Sunstrike blinked in suprise at both the treat dropped into his mouth, and Enki's words. Chuckling ruefully, he looked away and chewed, trying not to let the nice words affect him.

"You always did know how to talk. I guess you've seen worse things then the way I look now though. I know I have..." And he shuddered as if cold again, before shrugging it off and taking one of the shots back. When it was gone, he still messed around with the glass watching the lights glint off the clear little thing.

"But I'm back, for now, setting up shop and moving into all my old hidey holes." He grinned humourlously. "Or making new ones."

Sunstrike snickered and placed the shotglass down, picking up the water and another slice of orange.

"What are you implying, water sprite? And if you do, I wish you luck. S'hard to find me if I don't wanna be found..." He yawned softly, the activities and the drink catching up with him.

Sun forgot how quickly alcohol went to his system now, even after having a few bottles the other night with Flare and realizing the same thing then.

Sunstrike's eyes widened and he laughed softly, falling back into his seat and sprawling. He looked at Enki lazily and picked up the second shot.

"And what, my dear fearless, would you do if you found me, eh? S'quite boring where I go really, I just work and rest for the most part..." The clear, amber liquid reminded him of things he wasn't sure he was supposed to forget. Then the glass tipped back, and the amber was gone.

He'd get back eventually, it was just a matter of time. Besides, Enki's company was really welcome and warm, there was no harm in it.

Sunstrike sighed softly a smile quirking his lips and a soft blush still across his features. He wasn't sloppy, his balance was still there, but there was no doubt that he was a little lightheaded and a lot more relaxed then he had been.

"Ahhh, thought that might be the case..." Then he stretched and blinked around the room, debating.

"I should get back soon, there are some things I need to finish, and then I'm off to Barton for a visit." He grinned at Enki happily. "How about you? Any plans for later on?"

Sunstrike nodded thoughtfully, a hand swiping through his hair. The hug came quickly, probably surpriseing Enki, but hug him Sun did, before letting go and grinning.

"Thanks for today Enki! I'll hunt you down next time I need ya, or you'll probably find me, I'll be around the stadium after all."

Sunstrike grinned, rubbing his nose before waving and leaving the bar, making his way back up to the stadium, and trying to ignore the ache in his bones from the earlier fight.

Bruises had already started to show along his arms from where blood had spread under his skin. It would take a few days to clear them up. He was just glad he'd been able to get away before Enki noticed, and for the alchohol that dimmed it.

A mysterious figure, fairly tall in stature, his face hidden from view by the angle of his head and the size of the hat he was wearing, approached Enki, a grimy hand extending outwards slowly. "Spare change sir?"
