 Kael walked over to Jack and gently gripped his hand to show she cared.She was glad to see her friend was awake,she tried to show no emotion but wound up having a depressed faint smile.She couldn't take it anymore,she hugged Jack,she hated,and i mean HATED seeing her friends hurt.The only person she wanted hurt was the a*****e that hurt her friend Jack.She let go of the hug and ruffled Finn's hair and stood up. "I'll be back later"She said leaving the room and then the hospital altogether.She knew what she had to do and she would do it.She walked back to the alley that was beside the bar and pulled off a random pipe.Thank god the cops were gone,soon she heard the all to familiar sound of the man.She peered around the corner and waited till he passed,his large group of friends to busy talking to notice that Kael had snatched the man who hurt Jack. "What the--Oh It's you"He snarled pulling out a knife.She let the lanky metal pipe slide out from her sleeve and let her hand grip the cold metal. "You put my friend in the hospital,Now i'll put you in that very same one,only in the morgue"She wasn't herself anymore,her anger had taken over and caused her to beat on the man.He cut her right arm,cheek,and rib before she finally had him on the ground bleeding and crying,she went to strike him one more time before snapping back to her senses.Kael dropped the pipe and knelt at the man's side.Her eyes went wide as she ignored her wounds.

 ~ R o b i n ~ A n n e ~Robin and Kraven had dosed off; Auntie Missy read her book. Kraven snapped awake, jolting up.
"What time is.. " She peered down at her cell phone which was sitting on an end table turned off. Reaching for it and flipping it on she shook Robin.
"Huh?" Robin mumbled.
"Just wake up."
1 unread message Kraven's screen lit up.
"Oh."
"Finn says 'hey'. He's at a hospital. Hasn't heard any news."
"I hope they're all alright."
Kraven sighed. "It's so late.." She complained.
PICK ME UP SOON PLEASE.
*TIRED*
Kraven replied on her cell phone.

.:Cosmo Donald Finnigan:. Finn smiled and waved as Nick apologized for leaving. "It's okay, man. I hope that everything goes great. You should give me a call and we should hang out sometime," he said as the firefighter left the room, hoping that he would see him in the future. Nick seemed like a genuinely good guy with a very good work ethic, something that Finn desperately needed more of. It was just Kael, Jack, and Finn in the room. The injured teen hadn't answered Finn's attempt at trite small talk and he was getting a little uneasy, checking out the various machines that were attached to Jack. Kael abruptly took her leave and Finn shot her a pleading look. No, she couldn't leave him alone with Jack. what if something happened to him? What would he do?
Finn took a seat, resigned to his position and sat, exhausted by the events of the day, resting his head on a hand, willing himself to stay awake but his energy ebbing away as he gazed worriedly at his friend. Every once in a while a nurse would come in and check some machines and exit the room without so much as a glance at Finn. Finally, after what seemed like forever, Finn heard voices approaching the door. He was hoping that it would be the doctor coming in to explain what was happening and why to Finn, but the sight that greeted him was much better. It was Jack's parents. Finn rose as they entered the room, giving them room at the side of the bed to look at their son and make sure that everything was satisfactory. "Hello, Finn," Jack's father said in a thick German accent. "Thank you for staying with Jack. You go home, it is late." Finn nodded and waved good-bye to Jack and his family as he shut the door softly behind him. He knew that his parents were not Jack's favorite people in the world, but it seemed fitting that they be together without someone like him interrupting their time together. Finn rubbed his eyes as he walked down the hallway, trying to prepare himself for the drive home. Suddenly, Finn's pocket came alive with the vibrating of his phone and he jumped, startled by the movement. He flipped his phone open and smiled at Kraven's text. He punched a message back to her, slowly, his thumbs were clumsy because of his lack of sleep. When he finally pressed the send button, his text read:
I'm coming right now. Be there in 10.
Finn slipped his phone back into his pocket and walked out of the sliding doors, into the California night air. He took a deep breath, glad to be rid of the re-circulated air of the hospital. Finn sighed and walked over to his car, one of the only cars in a small lot left. He was in no condition to drive, Finn knew that, but he had to pick his cousin up from Robin's house.
Fifteen minutes later, Finn pulled up in front of the large Victorian house that he had seen earlier that night but now it was early morning, the constellations setting in the west and the east showing signs of the sun maybe wanting to show up later. Finn killed the engine of his car and along with it the extremely loud music that he used to keep himself awake for the journey down the familiar roads. He walked up to the house, hoping that he hadn't mixed up the address or a turn in his half-awake state. Finn rubbed at his eyes once more before pushing the circle of light that was the doorbell in and a waiting a his cousin's familiar face.

