Lily had been awake for a few hours now, and had spent that time in the kitchen. Finally, however, she had done all the cooking she could stand, and had all the food she thought Arlen could reasonable carry (and probably more), so she made her way to the couch to sit, sighing, ears limp as she gazed at the window.

Meanwhile, Arlen had been packing his one bag. It really just contained a few sets of clean travelling clothes and enough room for the map Guan had promised him as well as some food. Sighing he set the bag aside and headed downstairs, quietly making his way over to the couch Lily was on and sitting down next to her.

Lily offered him a weak smile, then leaned against him, sighing a bit. "I wrapped up some food for you to take." she whispered quietly. "It's in the kitchen... do you want it now?"

"Okay." Lily whispered, then sniffled and fished something out of her pocket. "I forgot... you left it with me a while ago while I was sleeping. Probably when Uka was doing the spells on you. I figured you should maybe take it with you." she told him, handing over the pendent that would change him into a cat.

River walked down slowly, quietly her eyes scanning the room with a sigh expression. Knowing something was going to happen she was eerily quiet. Taking a deep breath she managed a smile and a small wave to the two on the couch." Good afternoon, You two.." She murmured softly walking behind the bar to get something fitting to drink.

"Hello River." Lily greeted quietly, then gave Arlen another, watery smile. "You're welcome." she whispered before hugging him tightly, starting to cry.

Hearing lily cry caused her eyes to hit them both, confused and worried she looked at Arlen for answers, Hoping he could give them. Lily was related to Vincent which means She Is important. Nodding some to her logic she stepped away from the bar and turned, walking over to them slowly, stopping a few feet away from them. "..Is...everything alright?..."

Lily sniffled and snuggled closer to Arlen, trying to stop the tears. "E-everything is f-fine." she whispered brokenly. "Arlen j-just has to go away..." At that, she began to sob, unable to help it any longer, clinging to him.

Sighing softly she blinked stepping closer, sitting down on one knee smiling softly," Lily, he won't be gone forever.." She murmured not touching or getting any closer then she was, looking at Arlen and annalyzing his words." A month?..I don't want to ask why.."

"I know." Lily whispered between sobs, speaking to both their comments. "B-but... I'll still miss him." she added to River, then hid her face in Arlen's chest.
