It's a frickin' bar fight, douchebag. We're in a bar. They happen from time to time. I didn't see any reason to get inoklved because it's Star Sapphie business.

Well okay, it was about the ring not being registered but the situation was like a guy with a cop uniform and badge that wasn't one and an actual cop meeting.
*Taps his chin for a moment*
Okay, I think that has to be the ring that Brainy kept from me and that turned him into the Phantom. Cuz it got time displaced when Powell used it to beat the Negative 3 and now it still works but isn't in the Star Sapphire logs... yeah that's gotta be it...

*Guy mutters for a bit. Then goes to the jukebox. He uses his ring to enact a quick repair, and then picks a buncha John Mellencamp songs. He goes back to his seat, and makes a little green voodoo doll that looks like Bruce. He ticks little green pins into it.*
