Inuyasha sat in the tree. He didn't come down for an hour, he just sat and stared at the grass, the trees, how they over lapped and curled over one anouther like fog. He waited for somthing to happen, for something to change. For the wind to blow anouther direction, but it was like he was frozen, untill a voice rang up the tree.
"INUYASHA!" shippo squeeked.
"are you coming down?"
"NO I'm not." Inuyasha rolled over and looked to the other side.
"fine. MORE LUNCH FOR ME!" shippo said as he skipped off

Rider finished eating and looked at the door way befor she closed her eyes and listened to the window blow against the huts roofs it seemed to some what calm her down. The fact she was so injured from the zombie monsters some what annoyed her and stopped her from calming down much.

Inuyasha wondered who could have been controling the zombies. It could have been naraku, but they didn't smell ANYTHING like him and they were pretty weak for what naraku could do...

Rider desided to go outside and look at the sky so she got up and walked out the door looking up at the sky. As she watched the sky the wind blew her hair into her face. She brushed her hair out of her face and looked around to see Inuyasha. She wanted to say something but desided to stay quiet and looked at the sky.

Kagome walked out of the hut and stopped at the base of the tree, and looked up at InuYasha.
"So, are you eventually gonna come down, or live up there for the rest of your life?" Kagome asked him, clearly annoyed.
She had noticed the look on InuYasha's face the night before, when he saved Rider, and she was pretty jealous, she felt like she hardly knew him anymore. When she walked in the hut and she heard what InuYasha muttered under her breath, it took every ounce of her strength to not run away and return home in tears.
Kagome had grown somwhat accustomed to this, with InuYasha's feelings for Kikyo and all. But that still didn't change the fact that she would overlook something like this. It sounded the same, and looked it too. She was starting to think InuYasha didn't even like her at all.
A feeling of hurt glimmered in her eyes for a brief second before they turned cold again.
"Never mind, just forget I said anything," she muttered, walking away towards the forest.
Her thoughts grew more deeper and more intense as the forest thickened.
((sorry I haven't been able to get on lately...I feel so bad... crying please forgive me!!! I've had alot of homework lately...STUPID SOPHOMORE CLASSES!!!! AUGHHHH!!! anyyywhhhoooo...I'll try to get on more often...))

Rider looked at Kagome thinking something was bothering her so she just desided it might be best if she was left alone. She went back to watching the clouds go by.

Inuyasha didn't know what to think anymore. There was the whole kagome/kikio thing, but then, then there was Rider. Rider who knew what it meant to be alone. Kagome had always had her family, Even kikio had kaede. But Rider understood what it meant to be alone. Rider knew what it meant to have to stand up for your self and others. And yet there was somthing about Rider, that was different....but kagome. poor kagome, he hadn't meant to hurt kagome...he just wanted Rider to feel better...she had just gotten severly hurt, and on top of it she didn't really look to comfertable...like she felt she was a burden, which she wasn't of course because she had killed more of those monsters then inuyasha himself did.
He climbed down the tree and started walking toward kaede's hut...but decided to go to the forrest, where he had first met all three of them, Kagome, Rider, and Kikio. /he looked up at the tree.
"Damn it naraku, If you'd have never made kikio seal me here I..."
I would have never met Kagome or Rider he thought about it...nd it was true. The only reason he was not with kikio was because of naraku.
Go damnit, I don't know what to think.

Rider walked away from the hut and desided to go find a place to think for a while.She walked off in the direction oposite of were Kagome and Inuyasha went.She found a nice big tree and climbed up to one of the top trees. She sat down and stared out at the sky.' Why dont i remember anything other than seeing death.' she thought as she stared out at the sky befor she looked down at the ground and let out a sigh.

Inuyasha sat down. He closed his eyes, and fell asleep. He hadn't slept for two days straight and was becoming light headed.

Rider sighed even more and got upgoing higher into the tree. She lent up against the trunk of the tree and a small bird landed on her head.She smiled a bit and held out her handand the bird jumped onto her hand. She petted the bird befor it flew off

The bright morning sun shone in the small hut waking up Sango. Slowly she got up and stared seaching for something to eat. She signed when she realised that she had too cook it her self. Stirring the coals left over in the fire pit she then added handfuls of wood to start it up again. Now that the fire was fully lit, she fetched a potful of water and started to make rice.

Rider changed positions in the tree and let her feet hang down from the branch while she still lent up against the trunk.She looked out at the horizon then back tward the village befor she closed her eyes and listened to the wind blow in the trees.

Inuyasha woke up to find it well past dusk. The sun had set, and the moon was out...he looked around and nobody had come looking for him.
Lucky for me he thought, grateful he hadn't been woken up by Kagome or Rider

Rider let out one finial sigh as she opened her eyes and watched as a few birds flew into a nest not to far from her. She slightl smiled but then remembered that Kagome looked upset probubly because of what Inuyahsa said.To her Inuyasha and Kagome seemed realy close and it made her feel like she was just getting in the way.'Ugh why is it im always in the way of something?' she thought befor she closed her eyes again

Inuaysha went back to kaede's hu. he was in complete silence the entire time. He looked around, and saw Rider wasn't there. he didn't say anything. She was probably off daydreaming somewere.
"So,were is Rider?" shippo said nonchalantly
"How should I know?" Inuyasha
"well, you were with her all day weren't you? I mean, she left a little after you did. and she hasn't come back, but I suppose she's alright anyway."
"yeah...I bet she's fine." he said, staring a the floor.
