Van looked back at Mala and just shrugged, not knowing what to do with her. She looked fine, she said she was fine, and she wasn't trying to kill them. What else was there to do with her?

Aurita started on her way again. After moving only a step away, she stopped.
'My, my, my. Miss No Name, are you sure you should take this route? He's the God of Thievery, you should at least, get in good with him in case that one day he can give good words of you to the Goddess of Memories, and you can have your memories back,' the voice spoke to her again.
"I don't need them. And I don't want to get involved with these creatures," she responded out loud in her soft quiet tone. She didn't believe in gods or goddesses, she always believed herself. There was no else out there who one could depend on if not their selves. She never left herself to be vulnerable, but she wouldn't take someone on when they were at their most vulnerable either.

"I guess....just leave her alone then?..." Van said glancing back at the girl as he went back to Mala. The girl wierded him out a bit, the way she started muttering to herself, but if there was nothing wrong and she wanted to be alone, then why argue?

"I'm not sure." Mala said, feeling puzzled by the whole situation either way. She couldn't help but feel awkward, especially since she didn't know how to handle the stranger and her unusual behavior. She also didn't know whether she and Van should continue what they were doing or finally head off to where they were going.

"Well, I think I'm rested as I'll ever be if you wanted to start back on the road now. Find a settlement and start researching I guess would be our next step." Van said as he stretched his arms up over his head.

Mala nodded. "Good idea." After a moment, she thought of something interesting and smirked. "Do you think the inns have sturdy beds?"

"Well, we've been lucky so far, so I'm sure they will." Van said with a small that seemed to shrink yet grow brighter at the same time. "Of course, we'll have to start being a little more careful. You can have kids now, remember?"
((I get to write a research paper on a utopian society for my fantasy/sci fi class. Why am I telling you this? Because the one I chose to write about has a very amusing fact that I thought was funny enough to share: their water is apparently healthier because it's been listening to Mozart and Bach. XD ))

'Suit yourself, but remember here, I'm not the one looking around for my memories,' the voice said with a mocking tone as she laughed within Aurita's mind.
She drew her eyebrows together in annoyance as she started walking on. Curious, she lifted her left arm to see what the damaged done to the skin was. Nothing, her skin was still smooth and there wasn't a single scar. Of course, why was she not surprised anymore. After waking up nineteen years ago, she could have been dead with the damage done to her body, but here she was going wherever her feet took her. Even though she doesn't know why, something about her body was different from normal human beings, she healed faster, moved swifter, and was stronger than the average human.

"Riley didn't think he'd get Angel pregnant and she thought she was going to miscarry yet look at 'em now. Last thing we need is you having a kid in the middle of some crisis." Van said, trying not to sound like he didn't want to have a kid, he just didn't want one now.

Bandora finally stepped out of her bathroom, changed and bathed, and she felt refreshed. She couldn't believe she had lost to a child, and it really ticked her off. She had sensed other gods as well, but for now, she was going after Van. At least try to get him to help her eliminate the other gods. Knowing her plan, she doubt he would help her since he seemed to be friends with what looked somewhat like mortals. "Maybe I could get the others to join against the gods to gain absolute power and rid the world of these pests," she said.
She went to her observatory and pulled out a map of the world. She then placed it flat on the table and got a necklace and casted a spell on it to find Van and the others, and soon, it showed her their location. "I'll first need some equipment to fight of his friends and seize him as my prize. Maybe I'll have his head stuffed and put on my wall!" she said happily, and soon, she went off to a town to purchase some items used to help i battle.
Zakaria was walking with his partner, through a forest and joked with her.
"Honey, wouldn't it be great if we sealed Van away like last time? We wouldn't have to be afraid of living a mortal life and getting killed. Oh I wish I could make wind without using too much energy. It is just to difficult to make one as it is," she said to him as she grabbed Zak's backside
"Sure, I guess, but couldn't we just use something else?" he asked.
"Don't be silly! This is the only way,"

"Do you honestly think, knowing us, that we'll take so long as nine months or so to get this done and over with? Relax, human pregnancies go much slower than vampiric ones do - if it'd even happen so soon." Mala assured Van.
