"Well, I guess we know how we can punish them now when they're bad. Have you make dinner." She laughed and pulled away from him so she could lean against the counter.

She let out a sigh and looked towards the living room. "Raine came asking me some questions about the whole past situation. I guess the younger me asked her if Raine even liked her because she was clinging to the younder you the whole time."

Mari nodded and crossed her arms. "That's pretty much the jist of it. I told her that she has nothing to worry about."

Mari unwrapped the plate of cookies and picked it up. "Well, might as well give the children their dessert. Mind pouring some glasses of milk, hun?" She took the cookies into the living room and sat them on the coffee table. She then went outside to find Garreth and bring him in since it was getting dark out.

Mari came inside, holding Garreth in her arms. "Oi. You're getting heavy. I may not be able to do this anymore." Garreth laughed at this and Cyan was already eating some cookies and dipping them in the milk. She put Garreth down and he started to eat some as well.

raine, already smelling the cookies, teleported into the room and grabbed some cookies. "woo! i love cookies."

Mari grabbed the back of Raine's shirt and kept her from grabbing any cookies. "Manners, young lady."

she grumbled a bit then slowed down. then stood there. "sorry mommy."

She let go of her and smiled. "It's okay." Mari then grabbed two cookies for herself and sat down on the couch, starting to eat one of them.
