Darn you Gregar for being me to the punch!
But yeah Nerd you can't put things like that on your profile silly. Thats not to say that you can't say that in the RP though. I mean I could tell people I own the Kyuubi because a monkey sealed it in me. Though when they start asking for things like proof or they investigate it, it could make you look like the liar that you are and can put you in a bad situation

Some of you concerns could be taken up to the bloodline head, Nerd. Ask him what he's been doing and I'm sure he'll be able to answer you.

I always saw it, again, as a kind of just innate power, nothing relating to chakara at all. As for what you can do in smoke form, ask Nerd, but I think it's open to whatever you want. Creativity is king, no?

Well yes, i suppose you're right. although it seems a bit op'd that way, i can see balances sorta in the idea that elemental attacks can pretty much pwn the smoke. and its limited. As for your question. don't get a bunch of weapons. Get scrolls...which hold the weapons....Tenten ftw..

Since I made it so. Before, it was the same rank as the fireball jutsu (C rank), and thats just not right.

Serious question.
Would Crystal count as an element? More specifically, would it be boosted by elemental control?
Because since it is Bloodline/Clan specific, shouldn't it be under ability control?

Crystal is counted as elemental control, because it is a mix of two elements. The same holds true for wood, ice, etc.

True, but... Oh well, it doesn't really matter.
Are hidden styles allowed? ( Or Releases as they are refered to in the show. Like boil release and dust release. Even poison and oil release. )

Oil is used only for toad summoners, as well as poison only for snake summoners. I think we have a boil release clan somewhere in this guild, though its referred to as steam release. As for dust, we already have sand, which is pretty much just like it.

There is balance to it, in that it can only be done a few times per battle and only for a few posts, plus the fact you can't really attack and wind jutsu disperse the smoke and fire detonates it. I just think it's a cool bloodline, TBH. As for my weapons, trust me, carrying a bunch of knives on his person is in character.

Hmm... Would a Naga bloodline member have access to the Poison release? ( I mean we already have poison, but I'm just wondering. )
But I'm not talking about clans, although most clans use releases, the Release is just specialised jutsu that a single person develops with an external source, and their own natural abilities. ( External source being area around them, or summons like the toads. )
And where would I locate the jutsu for these releases?
Sorry if this is way too much to ask, but I'm just wanting to make sure of some things before I start on some customs I'm planing on.

If your talking about something to do with an element, anything other than the primary five would have to be regarded as a bloodline. You could try to make it a custom universal jutsu, if it would work.
For now, yes, Nagas may learn Dokuton (Venom release).
