In the past month, I've received my finals results, did exceptionally well, fast forward a month, my long distance boy/friend/whatever came to visit again, and uni offers came out last night and I got in!
So I'm pretty much on top of the world at the moment.
And I have another month of holidays, woo!!
Anyone watching the Obama inauguration?

It was actually at noon, eastern... so 10 in the morning for me. My band teacher let us watch it. I liked his speech. And later, Michelle and Barack dancing to 'At Last' was great :')
Congrats Kim! I have been accepted into 1 college so far, University of Portland. Next week I have finals but then there is a whole second semester to go through.

I went to sleep and just searched it up on the internetz the next day.
I like how the uni system works in the US, over here, it's just like:
You apply for all different courses at different unis and you generally only get one offer. So it's not like you can choose from a list of offers D:

I never went to university... and I kinda regret not being able to live that lifestyle.
Of course, it's not too late razz I'm not so old the experience would be lost one me.

That's kind of lame, but at least is a lot less waste than where we have to go to college fairs to even find out where to look, apply to a billion places while getting bombarded with mail from other ones you don't want to go to at all and then you probably just end up going to the cheapest one/the one you always knew you wanted to go to.
