Ceon turned around as soon as he caught Meredith's scent and scowled, "Eden, get out of here. We have enough people, and your not safe, especially with what your condition might be..."

Veroen silently glanced at Razu, noticing his confidence in the face of these odds. Interesting. It was somewhat admirable, though Veroen did not have any intention of backing down either. They continued forward, without breaking a stride.
Veroen then caught the clicking of boots in the distance, behind them. He kept walking, until the sound of whoever was running came to a walk. He turned around, knowing it would be Meredith. Ignoring Ceon's comment, He silently looked at her for a moment. He slightly smiled and walked up to her. They were now face-to-face.
"I see you have decided to join us." Veroen said, in his smooth voice. He observed her movements, and breathing, as well as her excellerated heartbeat. She seemed out of breath.
"You alright?" Veroen asked, slightly curious. She seemed...odd. Somehow more affected by the demon's aura than himself and the others. Must be a human thing, for they were not really too affected by all this.

Daiguren listened to the others and agreed with Razu about pressing forward, "Come if you want, but you'll see more of the monsters that are humans when we find this place." He spoke to the follower then addressed the ach-demon. "It's seems that most of you have interacted with him, I personal have never meet this creature, but I serve the one that even he answers too."
Daiguren was suddenly directly in front of Razu his back to the lycan. His one end of his spear pushed Razu aside the other hit seemed to have struck something metallic in the air. D moved his spear faster then anything human could see more metallic sounds filled the air. "Four of the, twenty five meters ahead left wall midway up." He yield back to the others. He had no clue what he was hitting but there were no gun shots.

Razu growled as Daiguren pushed him aside. Watching the tainted work he calmed down,"I already knew that Dai." He continued on. He ignored Ceon's drama behind him. It wasn't Razu's business.

As much as Meredith had the urge to sock Ceon in the face or tell him to piss off she decided to play it cool and just roll her eyes at him as she completely ignored his comment and continued forward. So what? Just because they'd had a one night stand didn't suddenly mean that she was about to listen to him or be considerate of him. She knew as well as he did that he only gave a damn because she might possibly be pregnant with his kid and that's when she decided to just get it out so that the group could continue on as if nothing had happened. "Well now that you've made a comment that has probably made the entire group curious about my condition why don't you just full out say you possibly knocked me up and possibly ruined my life forever? You care about my stomach because it's possibly a temporary nine month haven for a race-confused child you put in there that'll rip me to shreds. And there you have it folks, the happy story! I think I preferred mostly silence though so I'll continue onwards."
It was clear that she was bold but also somewhat foolish at the same time. She clearly was not living for much of anything with how reckless she was as if she was trying to prove some unknown point to herself as well as everyone else. A rebel without a cause, living without purpose either way Eden had hit rock bottom as far as she was concerned and not much else was going to phase her in terms of somehow ruining her life. Of course, she wasn't saying that she was the only one here who'd been through s**t but she was currently attempting to recover from her latest fall and it was pretty hard to do that on your own all alone because your family disappeared on you. Having no one but yourself to depend on really did manage to change one's perspective on life and other such things.
"I'm fine enough. I guess it just kind of feels like we're walking toward a tangible death of sorts ... It's kind of eerie but what the hell, gotta die a little in order to live, hey?" She smiled and winked to him since a vampire especially would be able to relate to her reference about life and death. However, after that she didn't bother to talk too much since she was sobering up due to the fact she knew this was actually serious. She was more than capable of being serious and as much as she hated the silence she wasn't going to be the one that was constantly breaking it like some ADHD kid with ADD as well. If everyone else could manage to be quiet so could she, it was just a matter of will, which she had loads of.
Of course, though, the silence didn't last long when Daiguren happened to bait her with the touchy subject of humans being monsters. "Whether someone's human, lycan, vampire or a demon, they are all capable of being monsters so get over your humans are terrible monsters complex because there are demons that are just as bad as humans. No one's fully innocent or fully guilty and I'm sick of hearing this sh*t where everyone singles out another race and puts blame on them. That's really immature of you so get over yourself a** hole because no one's perfect and we all make mistakes including myself and you. No one's immune to mistakes so stop acting like you're all high, mighty and 'innocent' because you're not. You're a two-faced liar like everyone else in the world is."

Out of pure reflex Jaden was across the tracks in under a second to re-initiate his strangling of Ceon one handed, lifting him off the ground. "What the hell did you do?!" he snapped furiously, shaking him like a rag doll, honestly if Ceon was human then his neck would have snapped the second Jaden gripped it. "What the hell did you do?! We do not knock up humans with puppies! Ever!"

Veroen was slightly shocked after hearing Meredith's explanation of her one night stand with Ceon, and her possibility of being pregnant with his pup. His smile faded once she was behind him, after she already winked at him. 'Interesting...' Veroen thought to himself, a slight frown now on his face, slightly disappointed for an odd reason. maybe it was because she slept with a Lycan? Who knows. Veroen sure as hell didn't.
He turned to see Jaden losing his temper once again, and strangling Ceon. It was actually quite funny, though Veroen did not show it.
Instead, he kept his straight face, now seeing that Daiguren was somehow deflecting unkown projectiles away from Razu. Nobody seemed to notice it other than Veroen and obviously Daiguren.
Veroen melted into shadow, reappearing beside Daiguren, sword already drawn. "What the hell is coming at us?" Veroen shouted over the metalic sounds of Daiguren deflecting what seemed to be bullets, though there was no gun fire.

