"That's sweet..." Kirie nodded but truly doubted everyone would be happy, but he wouldn't trash Kenji's idea. "Its getting late, maybe we should head home for now?"

Kirie stood up as well and began making his way to the door... "I'll see you tomorrow?" He asked softly turning back to look at Kenji for a moment.

"...Would you like me to walk you home? It is dark out." He responded as he stood up and looked at Kirie, Kenji knew that is was safe as can be at the pound and it's many houses but he just wanted to offer something nice...besides the fact that he needed the walk.
