Why should there be a sharingan if there is no Rinnegan. Rinnegan was the original. Anyway, plus Rinnegan is the strongest so a badguy should have it. I mean the Sage of the Sixth Path made the moon with a jutsu of Rinnegan.

Why would you What the hell are you smoking? Why do you need tailed beasts if you have the Rinnegan? They have no fricken relation to eachother at all, no fricken relation. And don't say that the Rinnegan makes the statue to capture them because it doesn't, heck that doesn't even involve the Rinnegan, anyone in Akatsuki can summon that statue, its just Pain was the only one that would risk his health, as it drained him greatly and such. You really don't think befor eyou talk do you onix?
Also it wouldn't bring the destruction of all villages, what the hell are you talking about, Kakashi took on like 3 of the Pains. It would just make a person that requires acouple people to fight. I don't know what your smoking to think that tailed beasts are needed if there is a Rinnegan user. Rinnegan sure is stronger then Uchiha and Hyuuga, but aren't unbeatable. I mean, isn't that the point I was bringing foward, we need a strong badguy. But all you seem to want is a lot of wimpy badguys. Also, what the hell are you scared about onix, you have unlimited anbu, if you have unlimited anbu, then no village will be destroyed smart stuff.

Rinnegan has already been denied in the Approvals subforum a while back.

The reason why Rinnegan was so hastily introduced and exited in the manga in the first place was to give Naruto a formidable enemy. We don't even get much clear information...just that it was the father of all bloodlines. We're still guessing in its relationship to the other two major Doujutsu families - fans traditionally prefers to place it as Rinnegan -> Byakugan -> Sharingan. I heard funny things too that it wasn't even a normal bloodline inheritance like the others but a more of Rinnegan chooses one Sage for a generation...since being the father of all bloodlines would mean technically all are descendants of Rokudo Sannin but we don't see just anyone manifest it (in fact, judging from Jiraiya's initial reactions in the child-Nagato flashbacks...it can be a limit laying dormant for many decades, perhaps even centuries...not just any descendant manifests it).

Also, a lot of mythology plays into this...Kishi incorporates not just Japanese but Hindu mythology as well. I'm not quite sure the specific names since it was a long time ago since I read the theories concerning Senju but Nagato was supposed to symbolize this evil Sage in mythology who was supposed to alleviate human suffering but became evil in the process. Another god, presumably represented by Naruto, would defeat this Sage but not without the sacrifice of the death of his father first (represented by both the Fourth and Jiraiya). I'm pretty sure it was the Senju Kannon myths... :O

Anyhow, bringing Rinnegan will mean bringing Senjutsu system, and that will also mean there is no reason to keep Susanoo and Eternal Mangkeryou Sharingan off the board. Waaay too much trouble.
