All shinigami start in the academy meaning that they need to archive shikai.
Bankai is not yet acceptable however you can submit your shikai in the thread on this forum and wait for approval.

I have a few questions, I'm done my profile, and got my Shikai approved. So..
1) I can start roleplaying?
2) Where do I start? I would assume Academy but making sure.
3) What's happening with first division battling in a tournament?
4) How does the training work? I see people rolling and what not.
5) How does the battle work? Is it with a dice or roleplaying o.O?

I will asnwer your questions.
1) Yes.
2) Academy. zanjutsu class.
3) Special event.
4) Will be descrived soon.
5) Thats something Ken and me stared in the academy to make things more interesting, dices are not yet implanted in the guild.

Another question, sorry ^^;
1) I'm allowed to edit my shikai techniques and get it re-approved right? Cause I want my character to develop the techniques as he progresses in the roleplay.
2) I am only allowed to be one place at a time right?

Yes they are allowed.
I am here almost every night and morning when I m not sleeping or at college. The guild is slow, but if more people start comming it shall move fast again ^_^.
