Jay stands in the trianing room in the ring in there thinking. "Hmm..." He nods to himself as he walks over to the ropes and gets to the third balancing ontop of the thrid rope standing still for a bit.

Jay walks across the third rope in the training room still. He reaches the other side and jumps down to the apron then to the ground walking out in the halls.
