Kiku struggled but they had him strapped down tight and about to inject the serum. "I didn't do it!" He cried, he didn't want their deaf son to see him die, he kept crying.
The little boy looked scared, he was only half deaf but he didn't speak a lot. He had killed all those people on accident but he had hoped the Kage didn't find out it was him. He was only two and couldn't handle his mom being put away for murder.

The Kikukage literally stopped the guy with the syringe with her wind, making him throw it away.
"I thought I told you to stop! You can go to jail for going against my orders!" She didn't want the little boy locked up and had a poor hobo who used to be strong ninja but wanted to die all ready to take the blame. She gave the other people his name and told them to set out immediatly while she got Kiku free. "People these days.. I swear." She got him completely free. "Nemi's showing some sign of progression though, getting a little better..." She used to be Nemi's main nurse before she became Kikukage.

Kiku swooped up his child and held him close to comfort. "Really? Can I see her atleast?" He missed nemi a lot and she probably missed her little boy too. "Please!"

The kikukage nodded.
"Yes, come on, I still have the keys." She walked over to Nemi's room and unlocked it, holding the door open for them to walk in.
Nemi was a bit calmer now, she looked up at Kiku and their son.
"Kiku... Uki?" She smiled a bit. "How are you guys doing?"
The Kikukage smiled.
"Hopefully sometime soon we can take her out of that nasty straight jacket.. She's getting a lot better.."

Kiku nodded and followed, setting uki down and hugging nemi tightly. "Hey nemi sweetie..." he smiled softly, glad she was getting better. Uki stayed by the door then shuffled over and hugged nemi gently, looking at the kikukage with a thanks look.

The Kikukage just smiled and walked out.
"Lock the door when you leave!" She shut it.
Nemi snuggled close to Kiku since she couldn't hug back, she looked calm for the first time since Kiku got in to that coma a long time ago.
"Hey Kiku... " She smiled sadly. "I wish they would just let me out.."

Uki looked at the door then to Nemi.
Kiku hugged her and snuggled her close. "You will one day..."

Nemi nodded, then looked at the door and back to Kiku.
"T-They say I'm getting better but I think they're trying to make me worse... " She wiggled a bit to show him the needle marks below her hairline. "They put my sedatives in my food.. s-so what's that for?"

Kiku checked the marks and sighed before letting go. "Ill talk to the doctors OK? Please get better for me...I think our son kiss going crazy too...he got me blamed for serial murders he did..." he hugged Uki close who looked around.

Nemi nodded, she wanted to get better, she really did! She looked at Uki.
"Uki, sweety, come here..." She smiled at him.

Kiku walked out to talk to the doctors. Uki walked over and hugged nemi gently, he wanted to undo those straps so she could hug him so he did and helped her get it off.

Nemi wiggled out of the straitjacket and hugged Uki close, stroking his hair and kissing his forehead.
"My little boy... I need you to be good for me.. alright? No more killing people, or you might end up like me, with crazy doctors poking and stabbing you.. and I know you don't like pain and I don't like my little boy being in pain.."

Uki nodded, cuddling up to her, his parents never heard his voice at all, he never cried as a baby or even showed he knew how to talk but he did, he just didn't talk with people around. He got his little notebook out of his pocket and wrote on it, showing her. 'My friend did it though...' his 'friend' was imaginary, he didn't have real friends at all. He curled up in her lap to be close.

Nemi smiled sadly, he was insane because she had snapped and ruined his life.
"I know baby boy.. but you need to keep your friend in line as well..." She kissed the top of his head again, keeping him close. She wished she could have been there.. all there... to raise him better.

Uki nodded, he'd try but his friend just loved to play games. Kiku came in and knelt by them to hug Nemi gently. "Come on baby boy, Uncle Shouji is here to take you home again..." He smiled sadly, he took Uki away gently and kissed Nemi on her lips. "Get better sweetie...I'm still trying to get custody of Uki again..." He stood up and walked out, the nurse came in and forced her back in the straight jacket before giving her another shot. Kiku got outside and hugged Uki tight before Shouji took him away again. "I will get my son back Shouji." he stomped away, Uki looked scared, he hated Shouji.
