"Yes, I am" He smile and looked at the horizon again. Turning back to the otter, the cyan white eyes inspect him closely before the angelic feline spoke. "The name is Tristam. What is yours?"

"Shikoba..."
He glanced up at the horizon, admiring it for a moment or two before he retireved a knife from behind him and one the shells he'd been diving for. He went about trying to pry the shell open, hoping it was either some tasty shellfish or it was a pearl or both.
"So what brings you here?"

Tristam nodded. "Nice to meet you, Shikoba." Interesting name.
The feline tilted his head, watching curiously as the otter worked on opening the shell. His tail slowly moving behind him in a gently swish. "Nothing in particular, its just where my feet decide to bring me today.

He pried the shell open, revealing the pearl and oyster meat inside. He smiled as he plucked the pearl from it's cage and inspected it, finding it to be very nice and tucking it away. He pulled the meat out next.
"You always listen to your feet?"
He asked before slurping the meat up. He grabbed another oyter shell and offered it to Tristam.

Tristam tilted his head for a moment, looking at the pearl. He took the Oyster shell being offered with a soft smile. He looked at it closely. "Thanks. Well, yes, for the most part I do. They haven't walked me into trouble yet...my wings on the other hand....." He mumbled as he looked towards them before he turned his attention to the shell. His fingers gently stroking the shell's texture before he tapped it with his black claws. The shell sprang open. He smile. His powers might be weak from being exile to this realm, but they were enough. There was no pearl, but he happily ate the meat.

He nodded. He didn't listen to anything about himself. Not his feet or tail or heart. He just went where he wanted too, wether he had a purpose or not.
"How do wings get you into trouble?"
He had alot of questions running through his mind and half didn't even have to do with what was going on now.

"Besides being easily thrown into a barrel roll by a hard wind and constantly having to groom them? People confuse me for an angel from heaven." He didn't know the place he was in at all, so wondering around, not having a set path or anything at all was just great plan to him.

Shikoba blinked in the middle of cracking another oyster open. No pearl but meat.
"You'll either be mistaken for an angel, a fallen angel, or a bird of some kind. But a hybrid."
he shrugged and cracked the shell open, nibbling at the meat.
"You said you were no angel...then what are you?"

"Yes, but none of those things are what I am." He watched the other closely for a moment before he started at the water, the night was coming about quiet fast as the sun was just a thin reddish line in the horizon. "I am hell's angel. I am an angel that was crated in the deepest level of hell"

He blinked again, cracking another open and finding another pearl.
"Hell's angel? So you are an angel just not the heavenly type."
He didn't seem phased at all by the admission. His housemates were cats and vampires and what not. And some with nasty tempers...

He nodded slowly. "Indeed. That's one way to put it." He kept looking at the water. "...." He got up and walked away from the bank of the lake. He unzip his black jacket and pulled it off, letting it slide off his wings before throwing it on the ground. Reddish burn scars pledge his back. He took off the necklaces and his feather earings. "I think I am going to go in for a swim."

Shikoba studied his back and wondered at this cat's history. Those were scars from beatings, some the otter recongized only from witnessing beatings of other pirates and that was about it.
His tail twitched.
"A swim? Ah the water is fairly warm...quite comfortable."

He looked back to the otter, not caring that he was looking at his back. "Glad to know" He smiled gently and took off into the air. He flew upwardly, flying to the center of the lake. Diving down into the water, his wings pulled against his body.
Under the water, he looked about, smiling as he moved underneath the surface. Enjoying the water's cool touch against him. He went to the surface, breaking throught it and taking a deep breath. "You were right. "He smile.

He cracked a grin before finishing his current little task with the shells, finishing the meat and collecting the pearls before sheathing his knife and taking a dive into the water to swim about before comming up for air.
"Warm no?" He cracked a little smile. He took another deep breath before diving back underneath, his tail moving with his body as he wiggled about the water collecting up more shells.

He watched him with a grin for a moment before diving down again. He open his eyes and watched the otter looking for shells. He started to swim around, his wings moving as if they were flying still, his long tail helping him change direction. He went deeper and watched the other, deciding to look some shells as well.