What had Kael done? Her actions just now were nothing like who she really was.Revenge was awful,but how could she even think it rituous? Kael ran for it taking the pole with her.She knew it to be no good but she had to do something.She ran with everything in her until she finally came to a park next to a set of Victorian homes.She sat in the dark on a swing and began to cry holding her face in her hands and tears streaming down her cheeks.Kael tried desperately to stop crying but all she could do was quiet it down and hug her knees tightly against her body on the swing set.She whiped her tears and wept silently,her body shaking.Kael couldn't believe what she had done and now the cops could be after her for all she knew. "I'm a monster"she whispered to herself between sobs.

Lights of fire trucks blinded him as he ran toward the buildings,listing to the chatter on the radio "Alright,Lets get it together and save some lives." He said as he walked up to the door and walked through,It was smoky and small,Fire was falling from the sky it felt like as he walked around the first floor "I hope Jake's alright..." He thought outloud. He contiuned upstairs and heard a beeping,A motion alarm,Sombody was'nt moving. He race to the noise and picked up his comrad and slung him over his shoulder as he carried him outside. "Found him in the closet." He commented as he set him down,Looking toward the hospital. A police report screcched into Fire commands channel,Somthing about a female slashing a male at the...Hospital...Oh god...

He peeked around the fire truck and across the street and saw somone crying on the swing set,The fire was being doused as he started to walk slowly across the street,then another until he was at the edge of the park,He walked in the park and said "Hello?" He asked the girl and kept his distance.

Kael looked and saw a man near her.She saw a tree and climbed up so fast she was like a squirrel."Who goes there"She asked hiding and scared it was the cops.OH CRAP,she had just ran if it was a cop he could confirm she was suspicious.She grumbled silently as she realised her own stupidity.She sat on her branch and knew she had to see who it was she could be psyching herself out.She crawled back down and walked over to the figure.She realised it was that Nick guy from the airport.She smiled and tried to pretend as if nothing was wrong. "Heya Nick"she said smiling at him.

He stood still "You okay?" He asked looking at her "Somthing wrong?" He asked her,Looking at the blood on her hands,He edged back when he saw the blood,wondering what had happened.

=.ll Kael.Lynn.Parry ll.= "I am,not mentally a few minutes ago"She mumbled as she placed her blood stained hands behind her back.Realising Nick saw them she turned away and walked off,she didn't know what to do.She was so far into a hole she couldn't dig herself out.She shoved her hands in her pockets and hung her head,Nick probably knew,she slid the pole out unseen to anyone and tossed it high into the tree.Nick couldn't have seen it,it was too dark.

Jack "Toodles" McKain Jack watched as Kael quickly left and Finn left soon afterwards. What was their hurry? It was nice seeing his parents, but he had to admit it was annoying after a while when his mother started fussing over him. He knew that something was going on with Kael and had to find out what. After asking for his phone from his father, he rather clumsily dialed Kael's phone and put it to his ear, hoping that the girl wasn't doing anything rash.

Kael fumbled for her phone as it began to ring.She flipped it open and swallowed seeing it was Jack. "Hey Buddy,how are you holding up"She said trying to sound at least somewhat normal and not suspicious.She walked further away until she was out of earshot from anybody,just as she entered a shadowed alley a cop cruiser went by,she flattened herself against the wall and breathed hard."Anyways Jack what'd you call for?"she asked walking to the pond at the park closest to her old public school.She placed her cell phone between her cheek and shoulder and rinsed her hands in the pond to clean the blood off,which worked.Kael stood up and continued her walk,calming down now slightly.

~ R o b i n ~ A n n e ~"It took him long enough to reply." Kraven sneered, opening her obnoxious cell phone.
"What's it say?" Robin questioned.
"Uhm.. It says 'I'm coming home right now. Be there in 10. Tell Robin I love her so much and just want to smell her sweet vanilla scent that she always wears right now. Love to Robin-'"
"Kraven!" Robin barked.
"Oh, sorry.. He'll be home in 10."
From across the room Auntie Missy snickered quietly.
"Not funny!" Robin defended.
"I know. Oh, and did you know that 'Kraven' is the name of a super hero?"
Robin grinned. "You know too much. Where'd you hear that?"
"I've been meaning to tell you.. It slipped my mind. But, I used to be a comic book nerd. Still am.." Auntie Missy indicated a basket full of comics under her end table.
Kraven giggled.

Kael heard Nick and sped off,her legs running as fast as humanly possible.He was under the law and If he found out,he'd be put in a tight and horrible situation,so all she did was run. "Soo,Jack,How are you holding up?"She asked,slowing down,she hid behind an old public pool building and caught her breath.The sound of sirens whirring passed the building,she slid down the wall and brought her legs in tight against her body.Kael held her cellphone against her ear and held the back of her head,fighting back tears of anger.She didn't want to cry while talking to Jack,It was just to embarassing for her to live with.Besides if Finn,or Jack heard of this,They wouldn't forgive her OR even go near her.