Razu finally transformed into his Lycan form. The metal peices were getting harder and harder to avoid. Being smaller would be better 'specially when Razu's wolf was slightly smaller then a normal Lycan. Now out of the line for projectiles he moved swiftly towards Dai's directions and looked around.

"I have no clue what these thing are but those people are becoming annoying." Right after he said that everything slowed down it a stop for the speed demon. He walked toward the people firing the projectiles hitting each he saw in the air downward as he got closer. He hit all four men knocking them out cold before going back toward the group everything still standing still to him. Time started to move again it seemed for him, "Knocked them unconscious, we need them to talk." ((just to make sure that people completely understand my post. Daiguren sped up so fast that it seemed like time stood still.))

Meredith could care less what people cared of her whether they were vampires or aliens. If Veroen was willing to judge her solely based on a stupid mistake then he was as stuck up as a spoiled child. She didn't have time to play the kiss a** and make everyone like her and she knew that it wasn't going to happen either. She was a hunter and at the end of the day she'd hunted and taken the life of a member of each present person's race without remorse. They all hated her guts and while she didn't hate them per se she knew that there was no chance they'd make friends because she was on bad terms and bad ground with all of them.
"Holy crap!" Meredith snapped at Jaden, clearly not afraid of him despite her human frailty and despite the fact he'd almost snapped her neck the same way when they'd last met on more equal terms. "Calm the f**k down Mr. Big Bad Wolf! We don't even know if anything came of it yet! I gotta wait a friggin' few more days before I take a pregnancy test and it probably wouldn't serve you well to take out your own team member when we're needing all the friggin' help we can get as it is! If I'm pregnant, though, feel free to kick his a** for me but make sure to raise my kid because this thing's gonna rip me to shreds if it's inside my stomach, I asked the hunter medic today about it ... Anyhow lets talk about this and strangle people over this later, we have a job we need to get done."
As if to enforce her statement some guys started opening fire and letting bullets fly toward the group of them and Edith's honed reflexes instantly brought her to the ground in a roll to get out of the line of fire. She'd pulled her gun out in order to return fire but apparently the demon had already taken care of it and she quickly made her way over to the men, gun at the ready in case the demon hadn't effectively handled the situation. Her gloved hand reached out to feel for a pulse and she breathed a sigh of what could be interpreted as relief when she found that they were alive as Veroen had reported. However, she had no plans of torturing these figures for information.
"You can question them," Eden said as she knelt beside the motionless figures in the subway, "but there's no way in hell you're allowed to torture them. None of us are stooping to their level of the playing field because we're better than that." Her purple shades rose to look at each and every member of the party in turn. She was completely serious and over her dead body they were going to torture these men who probably had families they needed to support and Mauser employed them. She growled and then added, "Mauser's the a** f**k we want, not his little hench men that're probably brain washed."

Daiguren looked at her with some distaste, every being there had killed a human even her, he was sure of it. He had torture souls in the underworld and people here, he wouldn't cause any physical harm to them for now.

Razu looked back at Dai who was the only one near him. He pushed a thought out to Dai, 'No time. Bring them with if you need too but I'm going ahead with or without others with me.' He continued to walk forward at even a quicker pace.

Veroen caught Daiguren moving at time-defying speeds, and just as he did, Veroen silebntly sheathed his sword, for he knew that Daiguren ended it before it actually happened. He eyed the unconcious men that Daiguren had neutralized for the time being. He silently said nothing as he moved towards the downed men, stopping next to Meredith.
He still could hear the men's heartbeats, so they were still indeed alive. He secretly wished to drain them of their blood, for he still had yet to feed since his awakening. He thought about it for a slight moment, but decided against it, for he did not wish to start any conflict between the group. He sighed and looked back towards the group, waiting for one of them to attempt to extract information from these men, for he could not do it without losing himself to the sound of their pumping hearts; He would probably lose control and drain them of their blood in the process.

Veroen silently watched as Razu continued ahead without anyone else. He quickly glanced at the unconscious men with one last hungry look before turning, and following Razu. He obviously knew that time was not expendable in this situation, and Veroen knew it as well.

In his identification with actual danger Jaden stopped strangling Ceon and mearly delivered a held back punch directly into the younger Lycans chest. "We are talking about this later!" he snapped, his fangs bared aggressively. "And if you did knock her up then I swear I will castrate you."
That taken care of Jaden turned to the four down humans. "And they likelyhood of them telling us anything is a sliver to none at all. Have we forgotten that these footsoldiers are brainwashed fanatics? Best thing that tells us is that we're getting closer." He cracked his neck, still not having worked off his irritation.
"He didn't break his neck instantly. Are you sure you're not making him softer?" the beast hissed to the puppy through the door.
"I'm not listening to you." the puppy snapped angrily. "It's none of your business right now."
