. 'maybe when i get there i'll help whoever those faeries were fighting. at least help him kill those two fae. then i'd probably run him through with a sword. actually, that's a good idea! fake going evil, kill those two to prove that i really am on his side, then when i've gained his trust, kill him! or her. or it. still not sure which. but still, those two will die painfully!' she let out a cackle of evil laughter, then stopped, a thoughtful expression passing across her face. 'okay, need to work on the evil laugh. and i'd better not tell anyone about my plan. they'd give it away, or tell me not to kill the elves. also- probably can't call myself the only sane one anymore. never really could. heh.' she smiled darkly, then felt a tug in her mind, she sunk into a tree, and had just slid all the way in before...
*~*
Kat jerked awake, in her bed at home. she had no idea how she had got here from the hospital, but she winced as a stab of pain lanced through her head. on her bedside table was a glass of water, two aspirins and a note telling her to take them when she got up. she gulped down the two painkillers with the water, then lent back in her bed. she opened a book and started to read, stifling a yawn.

Aria sat on a metal bench in the girl's locker room, pulling her long hair up into a shining ponytail. The other cheerleaders were laughing and joking amongst themselves, but she somehow couldn't even fake any interest in what they were saying. She tied a pretty green ribbon around the scrunchie holding her hair in place, then stood, looking over the bright green and silver of her uniform.
As she reached down to pull a piece of blue lint off her short skirt, Rowan's mutinous face flashed in front of her eyes, which flinched shut. She had tried not to think about it since she woke up, and had failed miserably. Then she'd tried to convince herself that she hadn't done anything wrong, with similar results.
"Game time, Ladies!"
Aria looked up, startled, and saw the cheerleaders filing lining up; the game was about to start. She pasted on the bright smile that everyone expected to see on her face, the one that said, "Go team! I am delighted to be here, supporting you by cheering you on!", and got into line.

Siri glared off into the forest, pointedly not looking at her companions. In her head, she was cursing the three of them, the Fae, and everyone else she had met in this ridiculous world. Not to mention the world itself. And the person whose fault it was they needed to save it.
So absorbed was she in her mental listing, it took several minutes for Siri to realize Francis had left. She only noticed because the subtle sound of his breathing was gone. blinking furiously, she stopped walking and glared behind them, as though the boy would appear in between the trees to receive the dirty look. "Well, that was helpful. Making us come with him and then disappearing. Bloody idiot, he has nerve to wake up right after..."
Siri trailed off, frowning at the forest around her. She waved her hands frantically at the pair still near here, silently telling them to shut up and stand still. Cocking her head to the side, Siri held her breath and closed her eyes, listening intently. It was odd, but she couldn't hear any kind of wildlife. Birds, frogs, chipmunks...nothing. She shook her head, muttering, "That's wierd...Do you guys hear that?"
