Then that just represents the UN. A specific body.
What type of design can be used to represent a government, regardless of country or organization established? A general icon describing a general idea.

Hey snow you could try a graduation cap sitting on about or around a book with its cover open revealing the checkout log found in most library books. That or you could go the easy route and find a school related item next to a sign that reads library.

It's helps that I'm stealing your judging format and already have other judge's notes to bring my attention to things I might have missed.

I don't mind it. As long as you make sure you judge by your own opinions instead of mines, it's cool. I did a review of what you've done already and can see that you make some of your own points, which is what it means for each to be an inidividual as judges. It's why I rather have three judges instead of me judging them all myself. We all have different views on things.

And, no offense to you Vin, but you tend to miss some important details when reading.
I mean.. it's alright, I suppose, but sometimes you miss some details which are important to the situation, and then you just go off of what one person is saying.
